The Meadow Lane Assisted Living Community is warm, inviting, and overall an amazing place. Every time you go to Meadow Lanes everyone is smiling and happy. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. All in all, it's a place you would want your loved ones.

I have been performing at StoryPoint for nearly five years. It is the most excellent retirement community in Grand Rapids, constantly providing the residents with a comforting and festive atmosphere. There is no shortage of engaging activities throughout the year, but even aside from the many enjoyable events on the calendar, the general environment of the place, the friendliness of both residents and staff alike, the smell of the dining room during meal time, the decorations throughout the various seasons, all serve to provide a top-tier retirement experience for anyone and everyone.

Ater touring quite a few retirement places, we decided on Holiday Lincoln Square for my dad. He has been there for almost 3 weeks and likes being there. There have been a couple things not working right in his room. They were quick to check on it and get it fixed.

The residents and the staff are my favorite, there is always someone to talk with. The food is excellent, the staff always make eye contact and talk with you. There is plenty of activities for all of your interests. Our StoryPoint location is perfect with Meijer right next door.

Our (my dad's and mine) experience here has been very rewarding. The size of the facility and the kind and caring staff are just what we were looking for in an Assisted Living facility. The peace of mind is wonderful.

Overall we've had a good experience at The Marquette. I like that it's an independent living facility but has the safety of having people around and meals prepared for my loved one.

"I like it here!" I like the people, the people who work here. If there is a problem, you can always go to someone and discuss. Food is good. Environment is clean. I really enjoy being a resident here!!

I am so happy I picked StoryPoint as my home. I enjoy spending time with the Assisted Living residents, playing Bingo, and listening to the incredible music performers. The food is outstanding and the customer service is fabulous.

StoryPoint Medina has excellent positive leadership and this positive attitude is a key part of the entire staff. The staff offers to help assist in all the 'little ways' that make the quality of life better everyday, especially in the 'big picture.' Our Executive Director has developed a 'staff' of quality people who are 'givers', not 'takers' in everyday life. The staff consistently ask if you have any needs before you ask them. They do this sincerely and build a positive relationship with you as an individual. All of this adds up to a better quality of life in the big picture. The line of communication is always open to you. The staff goes above and beyond on a consistent basis for the people everyday. From the Executive Director and the entire staff the positive attitude and sincere caring for you is the ULTIMATE DIFFERENCE MAKER.

When I walked through the front door, I was so impressed with the beauty of the building. I was greeted with friendliness and the entire staff treated me like I was part of the family.

StoryPoint is not just a place to live, it is a community that excels at personal touches for its members. I have seen first hand how my mother's mental and physical wellbeing has benefited from being a part of it.

The only complaint we have as we wish they had a heated pool. We picked StoryPoint because it was very close to both my sister and my house. And the person that showed it did a fantastic job of selling it.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one has enjoyed their time here. The staff communication with the family has been pretty good when we have questions or concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents. The community tries to accommodate the resident's requests if the residents doesn't like the meal that is served. Kickball, cards, bingo, crafts, puzzles, readers, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in.

It is a brand new facility. Everything is very nice. My mom moved in and felt like she was in a really nice place. Her vision of assisted living was not good and because of the newness of it it and the grand entrance, that really helped. It feels more like a resort rather than an assisted living facility. I would recommend Provision Living at Canton.
