It extended my mother's life. She was very lonely, and now she's active. She has friends. She's eating healthy, and the food is good. The staff all know the residents and call them by their first names. They learn their clients and really take good care of the elderly. Everybody seems really really happy there, including my mother. It's just a fantastic place and definitely worth the money.

this community has been great! my father in law enjoys all staff - director, management [names removed] and all the kitchen staff. he loves that [name removed] comes around and serves coffee on the weekends.

Hunters Pointe staff are willing to fulfill our daily needs. the building is bright, clean, and many activities are offered. wouldn't spend our retirement life any place else.

We moved her in before Christmas and they loaned her a bunch of furniture until hers got in. The staff went above and beyond to help us move her things in there. The level of care that the staff have for their residents is just unbelievable. The residents are their #1 priority and they make that known. If you have any concerns all you have to do is say something and it will be handled. Everyone I have met from the sales director on down to the housekeeping staff, they are all incredible. The activities director does a good job coming by and trying to encourage her to go to thing and they have tons to do. They do have meetings where residents can discuss their likes and dislikes. The second Tuesday of every month they are having meetings on zoom with the families of those whose loved ones are going through dementia and Alzheimer's which is very helpful for those who need it or want it. There are having an open house soon where we can meet all of the staff members since there has been some turnover lately. They are great with their covid guidelines and try their best to keep all the residents as safe as possible.

The feeling there is very friendly, welcoming and homey. It always an upbeat feeling environment there. The residents are always happy.

Coming from another community the Orchard Park is a much better price. The staff are super friendly and really stood out to us initially. Considering our fathers condition the staff really just go above and beyond.

We have liked the community since we moved in. The staff in the dining room treat the residents with respect. The dining room could use some renovations. The activity director tries to give us a wide variety of activities to participate in. I would highly recommend the community to others.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The overall community and amenities stand out to me, along with the staff. The staff are great to work with if I have any questions or concerns. The food has not been consistent for the residents and there has been long waits. I believe the have had staffing issues in the dining room.

My experience with Thunderbird Senior Living has been great. I don't have any negative feedback at this time.

When it came down to it we just went with another community that we felt met my loved ones needs better. The tour was excellent, there were awesome people running this place. I was looking for the level of the resident and what their level of care was in comparison to my loved one to make sure that she had someone around her also that was like her.

The meals sometimes are a hit or miss, but so far it has been a good experience. We really like the staff and everything we have seen so far at this community. They treat our loved one so well which is most important. Every time they come to visit the greet us with a big smile, they make us feel very comfortable and it is like family.

The staff provide great care. The rooms are clean. The community functions well. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They have at least two to three activities a day for the residents to participate in. Some of the activities included bingo, movies, outside entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from. The food was prepared well, and served like a restaurant. They even had flowers on the tables in the dining room. There is a hair salon and an exercise room on the property.

I toured Broadway Proper and the guide was marvelous, she did everything right! I chose another community because the residents at Broadway needed a more advanced level of care than me - and that was a little overwhelming.

I would highly recommend this community the staff are very good and helpful with my loved one. They have activities and try to get the residents up and moving around the community to interact and do more.

This is a new and great community. The staff are great to work with. The menu hasn't been able to be provided to the family yet. The food come down to the memory care unit at 4 and then served at 4:30. It would be nicer if it was served hot. We have brought this up to the staff for their awareness. The staff and community did a great job during the pandemic lockdown.

We chose The Groves because of the value for the price. It is a very nice facility, we have been so pleased with everything. They did allow my mom to be here and she is unvaccinated. The apartment size is quite good, I have compared with others and this was larger. I really like the fact that the kitchen is open all day long, there are no scheduled meal times. I would recommend to others looking.
