Sunrise Yorrba Linda has been a great place for my mom. The staff are wonderful and kind. The environment is bright and positive. There are many social events throughout the week. The location is great, next door to a brand new library and across the street from a new movie theater and shopping plaza.

Our Mom is a resident and we have found comfort in knowing her care is in good hands in a safe and clean facility. Great communication, full activity calendar, in house restaurant has many choices and caters to special needs. Thank you to the wonderful and caring staff.

can feel confident mom will be well taken care of she has meals with other clients she has opportunity to participant in activities staff address her by her name staff seemed like they care staff know me and make me feel welcome anytime I arrive staff have her safety in. mind staff encourage her to participate staff assist her with daily living if she needs help she would like more autonomy and freedom to wake up and dress herself but she requires reminders as she has difficulty managing time and making a decision staff appear patient and calm staff can gently redirect her and keep her on task without making her feel bad she enjoys the ability of have a class of wine with a meal if she chooses she enjoys the food and frequently comments about how tasty it is and the variety of choice, although sometimes she prefers to keep routines of eating the same thing for breakfast tec

My dad (almost 100!) has been a resident for over a year now. He is always greeted warmly and by name by all of the staff. They appreciate his sense of humor, his conversation and are responsive to his needs. In fact, they tell his family he should actually use the buzzer more often to get more help! Who ever hears that!?!?! The nursing staff is top-notch and quick to respond to all medical concerns and work great with medical providers and family. My dad has always been a strong and independent man and it has been hard for him to accept that he needs extra help-Sunrise has helped him (and his family!) make this difficult transition.

The place feels like home. The furniture and accessories are beautiful. Her personal room is adequate and clean. There is no issue anytime she needs assistance. Meals are quite good and plentiful. Activities are enjoyable and anyone can join in. She has a lovely personal assistant whom I can call anytime with concerns and she can call me as well. As soon as I entered the facility I felt very comfortable my friend would love it there.

I have never been this happy! I want to live here as long as I can!

Facility is very nice, not overly big. Small activity and gathering room on first floor. Elevator to 2nd floor. Staff is very friendly, nursing staff is very nice. I have not eaten there myself, but what I understand the breakfast is very good, the same choice every day and the desserts are delicious. The portions are on the small side and sandwiches skimpy. There are no bus trips to stores or other venues except once a month to luncheon. They do try to have something everyday, arts and crafts, bingo and cards. Because this assisted living has an Enhanced License they have the ability to give medical assistance which equats to a larger portion of residents being older and in poorer health. They do get to know their residents personally and try to make them feel like family. It is not a easy job.

Overall, we are very happy with our choice of Sunrise at Dresher. Mom has been happy there and has made friends. The staff and in particular the nurses on staff are very pleasant to deal with. I have found the facility to be very clean. The carpets are vacuumed in the residents' rooms on a regular basis, and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly, and the trash emptied at least once or twice a day. I have found the staff to be generally friendly and caring. Of course, there are some that you connect with better than others, but that would be anywhere. The quality of care is generally very good. Occasionally, they may be short staffed and need a reminder about something, but generally, we have been very happy with it. The nurses on staff in particular are very loving and caring and I can tell they genuinely care about mom. She has had a few medical issues while she has been there and they have been dealt with very well. They have a nice dining room and if the family members would like to eat with the resident, they may do so for an additional charge. They have a good selection of meals. although I have only eaten there a few times the food seems to be good and nutritious , but of course that depends on your individual tastes. They have a good selection of activities with different things happening each day. The residents are encouraged to participate, but not forced to if they are not feeling like it. There are different activities for different interests. We have found the current activities directors to be very pleasant and caring. they have wonderful musical entertainment once a week and occasional outings. Of course it's expensive but at the time last year when we were checking into places, it was competitively priced, and actually cheaper than places we were less impressed with. We have been very happy with our choice.

They are an amazing team of people. Kind, caring. My mom is busy with making friends to playing games. Keeps her busy. Which is great. Food is good they have a great chef there. I wouldn't change a thing for her.

All categories are a 5. We were very very pleased with the care he received. The nurses aides were so gentle with [name removed] dad and very friendly helpful to us as the family.

They have been incredibly helpful. My sister is in the memory unit and we feel confident she is in good hands.

Originally I picked for my wife. They offered what she needed. I also picked them because of the cost.

If a friend asked me, I would say overall it's been a good experience. Nursing staff takes care of concerns promptly. Mom is in Memory care and they take care to learn her likes and dislikes. Mom loves the food. They have fun activities like balloon volleyball and daily stretching. They go off campus occasionally for ice cream. Family is encouraged to visit and staff know us by name. The daily staff is so caring and kind to all the residents. That about sums it up.

This community offered the right mix of independence and support. Having access to regular, healthy meals, cleaning services and onsite laundry have been game changers for him.

Everyone is genuinely happy to help and they make you feel comfortable. The facility is alive with activity and they always have something going on that you can participate in!

They have changed administrators and some changes are not to our liking. She is not friendly like the previous one. Overall we are pleased. Your help in finding Sunrise was much appreciated.

I am so happy that I was able to get a spot for my dad when he was unable to live alone. He was there from November thru August. I felt like it was a second family. I loved spending time with everyone there. They would go above and beyond for my dad. I highly recommend.

I give a 5 for all categories. My current comments are they need to have more activities for memory care, and more help on the weekends and hiring volunteers from colleges majoring in elder care to help with the activities. They should also hire a manicurist for men's nails.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Five Forks is the level of care that caregivers provide for [name removed]. The quick response from administrators when I have questions about administrative matters or questions about [name removed] care. The facility is well kept and staff in [name removed]area keep the area clean.

Visited this facility to see what is available to serve my wife (suffering with Dementia) in the future. [name removed] was very friendly, understanding and helpful. He showed the entire facility and shared all the room and care options. He was amazing, and the staff I met were also very nice and engaging to me and with the residents. Will definitely come back as our needs arise for a great place for my wife.
