This has been a good experience for my loved and family. I would recommend you consider this community for your loved ones. The community is clean, friendly, and has a great atmosphere that make them stand out. The staff communication with the family is good when we have questions about our loved one. There are three meals a day served and they have choices to choose from.

[name removed] and [name removed]made us feel truly welcomed. They were very easy to work with and genuinely care about the residents. The residents are also very friendly. We love it at Shawnee Hills. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The staff, especially, are very caring and show interest in what is going on with the residents. The Thursday Happy Hour and music is something we look forward to weekly. Can’t wait to start going to the movies. We are so happy we decided to move to Shawnee Hills. This was the best decision and our family loves the facilities.

Westbrook Senior Living gave a great tour - they were very thorough. We were introduced to the director and other staff, beyond just the sales person. For me, the key when looking for any long-term care facility - especially memory care - is a homey, comfortable environment, as opposed to an atmosphere that is hospital-like. The memory care wing at Westbrook was impressive. It had that homey feeling we were looking for. The entrances to the residents' rooms look almost like front porches. Each room has a shadowbox on the outside where you can put personalized items for the resident to recognize the room as their room. I found Westbrook to be very similar to the place that we chose. They just didn’t have space available at the time.

The staff is very friendly, the residents are also. It's a positive environment. And great help from the OT staff. My Mom doesn't like the in room meals, but that might be her being picky. Some problems with meds.

I was so impressed with Westbrook. It has a very welcoming atmosphere. Friendliness and helpfulness are evident to all. The staff and residents truly care for each other. The facility is beautiful. It looks like an upscale hotel. Everything, inside and outside, is well maintained.

Shawnee Hills is a great place to live. My dad loves meeting new people, and he likes the quiet location and activities.

I had a great tour experience with The Enclave at Gilbert. They are actually owned by the same company of that facility that we ended up choosing. they had a lot of great features/amenities offered for the residents. It just came down to the price for us.

We picked this community because, of the availability, and it was a center location for family. The facility is very comfortable and the doctor and staff are very good.

Our family had a really great tour experience with Westerville, the gentlemen who took us on the top was just top notch. Unfortunately due to our loved ones condition and there being multiple floors it wasn't going to work out - but it was a hard community to pass up no

The Oaks at Algonquin was pretty much brand new, and the facility was beautiful. It was much bigger than the place we chose, which isn't a bad thing. It just depends on your personal preference. I thought it was a very nice place. My loved one just needed more care than they could provide.

The community was enormous. It was nice, and a newer facility but was too big for my loved one.

My sister and I toured the property on behalf of our of our recently widowed father. We toured with [name removed], who was very professional, friendly, and informative. She answered all of our questions with in-depth, thoughtful, and what we felt were honest answers. The property is clean, offers a lot of amenities for their residents, and the residents we ran into during the tour seemed relaxed and happy.

Moved dad across the country from a FL assisted living place to AZ. Settled on Palos Verdes per lots of research & great communication. So far a month in - dad can't be happier & neither can we (my sister and I). We both live out of the country so communication is key & this place has it. They also have staff & a director who have actually been there for a long time! (a rarity in the industry). [name removed] (sales) has been there for years. He was great & goes above & behind to get everything I needed to know done. Personalized videos walking me through the entire place, multiple room options, etc., with communication the whole way, texts, calls, emails whatever. Same was true with the Executive Director,[name removed]& head Nurse once we got past the sales stage. Dad loves the food & says it's better than his last huge very fancy place. Only downside is no ethernet in the rooms so everything is WIFI. A pain & causes stress when an item falls off (like dads VOIP phone) but not a deal breaker.

Mom didn't want to move from her home of 50+ years. But now 6 weeks after moving into BRSL, Mom says "I like it here!" Such sweet words to hear! She's sleeping better than she has in years; she's active and making friends; she's happy! There are so many good choices for the next "place for Mom"; we looked into dozens. Of them all, BRSL was undoubtedly our first choice. Beautiful and homey facility. Staff who knows your name. Reasonable prices. Residents who seem happy and involved. Beautiful grounds. If you are looking for a "place for mom", I highly recommend BRSL!

I toured The Enclave at Round Rock and it was a nice spot, it was top three. We didn't go there because it was a little bit further away, whereas it was super easy to get to the community we chose. They didn't have an indoor pool either. I liked it, it was a nice facility and they have memory care there. There was no specific reason why I didn't go, it's probably a good place. I liked the person who gave me the initial tour. My husband and I came back and had a meal there and she toured us again, she was really great.

We chose this facility for several reasons. The building is new and up to date. I also looked at others and it was less expensive and by far the best value for the money. My mom is not a big participator but they have plenty of activities to offer. The location is very centrally located and the facility itself is beautiful. I would live here myself if I could be on the first floor and take my pets with me, that is how nice it is. I would definitely recommend Creve Coeur to others looking. They have excellent customer service.

My husband and I recently relocated to Las Soleras from a different Senior Community. We were unhappy that our last place felt more like a hospital. We are still very active and needed more. Las Soleras has been a great transition. Such a vibrant community life, staff is so sweet and so many amenities. We love outdoor walks and nature, and the entire community is surrounded by trails. We LOVE it!!!
