The community is extremely caring and knowledgeable. they do what they say they are going to. The communication between the staff and our family was good and they kept us well informed. I would recommend this community to others

They recently switched chefs, so the food is more like a three out of five for our loved one. They are still having activities going on. They do happy hour three times a week, they bring live entertainment in on Fridays, and have a baking time for the residents. We would recommend this community to others.

My family is in the process of securing a suitable living arrangement for our brother a disabled veteran. Creekside was a recommendation based on our needs. Their representative ([name removed]) was personable, knowledgable and professional. The services and the physical state of the residence was impressive. I would recommend that any family looking for a Personal Care Home for a love one inquire about Creekside ( Community is less than one year old/Jul20).

Everyone wants the best possible place for their Mom or their Dad when Assisted Living or Memory Care is needed. My Mother has lived at Superior Residences of Clermont for several years now- and has always been content and very happy there. My brother and I visit often and are always impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that we see throughout the facility- and through the years, as we've grown to know so many of the people that work there, we see compassion and caring and friendliness towards us and all of the residents all the time. My Mother struggles with dementia now but never hesitates to tell me how happy she is staying there, "Everyone here is so nice!" she says. There's no better recommendation than that.

What a great experience ! I had to find a place for my 93 year old Aunt when she came out of the hospital and could not live on her own anymore. Heron Club made the transition stress free. I was not able to be there in person and they literally rolled out the red carpet for her arrival. Instead of wanting to go home, she wants to stay there! She feels like she is on vacation. They sent videos of her apartment and her arrival, insuring my peace of mind! I could not be more impressed and happy with my choice !

My grandmother has lived at Creekside for almost three years. She loves it here. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for a better place for her to be!

We chose Heron House because of of all of the ratings answered above. The room sizes here are adequate for his needs. Overall, it was a perfect fit for my dad and a beautiful facility. The staff were wonderful and he was very happy here. I would recommend them.

Absolutely beautiful facility, inside and out. Staff is both professional and friendly. What really helped make my final decision was the longevity of the staff in their memory care unit. This is a great sign and puts me at ease knowing that the same people would be helping my grandmother daily. They also are very accommodating and want to make your loved one feel at home by allowing them as much of their own personal touch.

We are thankful for this community. The community is unbelievable and amazing. They have lots of activities, the care the residents receive is amazing. The staff is wonderful.

If you have a loved one that you need to place and want quality, genuine care for the residents who become familiar with the residents and families.

We chose Sunflower Springs because it was brand new, he was one of the first residents there so there was no history of medical illnesses such as covid, etc. The staff members are new so they had some kinks, but they have been absolutely wonderful with working everything out. They are very responsive to my phone calls and questions. They really cater to the residents here, for example if you do not like what is being served, they offer you other options. I would absolutely recommend the facility and already have.

I am very happy here. The community had a warm atmosphere and very. It was expensive but I would definitely recommend this community to others.

It's a great environment. The staff and residence are very friendly and the community is very nice. The community is very nice and I enjoy it here. They have a gym, pool, and a restaurant. I would recommend this community to others, we all look out for each other

We chose The Glen because of the location for the most part. They have all different sizes of rooms available to choose from, they are very nice size and even have space for guests. The food here is chef prepared and you get choices off of a menu. I would recommend.

An excellent retirement home , most friendly staff & clean and neat senior place to live.

One thing we noticed first at Superior was that the Alzheimer's residents were always accompanied by a staff member so know one was walking around freely. This community is bright, airy, and cheerful. The rooms are spacious and very clean looking.

This community has a very caring staff and a great memory care facility. The facility looks clean and modern, and it is very comforting and homey. They have 3 villas that have 11 residents with their own rooms, an activity room, a family lounge, and a conference room. The food is wonderful and the pastries are amazing.

I have no complaints about this community. The food is excellent and the service too. The front desk is very helpful and activities are great!
