I found everyone at Storypoint to be welcoming and genuinely concerned about how my Dad was settling in. They plan a lot of resident activities, which has been great for him.

Stonegate was very caring about everything concerning g my dad. Even so helpful when my dad had to leave to go to hospital for a short stay. They made it so easy for me as a daughter. They handed me a packet to give to the ER and this was just normal to them to take care of each detail. It helped me so much to not have to think of every detail. The staff was incredible with my dad also. So caring and they kept him going to the little activities that he could do. He really felt at home there. I am forever grateful for that place. He was in the memory care area and I can think of only good to say about each part of that area.

With some experience with other facilities Story Point in Troy, Ohio is the best in the area. Activities, food, staff are all exceptional. Only downside is no covered parking as carports are not allowed in Troy.

What we like the most about Provision Living is the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Big dining hall with private room for families. Activities for all. Friendly staff

We recently had the need to put my father in memory care. The staff was caring, professional, courteous, and responsive to the needs of my dad and ours. I highly recommend this facility if you are in need.

We checked out several places before helping my dad move into Story Point. Of all the places we tried this is where he instantly felt the most welcome and at home. The first day a lady down the hall came over and introduced herself and invited him to dinner. Everyone I’ve met there from the tenants to the staff seems really kind and helpful. It’s taken a load off my mind to know that he is receiving the level of care that he does here.

People in the hallways are always smiling at me. When I came here in [date removed], [name removed] helped me out and showed me around the place and I got to meet some new friends. I love the chef here, he always listens to us and makes us delicious meals. The caregivers are great, they always help me out when needed.

The amount of personal care they provide every resident is far more than we ever expected. Anything you need or have questions about, they are quick to respond. Our family knows that without a doubt, our mother is taking care of with extreme dignity and pride. We will always recommend Story Point.

This is a beautiful place to live. Food is great and prepared by executive chef and his amazing team.The executive director and staff are very loving and welcoming. The are so many fun activities for residents and their families.

Forest Glen Dowagiac was our third assisted living stop in six months. And it is the best for the care my husband needs. The small caring staff makes each day the best it can be as we travel this slow sad journey.

My mom is thriving at Independence Village. We are so happy with the nursing staff- everyone is so friendly and attentive. We are also impressed with the activity staff- there is so much to do all the time. I’d especially like to commend the physical therapy team for all the effort and care they provide!!

My parents have lived in Independence Village East of Fishers for the past eight months and have had a good experience with the staff, facility, amenities, activities, and location. The staff is a highlight. A community can’t work without caring and dedicated staff, and I am incredibly thankful for individuals in each area. From the moment we walked into the facility to see what they had to offer, my parents and I were their top priority, which has continued ever since. After my dad passed away, my mom moved into Independence Village and we couldn’t be happier with her experience. From the moment she arrived, the staff has been warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were finally able to convince our Mother to move from her home of 60 years on the west side of Michigan to a place closer to family. At almost 92 her health was declining rapidly & she would be entering hospice care. We read about Independence Village online & reached out to them about transferring our mom from the west side Storypoint facility. The staff person was exceptionally available to us during the entire transition process & so considerate in answering our many questions & smoothing mom’s arrival. Her apartment was freshly painted & clean, prepared just for her. It was truly the staff that most impressed us. They were so kind & gentle & respectful to her no matter her demeanor, bringing her food or puzzles or laundry, assisting her, cleaning, or just plain checking in. We felt she was so safe & cared for in these final 2 months of her life, & we are deeply grateful for everyone in this facility.

This review is only about the facility itself as CorsoCare is separate. My mom and I visited several places and this one was by far the best in terms of resident activities, staff, interior spaces, and resident interactions. The flexibility it offers for independent living is so helpful rather than having to go all in on assisted living. They were able to accommodate my dad's needs in enhanced independent living which was much more affordable than if he had to go to assisted living. Our community specialist that worked with us went above and beyond to make sure this was the right place for us to choose for my dad. Everyone was very responsive to text messages as we were asking questions and seeking help to get my dad transitioned there from rehab rather quickly. The common spaces are inviting and well presented making it feel like you are on vacation. Other facilities felt more like a nursing home. They have many apartment floorplans to choose from which helps when on a budget.

This assisted living not only has the curb appeal, but just as nice inside. The staff are caring and attentive, they go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a wide variety of engaging activities. The memory care is perfectly designed for those patients with advanced dementia and Alzheimer’s. Must see!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is truly amazing, The administration, dining services, kitchen staff, daily support tech’s, and housekeeping staff are all so wonderful. The other residents are SOOOO friendly and welcoming too. One big happy family. A issue has arisen with the billing, but even that has been overshadowed by the fantastic people. The facilities are extremely clean and comfortable too. The highly skilled kitchen and dining staff prepares good meals of high quality, but the meal options as requested by the out of town corporate leadership are sometimes less than appreciated. For those times when the daily menu is not appealing, a a la cart menu is available. Breakfast is an amazing experience EVERYWHERE DAY. So many choices every day. Better than IHOP in my opinion.. The kitchen staff is excellent. The highlight of Story Point West is absolutely the inner garden like expansive enclosed private courtyard. It’s such a gem.
