Independence Village is highly focused on providing various activities on a daily basis for their residents. They're interested in creating a community atmosphere for interaction with other residents. I can't say enough about the staff. The are patient and caring, and consistently exhibit a positive attitude and know/greet each resident by name. Our family had excellent communication and responsiveness from the staff (e.g. [name removed] with the move into the community, and [name removed] with end of life transitions). Previously, our Mom had tried 2 other senior apartment living arrangements that didn't work out. She enjoyed Independence Village for the short time she lived there. I just wish my Mom had more time.

My mother is currently a resident at Holiday Glen Eagle and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The housekeeping for an individual apartment is fine. The meals are good. They offer a nice variety and also have a Chef on site. The move in process was easy for us. I would 100% recommend Holiday Glean Eagle to family and friends! We're very happy with them!

The staff at Independence Village of Ames are very friendly, helpful and seem to care about the residents and their families. We like that the Memory Care folks get an opportunity to do things with the Assisted Living folks sometimes. There are lots of great activities and Myles the therapy dog is a favorite of many of the residents. My father-in-law has been very happy in Memory Care. I wish we would have got him in sooner! I would recommend Independence Village of Ames, it's been a positive experience for all of us.

Riley's Grove has been an answer to prayer. So thankful to find such a wonderful community for my mom after her diagnosis of dementia. All the staff has been so caring and supportive. It has been such a relief to know she is a good, safe, and caring community.
