Great people and extremely helpful

It is a wonderful place for a loved one. We picked this community, because of the room,space and price.

We love our 2 bedroom apartment with its cozy fireplace and quiet neighborhood outside our patio. The staff here at the Village are so sensitive to our needs; friendliness and helpfulness are their middle names. Our Chef is creative and offers amazing menus. SO GLAD we came!

Find all staff to be very qualified and attentive, friendly and genuine.

I am an entertainer- I come once a month and love it here- I play 'Sing for the Residents.'

Every person from every department has gone above and beyond. This community offers such peace of mind and feels better than home, where I was alone. Every day I'm laughing and having a good time and learning!

StoryPoint is a lovely and well-kept facility. We made a move here to find a more vibrant and socially active community for my mom who needs Assisted Living services, but is mentally sharp and social. The staff is attentive and kind and the social activities, open to all residents, are varied, enjoyable and well done. A friendly and welcoming community!

I looked at several other assisted living homes and chose Bayfield and I could not have made a better choice. They are the best!

Overall, everyone is very pleasant and helpful to my mom. The facility is clean and well kept. However, for the cost, I think toilet paper and even depends should be included. The staff in memory care is awesome! [name removed] is the bomb we love them

All staff is amazing. They treat my dad with compassion and respect. The staff is great about communicating with the family. I can't say enough good about the fresh home cooked meals and available activites.

It has been a good experience at Gaslight. The staff is very caring and always willing to help you. I would recommend Gaslight.

What an amazing facility. Not too many places you can not stop in for 6 months and the front desk still recognizes you. All staff are happy and residents smiling. At one point it was as if I was looking at my future of where I'd want to be!

It's been a wonderful experience. The activites are great and it is a very safe place for the residents. The rooms are so clean.

I was impressed with how inviting the facility was, and at the friendliness of the staff, and residents. The lunch was delicious and the atmosphere of the entire facility was very welcoming.

Our loved one is quite content living at the independence Village East community. The food options are varied and helpings are full. We all appreciate the staff who work there. We consider some of them family.

I have been performing and IV Plymouth for 8 years and of all the places I have played, this is the best. The residents are always happy and well cared for, the staff are very good at their jobs and very friendly and kind. 5 stars for everything. Always shows and entertainment.

Security is very good. Someone lets you in and out. No shortcuts . Place is always clean. Meals are great Staff is friendly. Visits from nurse every other week and more as needed. [name removed] does not participate in any activities . He is a very private person. The overall value for cost is hard to rate as we do not see the billing. The Management is very present. Staff is friendly and efficient. I am greeted each time I arrive. [name removed] has Parkinson's and has been able to have his meals in his room which allows him to enjoy them better than if he was forced to sit in the dining room. He has scheduled shower days and laundry days.

I don't have to worry about anything. Every day is a nice day.

My dad was very happy here for the last couple of years of his life in Independent Living. I have wonderful memories to cherish of visiting him at StoryPoint. The staff is phenomenal. I have zero complaints. They are top notch.

There isn't anyone I don't like and it is all so clean and everyone is so friendly.
