Great staff, very caring, building always clean and fresh, lovely place. My husband and I are 58 and kept saying could we just live here it is so nice

They took out a weekend meal and call it brunch , now they can say they still serve breakfast and lunch on the weekends but they do it at the same time. ? Weird concept. We would recommend this community to other families. An overall friendly community of people there. Staff is always very Friendly, from the front office to the Kitchen. Really impressed with that continuous kindness there.

Good overall experience but room for improvements. The cleanliness is overall ok, but could be better. Staff is great. A couple of complaints here. I feel they are understaffed some of the time causing residents to be left unattended too long. And they are not real good at passing information about residents from shift to shift. Other than that, I feel the quality of care is good. He is very content there. Food is great. The activities person is super nice, but I wish they did a little more. Like morning chair exercises and hand therapy. The activities chart says they do, but that must be in the assisted living part, not the memory care unit. . It went up [fee removed] per month earlier this year, but still less than a nursing home or 24 hour at home care.

Most of the staff are wonderful. I think some of night staff stole some of Mama's jewelry and but we had a box we had asked her to put it in when she was not wearing it. Also any money we left always got gone. It was not much. We would give her $20 because she just wanted to have some in her pocketbook. So it was never much. They have some really good people but a few not so good. It's a beautiful place they just need to be careful who they hire. The 1 for Quality of care is from her last day there. She was having a heart attack and she hit her buzzer several time. She was in the phone with a friend of hers that called 911. 912 got there before anyone at Benton house did.

I would say the staff is friendly and the private rooms are big comparatively. As with any place, changes take a bit of time and getting all shifts on the same page. Comparatively, they are still head and shoulders above a LOT of their competition.

What we like the most about The Harrison is the convenient location, compassionate care and diversity in staff and client population. We would absolutely recommend The Harrison to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I'm happy with the experience. I wish they could keep track of residents' belongings and clothes better. My mom is always wearing someone else's clothes despite everything being labeled. I wish activities were a little more differentiated. it's very expensive!

Overall its pretty good just housekeeping needs to do their jobs because her room is not being swept or mopped I have complained several times.

One elevator was "out" for months almost 8 months) so my sister that lived on the second floor had to walk almost a block (both ways) to get to the other elevator. But they delivered her meals (3 a day) to her upstairs at no extra cost or complaint. But the difficulty of getting downstairs may have caused her to participate less in group activities.

I'd say, "Hope you get a good social worker. First Time we looked there, she was [profanity removed]. The second time we looked there, a different one was very nice. Place is clean, decent staff. I'd go there myself if I couldn't live on my own."

Was a beautiful place. We had to move to where father in law would receive more care, no fault of Waterford. His condition deteriorated. Very pleased with Waterford while we were there. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We are really happy. She is very comfortable and has met a few people. She has been painting a lot and sharing her paintings with the place which I think is really really positive. I would recommend it to others looking for a place like that and you have been tremendous help as well. I think our prices are going up again and that is always concerning especially when it's not a one percent or 2% increase but a tremendous increase for someone on a fixed income.

It has been awhile since then both my parents have passed, but the staff were great. They actually cared. And called me when there were issues. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had with The Waterford at Levis Commons review

We have had a really good experience with the Wellington. They have been incredibly helpful when medical issues have come up. They have been very responsive when we have had concerns and have gone above and beyond to help us when my Father in-law has needed help. The other residents are kind and friendly and the staff have been great. These things are invaluable to us and we are so grateful! However, the food has been terrible for almost two years of living there. When a lot of your enjoyment in life comes from your meals, it is disappointing that they are consistently bad. Overall, we are extremely pleased with The Wellington and would highly recommend this facility to another family.

It has been nice living here at The Waterford at Fort Worth and based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Overall, the experience at The Amberleigh has been pretty good. However, the food quality has been poor for awhile. The place has gone through quite a bit of kitchen staff. There was recent turnover again. Corporate came in and said that they are trying to improve the food and dining service. The past two weeks have seen some improvement, however, at the 2nd dinner sitting the kitchen ran out of food for the last table and four residents did not receive dinner. Quite a few residents did leave because of the food difficulties. The activities are pretty good. They bring in outside entertainment, Saturday night is movie night. The hairdresser, [name removed], is wonderful. As for the value for cost, my mother has had 2 rate increases in less than 2 years. Because of the food, a lot of chicken, pasta, rice, unless the food greatly improves I think it is overvalued.

Moving our parents to assisted living was a huge change which they were skeptical toward. However in two months they've become very pleased as have myself and my 8 siblings. Thank you.

Well, the concerns my parents keep telling me about is the issue of what seems to be short staffing. It seems there is not much consistency in keep staff on, seems to be issues of turnover with aids specifically. There have also been, according to my parents, delays in them getting meals, mostly during the evening meals. They do get their meals in the dining area, but at times it may it may time some time for them to be served. Again, I think this can be contributed to staffing issues.
