Independent living at Southwick Village is among the most truly independent but supported residences I’ve visited. Housing units are spacious, have great lay-outs, are well-equipped, accessible and located in well-tended neighborhoods. The staff are wonderful - friendly, engaging, caring, attentive & responsive to needs. Staff go out their way to create a sense of community. I highly recommend Southwick Village to anyone looking for a place with or for parents.

I toured Independence Village of Carmel with my mother, who is looking at Senior Communities with independent living apartment homes. We found this community to be very open and inviting. On the tour, we saw several places for activities or families and friends to visit. They have fire places in several areas and all were on which felt so cozy to mom. She thought the apartments we toured were nice but the best thing was seeing the folks that live there interacting and having a good time. Overall, we were very impressed and mom is taking next steps towards moving into the community.
