I’ve gained so much weight since I got here. There’s so much food all the time and it’s so good! The other thing I like is people care and check on you for meals and other things. You’re never alone and it’s a real personal touch here. The caregivers have been great and makes me feel secure and safe compared to being home alone. After being home alone and falling and trying to fend for myself I love living here and feeling safe and being able to function better.

It’s a nice place to live. Very friendly staff. And not to mention the free drinks! Lots of activities but I don’t participate which is my own fault. But there’s lots to do. I really like it here. Would recommend.

I really don't have much of anything negative to day. I've really enjoyed my time here. The only thing I can think of is that some of the meals weren't my favorite, but nothing is perfect and you can't please everyone. I've made some good friends here and I'm very thankful for the staff. [name removed] , [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]- they are all excellent. Not a single staff member here dislikes their job. I'm very thankful for The Lodge and their vision to truly make everyone feel welcomed and valued. This is the place to be. I'd rate this place 5/5 all the way around.

I can speak only about the Arlington location since there are several other locations in the DFW area. Arlington's location is a campus of four homes, each with a maximum of 20 residents, with at least 5 aides per home plus a medication nurse and cook staff. A regular schedule of meals, toileting, snacks, activities is covered each day, with regular bedtimes and waking times observed. Since there are about four residents to each aide, there is lots of personal attention. [name removed] room is always immaculate, he is always clean and shaved. I drop in a few times a week unannounced and things are always running smoothly. The aides are compassionate, good senses of humor and efficient.

I really enjoy living here. There are many activities to do e eryday. The staff is very helpful especially [name removed]. I Love the food choices. I make plenty of friends. Everybody is like family. Facility is very clean. I like the servers in the dining room

My grandmother loved being around people her own age. She loved the activities they provided and trips to the stores. I could not think of a better place for her to be.

My stay here has been a good experience. The staff is helpful and good to us. I love the activities Zumba and bingo.

I am happy and pleased with senior and independent living. I had visited friends at Waterford at Thousand Oaks, so at 97when I came, all handled smoothly. All staff are compassionate. I feel comfortable talking to them. transmarine, house keeping. Activities director fantastic provides so much for our enjoyment.

Every single member on staff has always been sweet and eager to help in every way. It is such a pleasure just knowing them. If I ever have a problem they are eager to resolve it. This is my home. The activities here are so unbelievable. They are fantastic, they are so beautiful and such fun. Each holiday is so special!

This has been a perfect place for my mom and sister. [name removed] is a great leader. These women are so thoughtful and caring. They know my relatives and their issues and can answer every question asked. And they are quick to respond to issues we bring up.

The staff is so helpful and friendly, they tret my grandma like family and I love them for that. The food is so good and flavorful, my grandma raves about her meals daily!

Everyone has been great, questions get answered in a timely manner. I feel I made a good choice having my dad here. He is well taken care of, better than what he had living at home.

I’ve been visiting a friend who has moved in The Ashton. He is having a wonderful experience. The staff and residents are very friendly and reach out to each other. The food is, in my opinion, quite good. I’ve eaten a few meals with him and have thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The apartments are roomy and quite comfortable. My friend has help when needed , but this is not a full nursing care facility. I really do recommend The Ashton for anyone considering moving to independent/assisted living.

We selected Waterford at Thousand Oaks due to its location, affordability, and included services (meals, activities, shuttle, etc.,) The overall experience was outstanding from the initial tour, evaluation/selection, move in, onboarding with other guests, to the move out. The staff was very friendly, caring,. and accommodating. The property maintenance was very good, and on par with other facilities in the city. The meals and related services were outstanding offering fresh and healthy food choices. What was most significant (and a direct reflection of the local leadership) was the warmth and kindness shared by neighboring residences. Everyone welcomed our parents with open arms and genuinely cared for their well-being. Invitations to join in activities were offered to our parents right away. The planned activities and events are well organized and included a very good variety from week to week. My brother and I highly recommend Waterford at Thousand Oaks. Through firsthand observations, we knew our parents were part of a great community.

I really enjoy living here. the employees are great and so helpful. There is always an activity going on, and the food is wonderful,

The staff, the food - everything is top notch. I would not put my husband anywhere else. I have only good things to say about the Addison.

Love this place. Sorry we had to move my mother-in-law, but she need an assisted living facility. Highly recommend The Waterford of Fairfield and the great staff. The residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. When it comes time for me to move, it will be to The Waterford .

Other residents are very nice. Caregivers help.

Absolutely the best place for my mom. A beautiful facility, with so much to do every day of the week. The positive, caring staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you do much for all you do each and every day.

We moved my in-laws in about 2 1/2 months ago and we have been very pleased. My in-laws both seem to really love it. All of the staff are very kind friendly and helpful when I have been there. I would definitely recommend Whitley Place to anyone looking.
