My Mother was admitted to Glen Oaks a month ago as Hospice wanted her to have a higher level of care. We are VERY happy with Glen Oaks. Workers speak when you walk in, RN is very caring and actually feeds residents HERSELF as do other workers. They have planned activities and do not let residents sit all day. Mom is eating, so presume food is very satisfying. Workers have mom clean and her hair done every day.

The staff and residents are very friendly. The care services are through adviser care and not through the community. They have quite a variety of activities for the residents to participate in that I see going on all the time even though my loved one does not participate. They are also extremely dog friendly which is why we went with them.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice community. We had heard from a couple of people that the price was to expensive, but when we compared it to other places it was right on par. It is a much larger facility but it was a very happy environment and really well kept.

They have lots of activities for the residents to do on a daily basis. This is a very good place to care for your loved one. The staff provide a lot of care and love to those that they are there to serve.

I would tell others that the community is very much knowing about the residents, and connecting residents with like interests. They seem to truly care about the residents in their care. The quality of food is inconsistent, and this might be due to COVID. They are trying to improve on their activities, as well.

I would like to thank all the caregivers for my mom, [name removed]. I feel that you all put your hearts into your jobs. Please know that you are all very much appreciated in all the care you give to my mom! I can sleep just a little better at night knowing that she is being well taken care of.

I moved both my folks in after trying several other facilities in the area and boy am i glad i did! Its just the right size to have everything we needed

This is absolutely the best we had visited in the area. The facility is the best, equipped, staffed and all the amenities far exceed are expectations. During time of need for in home care following surgery has been the best service anyone could ask for. We are completely satisfied to call this home with lots of friends.

I think it is a great place. Everyone is really nice and always willing to help. Everything is really clean and fresh. Food is really good. If you don't like what they have they will try to fix what you do like. They try to please everyone and it is hard to place everyone, because we are all different.

We have lived here at StoryPoint for 4 1/2 months and have had our physical and medical needs met. The physical and medicare have been met. We really appreciate the shuttle service and is excellent. Every employee has been positive and effective. StoryPoint is a beautiful campus.

I am happy here! The staff is wonderful. I love the breakfast menu and the service staff. Everyone is very good time and friendly.

I am very impressed with StoryPoint. Everyone of the employees are very thoughtful and informative. The officers go out of the way to inform you of all activities. I am very glad I live here. My husband and I feel welcome here.

The staff insure are god health & happiness. We feel there are many angels in are midst. StoryPoint isn't just a residence, it is a place to really live our own future. Our family is delighted we are so well cared for.

The people who work here and those that live here are the friendlies. They make living here a very good experience. If you have to live in a independent living place, this is the best.

Staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Facility is clean and inviting to residents & visitors. Amenities such as craft room, library etc are useful & staff enjoys the interaction along with the residents.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, each one greets in the AM. Meals are exceptionally tasty and good quality for us. Residents are great too, like family. Location is comfortable and country-like. Activities are ample and appropriate for independence to shine every day with choices.

The place is always spotless and staff are friendly and helpful. Even through Covid, they did what they could to keep us connected. Have recommended to friends and family!

I would say they need to work on activities. Right now they don't have an activities director, but they're trying to hire somebody. But overall, the staff is super nice and very accommodating to my mom's needs. And Mom tells me she's happy with the food.
