I Love my new home at The Wellington at Arapaho! The Staff, the Residents, the Maintenance Crew, Housekeeping, the Kitchen Staff, the excellent Physical Therapy department all work so hard to meet every request and need! I have experienced the Independent Living here since [date removed]. Moving here was the best thing I've done for myself in a long time! I highly recommend you "Come See for Yourself"!!!

I've been a resident here at the Waterford for going on 2 years and I love it here. They have wonderful team of people taking care of us. I recommend this place to anyone needing the extra help. Good food too.

My father in law has passed away about a year and a half ago, but his stay there was a good experience for him as well as his loved ones., I would have to say 5. Overall good experience and was very pleased with the care.

I was in urgent need of assisted living and heard about Waterford at Corpus Christi. My daughter started researching for me several locations and decided the Waterford would be the wisest choice. I contacted the Waterford and had the pleasure of meeting [name removed]. After answering all my questions, we set an appointment to see the facility and allow me to select the best room for all my needs. The tour was very impressive, and I was able to meet most of the staff initially while also being greeted by several of the residents. I was shown several rooms to select from and I was quickly pleased by the unit I selected. The room has a wonderful breakfast bar area for the microwave and coffee maker/Keurig along with a dorm size refrigerator. There are also 3 shelves to store various items. Having 2 closets was also a nice touch. What really stood out was the handicap bathroom. The caring staff is always friendly and helpful. Having scheduled events and activities proves wonderful opportunities.

The facility is clean and nice. Rooms are a good size and there are several nice common areas. The staff are friendly, attentive, involved and very caring. They had a Thanksgiving dinner for residents and guests. The food was excellent, the servers very efficient and the atmosphere very good. It is difficult to have anyone you care about in an assisted living place. Willow Grove seems as good as you can get.

Our family is extremely pleased with our decision to place my Mom in the care of Amberleigh. With Mom coming from Florida after the recent hurricane, we were grateful to have [name removed] guiding and supporting us through the difficult time. [name removed]was accessible, patient, and took the time to answer any and all of our questions. She helped us through the entire process and helped to ensure Mom's transition was as easy and comfortable as possible. [name removed] professionalism and sincerity, along with the competent and caring nursing staff of [facility removed], we are truly grateful for Amberleigh and will continue to share our wonderful experience with others.

My husband was in a real nice place but they were too busy chatting with each other to care for the residence. Whitley Place has completely changed his attitude. He no longer stays in his room depressed. He is out chatting this people. Everyone from the administrator to the repair man I’m cleaning lady. I’ll speak to the residence. They seem to care and love the people that are there. For the first time I feel my husband is in a safe and happy environment. Thanks to Whitley if you want someplace for your family to be happy, then take a tour of Whitley for a real treat. They care as much about the family as they care for the residence.

Caring staff and a number of engaging activities. They interact with the residents well and treat them like family. Every time we go for a visit my mother brags on those staff members she’s interacts with the most.

My experience has been real good and I have spent almost 4 years of some of my best days of my life.

My mom has been in memory care at Whitley Place for over 2 years. The staff is friendly and professional and treats residents with care and respect. The facility is always clean and never has an odor. The laundry is kept clean, as are the rooms and bathrooms. Effort is made to engage the residents in activities commensurate with their abilities and to keep their spirits up. Their concern for the residents is apparent. I would highly recommend Whitley Place for your loved one.

I have always enjoyed activities. Then, hospitalized a number of time, but now I am better and enjoying activities again. [names removed] are "the best". The selection of activies is great!

Competent and friendly staff. Easy to communicate with staff and they are always responsive. Well maintained facility. Good overall value. I wish the cafeteria food had more variety and more fresh options.

When my moms health declined and we needed to find a facility for her to stay in, [name removed] was very helpful in answering all our questions and making us feel confident that the Wellington was the right place for her. [name removed] has worked with us now to not only find a unit in memory care for my mom but also to help us transition her into independent living with my dad. She has been very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process. It is a hard decision to make when it becomes time for your parents to move out of the home they’ve lived in for almost 40 years and everything about our experience at the Wellington has made us realize this was the right and best decision we made. Everyone is friendly. Everything is clean and well maintained. There’s always fun activities. My parent lived there and I Weill too. The caregiver [name removed] is the best. Meals are great. I was looking for something in Richardson and this worked.

Making the decision to place a loved one in a memory care facility is a difficult one. Willow Grove of Maumelle has made that decision much easier. The director is empathetic, caring, easy to talk to and very accommodating. They are always willing to address any questions or concerns I may have. The nurses go the extra step. Dementia/Alzheimer's presents itself differently in each patient. Willow Grove recognizes this and tailors its care to fit the patient. I'm very pleased with the care my Dad is receiving there.

We needed a memory care facility for my Mom quickly. They expedited the process, were compassionate, and supportive through the entire process. They continue to be just as supportive now. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

They have taken very good care of my mother-in-law during her time of need. She came here in need of around the hour care for medication and hygiene, and we have seen a drastic difference in her stability and cognition.

The Director made the difficult transition to the facility seamless. He went above and beyond my family's expectations during the transition and beyond. The care staff were like family from the start.
