Storypoint offers a variety of activities that engage residents through the day. The life enrichment director thinks outside the box and is open to new ideas and activities. He fully supports a growing art class that is well attended!

We toured Danbury - Millersburg knowing we likely could not afford to place our parents there. We told [name removed] this upfront and she still treated us with the utmost kindness and respect. I could tell she really took pride in Danbury and the service they provide to our community. I was most impressed with the memory care unit and the care and comfort employees provide to residents while still allowing residents to keep their dignity. I definitely recommend at least touring the facility.

I really like living here and I would definitely recommend this place to my close friends. It's friendly, clean and activities that I enjoy. One of my biggest concerns was safety and I feel safe. It's a great place to live!

I toured StoryPoint Middletown during my search for a facility for my loved one. I really liked this facility a lot! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. This facility was my second choice for my loved one and will most likely be my first choice in the future when my loved one needs more care. None of it is cheap, but at this location it at least definitely feels like you'll get what you pay for.

This is the first senior care facility we have needed to select and have been extremely pleased in the short time of moving our loved in. It provides the normal care but what separates Briarwoood out from the rest is the personal care for each resident from the maintenance, food staff, doctor, nurses, physical therapists as well as the administration staff. Each person knows the residents by their first name and makes them feel special. There is a lot of knocks on resident doors by staff for a friendly hello with a smiling face throughout the day as well as genuine words of encouragement as the residents take part in the many structure facility activities. It is a very positive atmosphere and it is clear the staff members are compassionate, hard working, individuals that enjoy working for the facility and making a difference in the life of others.

I visited eight different places, and the I@CL is the only one I wanted to show my MIL. It’s bright and vibrant. There are so many activities, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious (I’ve enjoyed it a few times) and there are so many choices! Six months later, she tells me every time, how much she loves her apartment, the people, the food - and how happy she is to be there! Add it to your list - you’ll see how much better it is.

This community is focused directly on the residents with exceptional communication, organization, and commitment that is evidenced by an active, thriving senior community. We love joining in regular activities and discussions, always greeted with positivity as a team.

I think Independence Village is a one of the best facilities I have ever worked in. IV gives so much back to its residents through activities, special programs, and a friendly staff thats always willing to help.

It was very difficult deciding mom needed to move to a senior facility. It was even more difficult getting mom to agree. The staff at the Inn at Cass Lake were extremely helpful providing suggestions and support during this process. [name removed] has been a constant means of support. She is always cheerful and ready to help with whatever is needed. She is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and lighthearted. She understands the struggles we have with mom's dementia and is always willing to extend words of encouragement and great hugs! Mom is comfortable at the Inn and my sisters and I are also. It is like having an extended family.

I have had a personal experience with the staff at Cass Lake especially the Customer Service/Sales manager. She gave me her cell number for any questions that I needed an answer or any help. I was very pleased with the above and beyond that she provided. When you have a loved on in independent care, it's nice to know the staff is there for any need and assistance. Thank you Cass Lake staff.

Welcoming staff that goes above for their residents. Clean community, providing excellent care. Residents are happy and appear proud to call IV home.
