Northstar should be called leisure living and not just retirement living! The staff goes out of their way to provide services and to fill our needs and they are helpful and friendly while doing it. There are activities and social events to enjoy and no lack of nice people to get to know. The facility is clean and well kept. It is a real pleasure to live here.

The Gardens of Scottsdale has definitely met our expectations. The place is very clean and the meals are very good. The food is better than other places we had toured. It is working out very well for my father so far and we are very happy.

I like my community, they are doing very well with all they do for me. I have not had much time to participate in the activities that are here. They have plenty of good food for me and the residents. The housekeeping-does good job keeping my room clean. It's good that they keep the public areas clean too.

This community is great. It has a down to earth feeling about it. The staff is very caring and always available. She is happy with the meals and variety. The activities are great and she enjoys alot of the others residents there. This community is great for other families who want a home feeling for there loved one.

My mom is doing fine and all moved in. All is going good for her. She loves the meals here. They have a full time kitchen with chefs making the meals. My mom has taken advantage of the outdoor courtyard and theater room, she is doing awesome.

My mom is very happy here - the staff is beyond fabulous. Incredibly nice and always willing to help with anything and everything. They go above and beyond and the residents are all outgoing and kind. Most other places feel like hotels..this feels like home

Application and contract procedure was fast and expertly done. Staff was very helpful and connected. Facility was very clean and orderly.

The Oaks is a very clean and nice new community. The entire staff is friendly. My mom seems to like to food and they offer a variety of choices from 7 to 7. She is taking advantage of the bus for outings as well as she enjoys the morning exercise class and some music events. The community is close to the hospital which makes me feel more comfortable with her being there. I would recommend this community.

This community is a good place for my mom. The food is good and the staff could not be nicer. The entire staff will greet you if you see them in the hallway and the move in coordinator stopped by to see how we were doing during her move in. I think the management must be superb and I would recommend this community. It is clean and well taken care of.

It has been a very good experience for us here at this community. This is a new facility. So they are still trying to work somethings out, but so far they are trying their best. They have a new manager and she is making some great improvements to the community. The staff is great, they are very responsive to my concerns. They are really on top of things. There are wonderful activities offered. The meals are great, the food is very good quality. They have an excellent chef. Everything is working out very well.

The experience at Broadway Proper has been very positive. Staff overall make a genuine effort to make your stay the best it can be from the start. Numerous problems are starting to compound during the first 2 weeks making me concerned. I'm hoping the "staffing shortage" will be resolved along with my mother's worries. The food tastes great and I love the variety my mom reports. It's too bad that it was not very warm when I have had a chance to eat there. I also didn't think that the "dinner" ticket I had to use for a meal I received on day was even worth $5. The extra activities are extremely appreciated. They keep the residents happy and involved in events regularly though out the day. I'm so glad mom is at Broadway Proper.

It was a hard adjustment for my mother with the transition to the community, but things are getting better. She is doing well and the staff has been wonderful for helping her adjust. Everything about this place is great and I am very pleased. The staff has been wonderful with all the help they give. She enjoys the meals and the staff are trying to encourage her to participate in the activities. I do not regret my choice to move her here. She is safe and they are caring for her very well.

I have had a friend and her husband in the facility for several years. They go out of their way to accommodate their special needs and anticipate any problems that might arise from his condition. They are wheel chair friendly, serve healthy, nutritious meals, and, even have afternoon treats for those with a sweet tooth. I have compared their prices to other facilities in the area and find them to be competitive. Especially, considering the amenities Park Lane offers compared to others. Park Lane has many activities geared to the different levels of ability to engage. These were impressive and included trips to the ballet and opera, sight-seeing trips during seasonal peaks and shopping opportunities for those who don't drive. I have had occasion to interact with the staff and have found them to be courteous and helpful from management to kitchen staff. I highly recommend Park Lane to my friends and family.

I am very happy and everything is going very well for me. They are wonderful here and very accommodating when you need it. The facility is clean and neat my rooms looks great. The staff is amazing and very kind and sweet to me. I've some good friends with the lady's here. I am going be teaching a beading and art class to the residents. I am very happy and pleased with everything they have done for me.

I don't have anything to compare Atria Inn at Lakewood to, but I would say it is good. We have recommended it to another person. My mother is still adjusting to living there. It's a whole new experience for us all. They do offer activities but she doesn't participate. She seems to like the food, I have eaten there and it was alright. It is pricey, but I think they all are.

Things are going just fine at Atria Inn. So far, we have not have any complaints or problems with the staff or the facility. Things are going pretty well and we have had a pleasant experience so far.

Granite Gate is located in a special part of Prescott and it shows! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. My experience upon entering the facility was special from the very beginning. My husband and I were met by Barbara [removed] and from the get go, we were taken in by the experience of Barbara and what she brings to Granite Gate. The Memory Care unit is sunny and very inviting and I knew this was a place my Mother would be very happy in. We were given a tour of the available apartments and also the community room, all of these were spotless and very well maintained. My experience with Granite Gate led me to put a deposit down and the start of a place for my mother that I know will nurture her and make her quite comfortable and happy.

Things are going fine at The Oaks. I don't live there. My Mother In Law lives there, so I can't really speak on her experience, but as far as I know, the staff is great and the facility is just fine.

The food is good. And the staff is real friendly. And my mom really like it. And it is real clean.

We have lived here for teo weeks. The meals are great. All utilities are included, basic cable and local phone service. They check all the apartments twice a day to make sure you are ok. We also have lifeline in our rooms so if something happens to you while in your apartment you can signal for help. The are about to finish remolding all the appartments, the lobby, dinning room and other rooms. Managements has checked on us several times since we moved in to see how we are doing. Over all it's great living here.
