We picked this community, because the staff is more knowledagble, they offered more activities off campus, the pricing was clearer, and they had more options for the level of care provided. My loved one has really enjoyed being there, has made new friend, and is able to socialize more. They are good with checking on my loved one.

Right when we walked through the doors on the first day the staff have been nothing but warm and welcoming to our family. They had a nice display out front that was culturally relative. Even though our loved one does not always participate in the activities they do have different things going on. We have recommend Arbor Terrace Senior Living to others and we will continue to do so.

We really like the staff there and right when you walk in they are very informative, the nurse [name removed] on the second floor did a really good job and we would recommend Arbor Terrace Peachtree City to other families.

My loved one likes the food., and a number of the activites. It's a very good place. It's good value for the money. We picked this community because of, the size of the community, services offered , and they had a very good promotion/prices . I liked the feel of it.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This is by far the best community we have experience in recent years. The care staff that cared for my loved one were extremely caring. After watching them interact with the residents it was very heartwarming to see this for me. There were three meals a day and snacks served to the residents. Music, bingo, dancing, balloon volleyball, rides, arts and crafts, and more are available activities for the residents to choose from.

In most aspects, I would rate them a 5/5, although the meals could be better. Care is not included, so I pay a care worker I hired myself. It's a good place for seniors that have some independence.

Cost is a little high, but worth the quality. Great care!

My husband and I moved here recently. The facility is bright and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are daily activities to choose from. We like the restaurant style dining. We appreciate that there are monthly interactive town hall meetings to keep residents informed. There are more residents with physical needs here than we anticipated but we have settled in nicely

Each apartment has washer & dryer, microwave, electric range and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Dinner available soup is salad, numerous entrées, and numerous side dishes such as vegetables. Additionally there’s an additional list of always available meals such as filet steaks, salmon filets and various sandwiches. For lunch salads, sandwiches, wraps, french-fries, sweet potato fries, fruit cup, ice creams and cookies are available. Breakfast is a work in progress with no bacon or scrambled eggs but does have mixed fruit, pastries, oatmeal, milk, coffee, yogurt and a single daily hot dish such as pancakes, waffles, biscuits, french toast and frittatas. Parking is severally limited with more cars than there parking spaces. Electric, water, air conditioning and television are all included in the monthly rent. Maid service for apartment cleaning every two weeks.

Arbor Terrace of Knoxville was my first choice. It was just a beautiful facility. The rooms were very nice. The ambiance and longevity of the staff really stood out to me, as did the friendliness and thoroughness of the person who led the tour. We chose a place that was a little less money and felt more affordable for us, but I'm somewhat questioning that choice now. . .

I toured The Preserve at Palm-Aire and I would have chosen it, but we needed to be in Delray. They have a bridge program for people who need more care than assisted living and need to be in a locked environment, but can still hold a conversation and are much more cognitive than most Alzheimer's patients. That's exactly what my dad needs. I would have much preferred Palm-Aire over the community we chose.

This has been a great experience for my loved one and family. The staff communication with the family has been wonderful. They are responsive to calls, texts, emails and more. There are lots of activities for the residents to enjoy daily. The community even has an app for the family to see what our loved one has been involved in. The community has been good at assisting my loved one transiting into the community, and making my loved one feel at home. There are options for games, salon appointments, religious activities and more for the residents to enjoy here. The community is private pay only, and this is the only drawback for us.

There has been, fantastic interaction with the staf. They are very friendly, and have made everything as easy as possible. The food is amazing, which is simliair to a fancy restaurant. They have a new chef. The activities were well advertised, and they have a schedule with different activities. What they provide, for my loved one is absolutely amazing. When I I visitied and helped my loved one move in, the residents were very welcoming. Everything is brighly lit,they have things along the wall. It doesn't look instituional, and it's very decorative. The residents get togther within groups, and meet to watch the different shows on TV. They have comfortable chairs and couches for the residents, and can bring snacks.

We met with [name removed] who provided us with much information about Arbor Terrace and later took us on a tour of the facility. We were impressed with [name removed] questions to help her determine our interests and needs. We were impressed with [name removed], the cleanliness of the facility and the variety of apartment floor plans.

We've been very happy with Arbor Terrace Glenview. The people are good and attentive. It's on the smaller side, so I feel like everybody knows each other. The nursing care has been very good. The ladies who come and clean her room just do superficial cleanings, but overall the facility is very clean.

This place seems great! From the moment I walked in I was immediately engaged and welcomed at the front desk. The sales gal provided me with great details about what is offered and what I could expect throughout the process. She even mentioned things that I would never have thought to ask. I was pleased to see so many residents that are still able to socialize and move about the place own. The rooms are nice and so are the common areas as the place is relatively new. I had an opportunity to speak with a woman who lives there and can tell that this place takes really good care of the residents.

Because of the social events and friendly staff, my loved one has made some wonderful new friends. They were hesitant the first few weeks and stayed in their apartment, but with the staff's encouragement to eat in the dining room and attend the activities, they soon called Arbor Terrace their home. The nursing and CNA care is excellent. My loved one still feels independent living in an apartment, but it's comforting for them and for us to know that they are being well taken care of.

I went for a tour of the facility today with [name removed] and was very impressed. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist who knew my name right away! I was very welcomed from the get-go. The facility itself is extremely clean, well kept and everyone I encountered was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and have large windows that let in a lot of natural light, which is great. I met the chef and was able to see the menu selections which all sounded very good. It seems that there is a lot of opportunity for activity which is wonderful. [name removed] mentioned a casino outing and a Cubs game to name a few. How fun! The residents that were walking around and in the common areas all seemed to be enjoying themselves. The outdoor patio area with grill looked like a fun place to gather or host your family for a BBQ. Overall, it appeared to be a lovely place to call home!

I would probably encourage them to remember that no facility is going to be perfect in every area. Either your loved one needs to be able to stand up for themselves so they can bring up any issues or concerns. If they are unable to speak for themselves a family advocate or friend would be highly advised. Overall great place.

My mother has been a resident at The Preserve for 2 years. We are extremely happy with this community. It's well run, clean, professional great staff. She gets excellent care. This is the first assisted living apartment I placed her in after my father passed. I consider it great luck I found the perfect place on the first move!!
