Above and beyond ! Called me last night because Mom has a stye in her left eye and they’re treating it….”thought you’d want to know” was the comment. Not sure you could come up with enough superlatives to describe the staff and the care given. Staff will call my cell when Depends, clothing or ANYTHING is needed. Staff has called when they suspected that Mom was headed toward a urinary tract infection…btw they were correct. When she was sick, they called so quickly I beat the ambulance to the hospital ! Coordinated several times with Care Tenders when physical therapy was needed. Can you say invaluable !?!? None of these examples are unusual, this is the level of care & piece of mind you & your loved one will experience @ Southwick Village ! If you don’t believe me stop in, spend some time there, eat a meal, meet the staff & walk the grounds. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the grounds are spectacular !

From the moment my mom and I entered, we were greeted with staff members with such professionalism and compassion. We both are very impressed with the cleanliness and ease of maneuverability throughout my mom's new home. She honestly feels like she is on a vacation (without the palm ??) Her smile and comfort gives me the peace of mind that allows me to sleep at night knowing that she is in great hands. Thank you Southwick villages for caring
