We lived in Danbury for one year and have had a very good experience overall.

I have been here 2.5 years at IV> I enjoy the many amenities and the fellowship with others.

The activity girl [name removed] was really wonderful.

Beautiful facility. The entry/lobby looks like a nice hotel. Every staff member has been very kind and caring. My mom loves her apartment. She has become very close with all of her caregivers. staff is welcoming to family members.

Nice people, nice building

Our father spent nine years in another independent and assisted living facility. After one month at Hathaway Hills, we know that this facility is the best of the best. We highly recommend Hathaway Hills.

I have has lived at Southwick Village for several years. The community is set in a beautifully maintained campus with all the amenities I need as I age. Activities, food and most importantly, the staff are accommodating and kind.

Toured with my parents. It is comfortable, well maintained with very helpful staff. Five stars for cleanliness & friendly staff.

The care that my ninety four year old dad received on the Memory Care unit was excellent. The staff was very caring. The food was excellent and delicious. The cost per month was very reasonable and the management staff was superb. Truly a home away from home!

6 family members were there for Thanksgiving dinner and the service and kindness of the high school servers, the dining room manager and executive director were off the charts wonderful!

Mom is 85 and very independent, but she also realized that keeping a house on your own is tough. She also felt that since she had quit driving, her social circle had shrunk. At StoryPoint all of these concerns have been laid to rest! To top it off she is having fun!

I know it offered a lot of activities. My husband just wasn't interested or able to participate. The person I spoke to at that time was very convincing. I was also in a pinch for time as my husband needed to be transferred from rehab in Wauconda.

[name removed] and I share concerts all over the state of Michigan, and have been to Grand Village 3 or 4 times now. The residents are always fun to talk with, and they seem to really enjoy the concerts. The staff has always been really nice and helpful when we come there. We look forward to coming and sharing there many times in the future!

I have followed this community since my dad moved there. As I live in Wyoming I haven't had the opportunity to vist yet but will in the future. My dad absolutly loves it there. I was raised in Southwick so it warms my heart to know he is there. Folling on Facebook I see all the wonderful things the staff provides for their clients. I would highly recommend this place for their caring and love for all their people.

We picked the community as it was close to my home and my father's home, where his friends could visit easily. It's a great community.

The staff is very helpful with care from all standpoints. [names removed] are very experienced in dealing with the aging process and guiding families through the process of AL+MC.

The care of my uncle and his changing needs has been handled effectively and efficiently. Keeps my uncle comfortable and cared for was a priority from all staff. The care has been appreciated by our family.

The facility is beautiful, clean. & well setup. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was invited to join the meal that was being served. The food was delicious and the kitchen manager was so sweet. It was wonderful to see her engaging and interacting with the residents.

In 2023 we were in need of memory care. toured several different facilities in Coshocton County, Muskingum County, and Homes County. After much consideration, we chose Danbury of Millersburg and have not regretted this decision. Mom has settled into her new home better than I expected. The staff is great. They are kind and helpful and make each resident feel special. They do many activities with the residents - would like to see a few more on the weekends but I realize that takes more staff. The only suggestion I can make is to gear the food choices around that age group of people. The food looks great to me but that age group does not always like wraps and such. They tend to be a meat and potatoes group. Nonetheless the meals I have seen look great and there's always dessert which is a big hit. Thanks to Millersburg staff for all you do.
