I have had an all around great experience with StoryPoint. The staff is very kind and considerate. They were also very accommodating with helping me to get everything in order for my mom's move-in date.

I have not spent a great deal of time at the community to be able to answer re improvement, but what I found most helpful was the marketing person, then the receptionist and administrative staff

The staff are all very professional, kind and engaging to residents and family. I have had a pleasant experience. The facility is very clean. The staff have given great care to my sister. They have consistent activities and entertainment to engage the residents. The food is good and dining is a family atmosphere. Residents are given a choice and asked if they want additional servings.

My mother lived at Danbury Memory Care for a few weeks before she died. Her care was very good. It was also individualized to her specific needs. All the staff were very caring. I have absolutely no complaints.

Great care! Since the changes from Provision to Story Point, the care and staff have remained consistent. I am very happy with her care!

We recently moved in and have been so blessed to feel welcomed by every staff we have interacted with or observed caring for facility residents. As we live in a Villa we are independent, and can come and go as we please, cook our own meals or eat in a welcoming dining room with nutritious food served. We would recommend Danbury Mt. Vernon to anyone who seeks a special place for themselves or their loved ones!

It was much better than the place she was at. The available music classes art classes field trips the amenities more than just a place to stay. Even the nurses were of a higher caliper and it really feels like a home.

I couldn’t have found a better place for my mom. She is happy there, and has been able to keep her dog, which has been so important to her. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Cascade Trails made some of the difficult changes much easier. I highly recommend Cascade Trails.

The activities assistant, [name removed], is very helpful and friendly. [name removed], who is in charge of the dining room is an excellent host. My experience here has been very positive.

I can't say enough good things about Cascade Trails. Both the independent living and assisted living facilities are beautiful, with an exercise room and some community rooms available to reserve. The staff give attentive care that is full of patience and compassion. There are many activities to take part in. When my in-laws were in an independent living apartment, we especially enjoyed Sunday brunches in the dining room. It gives us peace of mind to know that there is a nurse practitioner who can serve as their primary care provider in assisted living - on site about weekly.

The staff in the main building have been extremely supportive. The facilities are in excellent condition. Even though my parents live in a villa, they often go up to have lunch or dinner in the main facility. They have made a lot of friends! I have heard nothing but wonderful comments from my parents. I highly recommend this community.

You have found the memory care you are looking for! After touring multiple facilities in Richland, Ashland, Knox and Franklin counties and being less than thrilled with the offerings, I was ecstatic to discover Danbury of Mount Vernon. Working with A Place for Mom, and [name removed] Danbury I found exactly what I was looking for. A secure, caring, home-like environment with the privacy and services your loved one deserves. Not only did they help to quickly offer respite care at a sister facility, but they also facilitated the move to our permanent home more quickly than anticipated. Please come tour Danbury of Mount Vernon. You will not be disappointed. The staff is top notch from the chef who prepares healthy, appetizing meals to the servers who know and truly care for your loved one. The facility utilizes evidenced based practices from the decor, to the room designs all the way to the activities that are offered daily. The nursing staff is well educated and very communicative. This is home!

Cascade Trails has been a wonderful place for our family. The staff are consistently responsive, helpful, kind, and empathetic, which gives us great peace of mind. They are truly present and attentive to the needs of the residents, and it shows in the day-to-day care and atmosphere. It’s clear that they don’t just provide care — they provide compassion, patience, and understanding. We are grateful for the supportive environment they’ve created, and I would highly recommend Cascade Trails to anyone looking for a senior living community where their loved ones will be treated with dignity and kindness.

Their staff is so full of love for the residents. They find a perfect balance of being attentive, sensitive, professional and approachable. We can't imagine them doing any more than they do everyday! It is nothing short of amazing!

The staff here has good hires, they are very good. They are cordial and go out of their way to be helpful. We have the luxury to pick and choose what events we want to attend. I like my bingo and poker. Happy hour is always a good time. Outings are different every month and well coordinated.

I have been here for 3 and 1/2 years and very much enjoy it. The staff is great and [name removed] is a good manager.

Danbury is a lovely facility. There are many fun activities planned for the residents. The staff is friendly and helpful. From my perspective it is the nicest facility of its kind in our city, and I have recommended it to several friends.
