Staff was super friendly, facility was clean and had a lot of activities, movie rooms, spas, etc for the residents.

It was a very difficult decision to place my Father-in-law in Memory Care. My husband toured several places and he was relieved to find Creekside. My Father-in-law was extremely unhappy not to be going home and we had trouble just getting him to walk through the front door. [name removed] helped us through that with the calmness and caring of a person who empathizes with the families and the new resident. With the staff at Creekside helping all along the way, his transition has been less traumatic for everyone. We have nothing but praise for the caregivers and management. They listen and address concerns with us (family) and with my Father-in-law. When we talk to the other family members of residents in Memory Care there, they have nothing but praise for the staff and facilities too. At a very tough time in life, it's comforting to know that this was a great decision for a great Father-in-law/Dad who deserves the best!

Our family was able to have an in person tour and it was excellent, very very good. It is a very nice facility with a great layout we highly recommend Seagrass to others. We saw no issues with the cleanliness of the place, and we actually had a down payment on an apartment but our loved ones health declined and had to go to a higher skilled nursing community. The value here is competitive, but on a more reasonable level. Just exceptional.

I would tell others it is a nice place to stay. If I didn't have to work, I would want to stay here. The community provides cleaning services for my loved one. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from.

We thought Heron House was excellent. It was very clean, and I liked the activity room. The girl who took us around was super nice, and I could tell she knew people’s names. They were saying hi back to her, and you could tell she had some involvement and didn’t just sit in the office. She was peppy and seemed to enjoy her job. The rooms and the grounds were nice. When we brought up our loved one's pet, they were genuinely open and enthusiastic. We really liked it here, but the price was steeper, and if our loved one ever needs to convert to Medicaid, they don’t take Medicaid.

We toured Indigo at Carolina Forest and it was an absolutely lovely place. We met with the chef and all the staff members were great. In order for our loved one to get a balcony, it would have been a very long walk because they only offer them on rooms at the end of the hallways. Also, the balconies are shared by 2 units.

We chose Ashbrook Village because of the value for the money as well as the convenience of the location. The room sizes at the facility are average size for a single person. They are always doing something activities wise, the residents here are always busy. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help out. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The location was good for our family The staff have been friendly. The rooms are nice. They're efficient and have a screened in porch, which my loved one enjoys. It's been very clean, and her room was freshly painted. It's just a good feeling when you first walk in.

Loved [name removed] and residents we met. Liked unit safety features and extras that helped residents without assisted living costs.

We chose The Glen at Lake Oconee because we thought it was the best in terms of programming, cleanliness, and amenities as well as the friendliness of staff members. The apartment sizes here are comfortable. I think the sense of family that they encourage is great. I would absolutely recommend to others

This was our first tour with an agency and it was IMPRESSIVE! the atmosphere of excellence, customer service of the employees, and the expression of JOY within the residents was a pleasure to see and experience. The Canopy has set the bar HIGH as we continue our search for "A Place for Mom" literally!

It is a clean and well groomed community. The staff are nice to work with. The food is good, it's not like home cooking, and they have grits available.. I would recommend the community for independent living. They have a bulletin for activities with movies, live music, bingo, dancing, shopping trips, and more available for the residents. They have transportation here for the residents for their doctor appointments. You do have to call 72 hours in advance.

We could not be happier The Pointe and my dad is thriving here. I chose them because they offered independent living, the restaurant is open 7-7 so there are no set times he had to go down and eat, and the access to the doors of the apartments or courtyard so my dad can walk around and get fresh air. The apartment sizes here are very good, he is in a 1 bedroom and they have windows in the back and front so there is a lot of natural light and breeze. It is a quiet community, the walls are concrete. The food is nothing short of amazing, he loves the food here and they are chef prepared and the chef is amazing. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

The community is very nice and they keep the facility neat and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful but the nurse did misdiagnose a health condition. I would recommend this community to others.

Very pleased with Elmcroft of Florence ,KY. Great food (lots of choices). Activities Department keeps the calendar full.

We chose Creekside on Bardstown because of the convenient location to family and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the director was absolutely great, she was also a nurse at one time which gave us comfort if she needed any assistance. They were great with communication, they did zoom calls and sent us letters to keep us updated on what the protocols were and what was going on. They were always really good when I called about checking in on her and letting me know how she was doing. They are really on top of everything here and really care about their residents. I would absolutely recommend them.

Everyone is so kind and attentive to mom! We couldn't go through this journey without your support and kindness.

Unfortunately because of the pandemic, we've not been allowed in there as much. But the interaction we've had with admissions and the administrator have been phenomenal. Both are very easily available. Any questions or concerns we have or help we've needed they have been fabulous to accommodate. Its a beautiful property. The apartments are spacious, and everything is clean and doesn't smell. It is truly like apartment living.

Our loved one was at a previous community, we moved her here and Superior Residences gets five stars all around. It is the perfect place for her she could not be anywhere else we have had absolutely no complaints and its been a wonderful experience.

The care Trinity Hills/Memory Care Center gave to my father is superb. He was treated like he was important, well taken care of, and loved on. I appreciate the quick response [name remove] gave us in getting him in this facility. Will remain in my heart forever.
