Willow Grove has the most kind and caring staff that we have experienced. We are so thankful for the amazing care they give our father. We appreciate the smaller facility and staff to client ratio. We would definately recommend.

[name removed] welcomed us all very graciously. We were served a delicious dinner and dessert. Entertainment was pleasant. The people that served us were so very polite and efficient. This was the family Thanksgiving dinner.

My mother has been here almost 3 years. We moved her from [community name removed]. They are very caring and always assisting to solve problems for my mother. Especially the director [name removed] who is best director since my mother has lived here.

Wonderful staff, great atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed the evening.

Our mom really enjoys it here. She likes all of the care givers and we all really like the director. She gets physical therapy here and it really helps her. She also likes getting her hair done. Bingo is a big hit. Keep up the great work.

We really enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner they had tonight at the Assisted Living!! The food was hot and delicious and the staff was so nice and helpful!! We enjoyed the music too! If I have any concerns they are quick to fix the issue and make things better.

I have lived here over a year now. Friendly staff, lots of activities. Rooms are perfect size. Large dinner portions. Scenery is satisfying. Upgrades are coming next year. Residents are fun to visit with.

We feel the Waterford is the best place for make to be. He's happy with staff activities. He'd probably would prefer a room alone but that's not affordable for him. Having a roommate works fine. It's very hard the when someone passes away. He's very sensitive.

The staff @ Middleton Crossing are exceptional. Friendly and go above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy and comfortable.

After many Wellington visits, my husband and I moved to Wellington we moved in to a very well run apartment.

Staff is very helpful, pleasant and very knowledgably at their job.

The entire staff is so attentive. The food is delicious. The residents are treated with lots of admiration. I toured and the facility was very clean. The ED, and BD, both were extremely helpful and welcoming.

I toured several assisted-living communities while looking for a place that would be a good fit for my mom. Middleton Crossing stood out from the others (all in positive ways) from the moment I walked through the door. The first thing that struck me was that the common spaces are especially spacious and bright with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and decoration. Uplifting and inviting are the adjectives that come to mind and it was easy to imagine that residents would want to spend time there beyond just mealtime or scheduled activities. The next thing that stood out was that everyone I encountered (staff and residents alike) seemed genuinely happy and outgoing. In hindsight, this was the most important indicator that this would end up being the right place for us. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. Assistance with tasks is tailored to every resident's individual needs. The dining program is exceptional. We're truly happy to have discovered Middleton Crossing.

We moved my mom in and the staff was very welcoming and made our entire transition so easy. We were really worried about her and how well she was going to adapt because she was downsizing from her home of 20+ years, but through all the group events, dinners, and activities she really feels a sense of community that has made the transition effortless.

5 on all of them. It has been a good experience. Yes I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I have been at at this community for a little over a year. Fun fact-twenty years ago I once worked here as driver! Of course its not home, but it's as close as its can be. The staff here goes out of their way in any way they can. From administrators down to housekeeping.

I moved in a week ago and couldn’t be happier. I feel like I’ve come home. That is if home is a sprawling four star hotel/art gallery/ antique museum where I can do what I like. It’s like being a kid again. Everything’s done for me, but if I misbehave, I don’t have to be afraid of getting spanked.

Had the pleasure of meeting [name removed] today in the sales office. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. She took her time and spent most of the day with our family showing us around the community and answering all of our questions. When we moved my dad in this was a positive experience and has been ever since.
