Dad, my sister, & myself are very pleased with all areas of this Danbury. Staff & residents are all so very nice & helpful. We have always taken care of Dad & was worried how he would be. Each day is like a miracle with him here!

Everyone has been extremely pleasant. Room is nice. Food has been good. Well pleased.

The patients all seem to be very happy. The rooms are very clean & light. The caregivers are all so nice & very concerned & helpful to all the residents.

My mom has been at IVP for 3 years. They have continued to take the best care of her and I love so may aspects of it. The staff is very friendly and caring, the housekeepers are little miracle workers. The whole community is very supportive, even the fellow residents even look out for one another. IVP management has always been responsive and great at problem solving. The convenience of having a kind hairdresser on site and a visiting podiatrist has been very helpful. IVP knows how to have fun and has frequent live music and entertainment venues in the lobby which my mom loves. Mom uses a walker but still enjoys getting her steps in, cruising the long halls daily. IVP provides lots of love and caring, good physical care and hygiene, clean & attractive apartments and wonderful social engagement. As a daughter and retired RN, I feel lucky and grateful for all they have provided. They are making an often not-so-easy time of life for folks much more doable! Thank you IVP!

It hasn't been long, however I am well pleased. Caring people, good food, new activities. Can leave and go with my sisters. Shopping, visiting, for a ride.

Springwood is a wonderful place to live and interact with interesting individuals who live in the facility. There are varied activities run by the residents and the springwood staff (both inside and outside the facility, which you are free to attend as you wish, so a low pressure environment.) Utilities & maintenance included along with in the apartment washer & dryer, twice a month cleaning, two monthly meals provided by springwood, and indoor climate-controlled garage make it a very easy and comfortable place to live year round.

My experience at Springwood has been excellent with a professional and knowledgeable staff.

I have lived her for 6 months now and from the very first day I have loved living here. The manager has a true heart of gold and goes way above the duties of a manager to make sure everybody is well taken care of. The apartments are very spacious.

I had an amazing lunch tour. The food was delicious. The activities I saw seemed fun and inclusive. The director was incredibly nice and thoughtful.

I love telling everyone where I live now. Its so nice, these girls and guys are so sweet & helpful. The meals are delicious and the desserts are amazing. We are always doing something and I always have a friend to talk to. I have a place to call home that I love.

I call Storypoint my home. My wife passed away 8 months ago and this community has wrapped their arms around me - even my dog!! The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly.

Words can never express my gratitude to storypoint and their staff. I have lived in independent living for almost 8 years. The food is outstanding, our building always smell great and the kindness of the residents and staff is the BEST. Shout out to the housekeeping team!

I love StoryPoint. When I arrived, my wife had just passed away, it was so hard. I gradually made friends and life became easier. This is my family and I am beyond grateful for the staff.

We play cards in the "bistro." The staff is so wonderful. We order lunch, have coffee, and look forward to having gun. The staff is wonderful.

Each person work together to serve each other and be helpful.

Staff communications and demeanor are exceptionally friendly and supportive. This environment makes living here fun and very rewarding. It is like family. There is also a feeling of 'never a dull moment' because of the wide array of activities. Moving here was definitely a good decision.
