The most significant thing for us was that when you walk in the door for the first time, the level of activity was so much different than any other place that we looked at. The residents were out and about, socializing, talking, engaging. It was just very lively. My parents have a 2 bedroom apartment and it is a perfect size for what they need. They do rave about the food as well. I would and have recommended StoryPoint Naperville.

Cascade Trails has some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff members are attentive, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their guests are comfortable and have a memorable experience. Whether it's answering questions about the local area, recommending activities or simply striking up a friendly conversation, the staff at Cascade Trails are warm, personable, and genuinely care about their guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and hospitable experience.

Nice bright facility. Lots of engaged seniors. Activities appear to be frequent and lots of seniors participating. Building is clean and staff is friendly and caring. Being an animal lover I love seeing a couple dogs roaming around.

Grace Haven is a beautiful community. The staff go above and beyond to care for all of the residents. The community is clean and taken care of. The residents are always smiling when I walk in the door!

We arranged for our dad to stay here, and during the time he was a resident I can't say enough about the great level of care they provided. Accommodations outstanding, and the staff exceptional.

My husband and I have been residents of StoryPoint for a little over a year. Moving here was definitely the right decision. The staff is fantastic-friendly, competent and responsive. Residents are friendly and welcoming. The many activities are varied-you can be as busy as you want to be. The meals are very good and offer a variety of menu options.

It's a great place to live, met a lot of people and they're all nice and met a lot of their families. All of the ladies that work here are great. I've a few friends that would come here when needed.

We moved my father-in-law to RG early December 2022. He is thriving in his new community. The staff, activities, meals, care have been excellent. My only complaint is that at times we wish there were additional staff members, but each staff person that is at RG is WONDERFUL.

The staff was excellent, they were always attentive to moms needs even when she was hard to deal with. That was very important to us. I would highly recommend you take the time to visit the facility and meet the staff.

Ludington Woods continues to provide excellent care for our dad. The kind and caring staff, work hard to promote the safety, well-being, and independence of residents.

My mom moved in less than a month ago and I have never seen her happier in the last 20 years. Her apartment is as comfortable and clean as can be. The residents are very happy and friendly and the staff are simply outstanding.

This facility has been great all the way through. Everyone, without exception, is friendly and caring. They have a lot of activities, something for everyone. They do provide housekeeping, which Mom loves. I would definitely recommend them and have done so.

The biggest reason we chose Aurora Pond was the location, it is only 2 minutes from my house and it is also across from Walgreens where her meds are, it is close to the ER, etc. The convenience of it all if great. They also cook all of the meals so she doesn't have to worry about they. They are pet friendly so she is able to keep her dog. She got an apartment on the first floor which makes it easy for her to take her dog out. The apartment sizes are decent. They do not have access to garages, but she does not have a car so it works out and they do have a bus service so she can use that or we just come pick her up. There is a CNA on staff 24/7 if you need them. The call button with a GPS is also included in the price. She has met so many new people and is in a book club, walking club, etc. There is a lot of entertainment and she is keeping busy. She is adjusting well and so far it has been a positive experience.

I know where I am putting my mom! This place is classy and sophisticated. The staff is so friendly :) I love to birdwatch there; they have so many good nature spots and views from the window. The staff lets you shoot nerf guns for fun!

Very nice staff. Clean. Residents look happy. I am a family member that is from out of town and came to visit. Very clean. Rooms are good size and residents were laughing and doing activities. Glad to see
