I have to say that I have no complaints with any area of The Solana Doylestown, my dad is happy there in every way. But he is still very self sufficient and driving, which makes a huge difference. He has no levels of care right now because he does not need it, so I am just a visitor at the moment. I think he is staying in more and more as he gets acclimated and finds friends. He is very happy at The Solana Doylestown in every way at the moment and that means the world. I love his room and the facility.

No one wants to be in such a facility but if/when it becomes necessary, this facility is better than many I've heard of.

My loved one was briefly a resident Arbor Terrace Marlton and the overall experience was very good. The food, however, was just okay. The staff was great. Based on our experience, I would recommend Arbor Terrace Marlton to others.

There are some really wonderful caregivers here that treat residents like their own family. The activity coordinators make a lot of effort to get everyone involved and take suggestions from residents on what they would like to do. There is also a good variety of activities from arts and crafts to poetry to walking for mobile residents to 2 days a week live music. The facility also does monthly jazz brunches that families can sign up for, holiday and special occasion events. Like everywhere there are things that could improve but what I care most about is how my mom is treated and overall she always seems so happy to be there even with her dementia. Those caregivers can turn a bad day in to a good one bc they pay attention and know how to make their days better.

For those people able to socialize it's a very supportive environment. No where is perfect but the issues is our loved one too. My mother has dementia and she is getting worse. It's a great place.

They are new so there are a few kinks to work out. But the apartments are lovely, and they plan so many fun activities for the residents. My mom loves the food. And the caregivers are sincere, kind and treat the residents well.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. [name removed[ is vegetarian and sometimes has problems with lack of food choices. We like it here but I hope costs do not go up.

We really did not have any complaints. I'm glad we chose Arbor Terrace. They took great care of dad.

Things to know about Arbor Terrace: Yearly $ raise in rent. Director doesn't have our best interests in mind- only Corporates. Sales out and out lies. Ask very specific questions and follow up questions. Confirm answers in an email. There is no help here if you are compromised health wise except being driven to medical appointments within a 8 mile radius. Meals need to be better quality Less starch More healthy substitutes. Find a way to keep food hot before serving. They are cutting more and more healthy side or condiment items. Skim milk, margarine, fruit yogurt....things like that. Today was low calorie cream cheese....

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Facility is well maintained, clean, and pleasant. Nice outdoor areas. Communication is sometimes lacking as it relates to care levels (cost) and standard procedures. My uncle frequently seems bored and I notice many activity rooms in the building that are empty (not in use).

My loved one was previously a resident at Arbor Terrace Glenview and everything was very good. We were very pleased with the facility: the sitting rooms, common areas and open spaces for family get togethers. The facility is very clean. I would recommend Arbor Terrace Glenview to other family members.

While looking into facilities for our loved one, Arbor Terrace just seemed to be the best fit - and it has been! My aunt is very happy there. They do seem to have a lot of staff turnover happening.

The Bridges program appears to not have the staffing or the activities you would expect for a program that is intended to provide more support than the ASL program. The communication between staff and family is not scheduled but only on request. Hence little ability for the family to understand the staff concerns or the staff to understand family concerns regarding the bridges participant.

Had a great experience with Arbor Terrace. I would recommend.

Move in was tough, but they had had a busted pipe at Christmas and were in progress of renovations. We had to move 3 times. Was hard on me and him! They said they would move his stuff, but changed their mind when it was time to move him. There is no sink in the kitchen. I didn't realize it. Not one of the places he had lived before had not so I never thought to look or notice when we walked thru. It's a big deal when u have to use a bathroom sink to wash a coffee cup.... yuk!! Staff is half and half. They have some great long term staff which has been a big deal for me! But the ones that are not great are mostly on weekends holidays etc. His room is supposed to be deep cleaned is their term. It has not been that since he has lived there. They leave his clothes all over the room when it's two steps to the laundry basket in the bathroom. His room is dusty, he is on oxygen. We have had several meetings with all departments involved. It's just laziness. I got a letter in the mail in March they are going up on our fees so they can pay more! I'm not sure I get it!! Anyway, the food is an issue due to the fact that dad is diabetic and the usual only diabetic choice for the meal is a garden salad. When he first moved in, it was different. The food was good and better choices. They have made cuts, I'm assuming in the food budget, at corporate. If it continues, this may be the straw that breaks the camels back. I really love the director. But there is only so much she can do. I'm not so happy with the nurse in charge of the techs. I believe her excuses she makes to me on why they never do their job is why it never happens. She allows them to be that way. That is the main problem there. I don't like the pharmacy that they use to package. Dad is VA and they will not package his OTC medications, so we have to buy them from them. There is just getting to be a lot of problems for us. I'm wondering if there is a good place for him to live!

It's very expensive they almost do to much as its Like a expensive nursing home. There was almost no rehabilitation for mom after knee replacement. They pushed her in wheelchair instead of making her use walker. They wiped her after using toilet. She was totally capable of doing this. But management wanted them to do this. She lost all independence and waited for them to do everything. She has beginning dementia so she has no thoughts on her own uses excuses for everything and she took advantage of this. Also medication provided was $90 a month when it should have been only $8 what you pay at Publix. To give medication was $500 a month. They give medication that gives them uncomfortable diarrheas. Depends They charge a lot for and they don't come out to tell you to buy them yourself. Than they tend to disappear with not knowing if they were used on her. Because she would not use bathroom but go in pants. It was crazy.

The people who work and live at the summit are wonderful. The facility is clean and decorated tastefully. There are activities to keep my dad busy all day long. He is known by name, and I feel good that he is in the right spot

My mother is happy at The Arbor at Bridgemill community and we would recommend them to other families who made need a place for their loved ones. the dining staff at the community is very friendly and helpful.

I’m a respite care “patient “ recovering from a fractured femur. I was concerned about fitting in at a residential facility but from day one the staff was pleasant and made me feel welcome. I have physical and occupational therapy and several activities a day. My medication is closely monitored . They are encouraging and working to get me home. A place for me and your Mom!

I have been visiting my Aunt at this facility for over 2 years and have found [name removed] to be the most friendliness and helpful person. No matter what the situation is, she is always smiling and willing to help. She puts a smile on the residents faces.
