Always enjoyable and helpful.

After visiting multiple Assisted Living homes this was by far my favorite. Nothing was more welcoming than knowing there is so much longevity in both the staff and residents.

The Sheridan in Birmingham is a wonderful place to live!! The caring staff, who knows everyone by their name, are awesome!! Always friendly, they greet you with a smile! Very attentive. Activities are always going on, outings, BBQ’s, music, happy hour( very nice), movies with popcorn. It’s like being at home. I highly recommend The Sheridan!!

Very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff are also smiling and very cordial. Being independent the only care service is up to you. You can use their transportation van for trips as well as appointments you may have. The food is scrumptious, the waitresses and the chef are all friendly. There is so much more to evolve yourself in. Overall, my experience is very positive and would gladly recommend taking a tour and maybe become a resident.

My family loves Anthology of Novi! You deserve a 5! I like that everyone seems to care about my mom, and I see my mom and other residents having a good time, and being taken care of. I also enjoy how clean and beautiful the place is, and the fun activities and wonderful performances they have to entertain everyone

From the moment my dad, brother and I walked through the doors of StoryPoint, we were warmly greeted by the staff and shown around by [name removed](who is AWESOME!). Within the first 60 seconds, it was evident that StoryPoint genuinely cares for the residents. The friendly atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings instantly put us at ease and we instantly knew this was the place for my dad. My dad's transition to StoryPoint was seamless at a time when we really needed help, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the support and care he has received since moving in. Living with Alzheimer's, my dad will need memory care in the near future. StoryPoint has made a significant difference in his life and mine by making the most of the moments that we have in a way that I wouldn't know how. I wholeheartedly recommend StoryPoint to anyone searching for a place where their loved ones can flourish during their retirement years and am forever grateful to [name removed] and the rest of the team.

The Sheridan is an amazing place. The decor is beautiful and the room are spacious. What really sets it apart is the other residents, families, and staff are truly so kind. I would highly recommend checking the community out for yourself or loved one.

The Independence Village of Brighton Village did everything they had promised. Unfortunately, our loved one has gone back home, but she did tell me that it was great for her to get her strength back.

Candlestone Assisted Living facility is very comfortable, clean, and friendly.

The staff, from the community Executive Director there, the entire staff are excellent, informative, and pleasant to deal with. Their staff and employees are always friendly and helpful. The residents are friendly and helpful.

Their memory care was the nicest of all the places we visited. Staff was and still is very friendly, compassionate and helpful. I would definitely recommend to others and already have. Even in memory care they try to have activities with the residence.

What we like most about the Anthology of Northville is the meals in the dining room. The meals that are prepared are very good. Also the activities even though my mom doesn't take part in any of them. I would recommend Anthology of Northville especially for a senior that can still take part in the activities.

I would definitely recommend the community for their loved ones. We picked this community, because of the great staff. Well maintained both inside and the outside grounds. Lots of activities.

The staff is devoted to the residents. There is no request too small . They take any complaints seriously. The nurses are competent, friendly, and punctual. The chef works with residents to provide foods they like. The activities director is cheerful and fun. I would 100% recommend Provision Living at West Chester to others looking.

I took the day off to visit several facilities. Storypoint North was the first one I visited. After taking a tour, and meeting the staff, I realized that I did not have to look any further. It checked all the boxes and then some. Putting a loved one in any facility is a difficult decision. I appreciate their compassion and making it a little bit easier for me.

Springvale has made amazing progress and staff are extremely caring and truly love the resident's that live there. We get multiple compliments not only from family, but vendors that come into the community. Springvale has monthly outings, activities for all residents, a beauty shop, beautiful courtyard and even raised gardens with vegetables the Chef uses for meals.

Everyone has a big smile, staff and all. We picked this community, because of the level of care, staff, cleanliness and everyday they are doing things with everyone. They invite family for Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas, had us all got Fathers Day and we had steak on the grill with grilled veggies and salad dessert was strawberry shortcake. They give a pool party in summer. Little blue kiddie pools and they had their feet in the water. Sipping on margaritas (juices). Beach balls. Grilled lunch. Invited all the families. We had a blast and a smile on everyone's face. You need to pay a visit.

This community is brand new and absolutely AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There doesnt seem to be the same horrible staffing problems that most facilitles have. We had lunch and it was so good, resturant quality for sure! Everyone needs to tour their loved ones and move them in! We have been so happy here!

This community has really improved with the new management team in place. Residents have a garden in the court yard, they have monthly outings in the community, food is delicious, and residents are very happy.
