My wife and I toured Independence Village this past week. We were very impressed. From the upkeep of the facility, the options of living spaces, to the meal we were offered, we couldn’t have had a better experience. Even more impressive was all of the staff members we met. They were dedicated to the facility, the residents and totally made us feel welcome as a visitor and potential future resident. I would absolutely recommend Independence Village to anyone. We look forward to being a resident in the future.

Mom has lived here for 6 months, She has an LTC insurance policy, and the insurance reimbursement is now an easy routine each month, we appreciate the medical staff, cleanliness of her apartment, and meals. MY FATHER IS IN HIS THIRD YR. AT STORYPONT, DURING THAT TIME BOTH HE AND I WERE EXCEEDINGLY HAPPY WITH ALL ASPECTS OF HIS STAY THERE. ISSUES STARTED WHEN THE SERVICES OF LAURES HOME HEALTH BECAME NECESSARY, MULTIPLE FROBLEMS OCCURED WITH LITTLE RESOLUTION. HE IS NOW IN MEMORY CARE 4 I WOULD NOT BE MORE THRILLED, HE'S EATING BETTER THE STAFF IS FABULOUS IN EVERY REGARD & HE'S GETTING THE ATTENTION HE NEEDS. In HAPPY HE'S SUPERVISED SAFE & STAFF RESIDENT RATIO IS PERFECT. I WISH VERY FREQUENTLY
