The medical care at HarborChase is top notch, everybody that works there is extremely friendly, kind and loving and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families who are searching for a place for their loved ones.

My mother has been at Arbor Terrace for 2 years….I can not recommend it strongly enough! We initially chose it because the building is beautiful and emmaculate . The residents seemed happy and friendly. Well mom just fit right in!! She’s made so many friends and I love getting daily updates from Arbor Terrace about what she did that day! Administration has a true open door policy and is always available. The care staff is amazing!! If you need Assisted Living the only place to see is Arbor Terrace Mountainside!

Great place for active seniors! So many activities to do. And fitness programs. My mom is very happy living here. Thank you Arbor Terrace

Excellent employees. [name removed] at main desk is excellent. [name removed] is a very classy young lady. Excellent employee, ALL good for the community!

Food is excellent. Waiters and waitresses are very good. The staff is helpful and cheerful. Facility is clean. I like having a kitchen and washer and dryer. We are glad to have the size we have had for the last two years. So glad we have moved here.

This community makes their residents feel at home from the first day. My family is pleased with the communications, not only with the residents, but also with family members.

My husband and I moved into our 4th floor apartment on [date removed]. We've met some great residents who are retired professionals, just as we are. The food we are served is delicious. The amenities more than meet our needs/wants, and the entire staff is friendly and professional.

My son visited with me. They were very informative. I moved in several weeks. Two years have passed and the people here are very helpful with everything. [name removed] at the front desk is so helpful and kind. All workers are helpful. I will be here until forever,

Absolutely love it here. Everyone is the best, especially [name removed] at the desk & [name removed], the lady who keeps my apartment really clean. Also, [name removed], a young server in the restaurant is super nice. I have very low vision and she's great. Love it here.

Best move for us at this age 80-84. Love: staff and their care. Swimming pool (heated). LOVE our yard that is fenced in for our rescue poodles. Beautiful surrounding, well kept up!

There is no hesitation to place a loved one here. The care and the longevity of the staff sets the community apart from other communities in the area. The care that my loved one receives is personally geared to them. The staff communication with the family is good. The community sends out updates to the family about what activities our loved one has participated in. They also are prompt to send out and honest about concerns that may be happening in the community

I reviewed Arbor a year ago and continue to only have wonderful things to say. Had 2 parents move in May 2021. Dad passed 2 months later. They took excellent care of him and continue to take excellent care of our mom in memory care- she has had several health scares and they handle everything so beautifully. We are confident she is getting the best care, and everyone is so kind, patient, helpful and have kept staff the same - hard to do during Covid. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. And [name removed] is THE BEST (heads up memory care).

Arbor terrace mountainside is a beautiful community that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for senior living. They have a lot to offer to there residents from variety during the meals, to different activity calendars and even different apartment layouts. One thing the stood out was the excellent staff. The care staff was very caring and compassionate toward the residents. I noticed that all the residents were engaged and smiling. overall a five star community, that I would bring my mom to live.

It's a wonderful, beautiful facility. The staff is absolutely second to none. Unfortunately my husband had special needs that resulted in him needing to be placed in a special facility. But they were so kind to me through the process. And it was such a loving place. I would definitely recommend them to families who have loved ones with memory loss.

I would rate the staff friendliness much higher than a 5 if I could. My father is getting excellent care here in memory care. They have plenty of activities provided and they do really try to encourage him to get out as much as they can. The food is very good and they have a nice variety. If it is not something he wants, they are very accommodating and will make him something that he does want. I would whole heartedly recommend Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury to any other family who is looking for their loved ones.

Arbor Terrace of Burnt Hickory is a wonderful place, where those experiencing Memory Loss issues diseases are both cared for tenderly and loved on daily. I hope you never need such care; but if you do, please check this place out.

I toured Barrington Terrace of Ft. Myers; it was an excellent tour. They were very friendly, this was my second choice. I chose another community because they were less expensive and they gave me a veterans discount, which Barrington did not. Distance wise, the community I chose is a detriment to me - Barrington had a better location and I would have preferred that.

We have been very impressed with the staff to residents ratio - it seems to be very high so the residents get very good individualized care. The staff know all the residents by name, they are always greeting them in the hallways and always engaging with them. The meals and dining service gets 6 stars, they always make sure the meals are on time. They are incredible attentive and based on our experience we would recommend Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor to other families.

My step-mother was one of the first tenants to sign on and never had a bad day. She loved her apartment, met great new friends, and raved about the meals. She was never bored and always felt she was heard by staff and administration. Even when things got hard for her this year (she passed in June), Lakeside and its community were there for her—and her family. Staff helped to communicate with us about her situation, and resident friends were available to help. Throughout her illness and subsequent death, the staff were always there to help her family, from opening a mailbox (we had left the key in New Jersey!) to providing a space for a memorial service so her friends and family could say goodbye. if you’re looking for someplace safe, professional, warm and with a real sense of community for yourself, or for your loved ones to thrive in during their later years, this is the place: The Lakeside at Amelia Island.

On almost all occasions the staff/care team are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately, on occasion there is a caregiver that is not attentive. They are focused on getting the task done quickly without regard to the resident. But I would not let that deter you from living there because the majority of the time the well being of the resident comes first.
