Agency experience has been good with staff good communication and updates with patients front desk always helpful and nice all other staff show respect as well as caregivers helps agency when needed no complaints towards staff

My loved one was previously a resident at Winslow Court. Everything about her experience at this facility was really good! They bent over backwards to get her into this facility and even gave her a furnished room to use until her household goods arrived. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Activities are great! They are relevant, fun and informative. They build community by sharing the activities with other residents. The activities offered present a rich variety with an emphasis on fun.

Every day, [name removed] works with a wide variety of people with different needs, wants and physical abilities. Despite this she makes each of us feel that we are her most important concerns, and that our well-being is her first concern. She always takes the time to listen and each of us trust her and feel her concern for our well-being is genuine. Her individual contact is exceptional.

This community was one of my favorites. I toured with [name removed]and she was extremely helpful and informative. The residents were happy and friendly. They have a range of interactive activities going on for the residents. The building was clean and tidy, which is always a plus. I hope mom likes this one too!

From the first visit we have been pleased with our introduction to moving mom in her lil place. Staff goes out of their way to help make this transition go as good as possible. Even the residents join in on the welcome wagon!

From the activities I attended I find them fun and uplifting. I especially love when [name removed] and [name removed] to play. They remind me of my husband. The games I get to play with all my friends are downright fun.

This community is clean and smells good as soon as you walk in. I toured this community and I felt at home. Easy to get around and all the staff were super friendly. It’s also pet friendly which I absolutely love!! The care staff I was introduced to have all been there 8 and 9 years which was reassuring.

I love the variety, the exercise classes are a good work out designed for seniors. The monthly events are a plus, the talent they find are the best. I am really impressed with [name removed] and all the staff is so good.

A wonderful place for activities to match everyone’s interests. From all types of card games to exciting. , trips, book club, we love wine tasting and the chocolate tasting was wonderful. The girls are great and make every activity special.

We always have a great time.. There is such a wide de variety I am never bored. Keeps a us active. The girls are great. The wine tasting is my favorite as event. We even did a cheese tasting so there’s something for everyone.

Every time I visit my aunt her room is always put together and smells fresh. I appreciate all the staff and everything they do for the residents.

I deeply regret that I did not place my difficult father at The Oaks earlier. The top notch care he received from all levels of staff are pleasant. The clean environment and the varieties of three daily meal menus prompted my father always looking forward coming to the dining room. He transformed to be a happier father. Definitely recommend this great facility to others.

Orchard Park is a beautiful community and offers plenty of services. My mom's friend has lived here for 6 years and looking for a place for my mom. Orchard Park is most likely the place for my mom.

The attitude of the caregivers seems to care for me. [name removed]. The chef has done a fantastic job as the food served in the main dining room is consistently delicious. I strongly recommend The Oaks for those looking for an assisted living community.

I say good overall. Other people I talk to like the Oaks. Some of the hospice staff I met recommend the Oaks. I like the dining area it feels open

Wonderful staff ... nice big rooms ... extremely attentive to my mom in Memory care ... they get back to me on everything... Overall my mom loves it, so I love it!

One of the best things about the Courtyard is taking the residents on excursions 3 times a week and providing activities during the day!
