The Blake by QSL Management

My parents are very happy here at Deepwood Estates. The grounds here are absolutely beautiful. The staff is very understanding and they really keep up with things and check in with the residents frequently, they really care. I would recommend to others looking.

I would tell others not to be afraid to ask questions, staff are super friendly and it could not have been a more perfect experience. We had to move very quickly and they were so accomdaioting. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. I would absolutely recommend Lighthouse Pointe.

This was a very nice community there was just another community that my loved one liked more that we went with.

This was a great community for our loved one. My loved one enjoyed being here. This was a beautiful community. The staff were good at engaging my loved one in activities. They would even send the family photos of our loved one at activities.

The staff are dedicated and compassionate with the residents. The staff is always making sure that the residents go to the activities. The food is excellent and they have a lot of choices for entrees and everyone is very happy. We have a whole sheet of activities every day to pick from bingo, kickball, chair work outs, coloring and more for the residents to pick from. We also celebrate birthdays of the residents. I would recommend this community for your loved ones. I love the staff and the people that run this place. They are very aware of everything going on. I rate it A+.

My loved one wasn't there long, but in the short time she was there they did a really good job. The facility was brand new and nice and clean. I think they really cared about her. It seems like the other residents that we met were well taken care of as well. It was a nice place.

From the Executive Director to the cleaning staff, everyone at The Blake is kind, compassionate, and caring - their mission statement. Mom has lived there for 3 years, and her experience there has been wonderful. The staff are always accommodating and friendly, even with the current staff shortages. During non COVID times, there are always activities available to the residents, including Wine Down Wednesdays at the Piano Bar, including live music. Live music is always offered at other times, and my Mom loves it. The Chapel is beautiful and services are offered each Sunday. The Blake in Bossier gives me comfort in knowing my mom is well cared for, well fed, and content in her new home.

Our tour at The Blake at Township was fine. The facility was very clean. It had a a fairly modern feel, almost Disney-esque, like a hotel resort. For us, it was just a matter of personal preference. It didn't feel homey like we were looking for, but it was nice.

The Regency House was an outstanding place for my mom. The apartments and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is caring and responsive. My mom loved the outdoor walking trail. She said the food was excellent. Very helpful to have meals and cleaning taken care of-and all billing done automatically so my mom didn't have to keep up with the finances. I had toiletries and pet food delivered to her door. All very manageable.

This community is beautiful and a great place for your loved one. . My mother is happier than she has been in years. The people here make a huge difference in her life. She has made a lot of friends and is really happy here where she is.

Food and staff are wonderful.

I placed my husband in New Haven's Memory Care unit. Their facility is clean, well kept and safe, and the rooms are quite large. However, their biggest asset is the wonderful kind and caring staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is well taken care of and feels loved. That means so very much when you can't be with them every day.

The staff members have such extensive knowledge for memory care which made us feel comfortable and they have state of the art equipment and services. The staff really show so much empathy for the residents there and for their families. Also the value for cost is one flat rate.

No place is perfect, but it was the closest thing to it. It was a lovely place. The people were wonderful. My mom was happy there. I wish I would have moved her there sooner. I would highly recommend them.

We chose Haywood Estates because it was closest to my home, it met all of the requirements that my dad wanted as far as having an apartment he could walk directly outside from, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The apartment sizes are good, his is about 500 square feet so it is adequate for what he needed. I would recommend to others looking.

I give them a good rating. The staff is very, very nice. I think it's a nice place for someone who needs to be in some type of retirement living. Just being around other people I think is good for my loved one. He enjoys the activities. The apartments are very nice. They have their own kitchen, so residents can cook in their own place if they want to. The cost is reasonable, especially with three meals a day provided.

I have friends who live at Haywood Estates, and every time I visit, we have a great time. They will often invite me to lunch, and the food is outstanding. My friend's apartments are much larger and nicer than my other friend's apartments who lives at Westminster. Also, the overall look of the place is prettier, and I find the residents are so much more friendly. Besides the incredible food, my other favorite part about Haywood is the excellent well-lit walking trail that meanders through the most beautifully landscaped grounds, especially in the spring when everything is in bloom. I have toured most of the Greenville retirement communities with Senior Action, and Haywood Estates is by far my favorite.

We chose Dogwood Terrace because of the convenience of the location, the layout of the apartments is great for seniors, and just the overall appearance of the facility, it is very inviting and more homey rather than institutional. Each apartment has their own little patio that they can do what they would like with. They do have laundry on all 3 floors. They have something different on each floor such as a library, game rooms, theater, etc. They do offer on site physical therapy which my dad is using. The staff have been great and so far my dad has been happy. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The staff was great as my mother was moved in. Very responsive, helpful, and empathetic. Truly it helped us all during this transition.

I used to live paramount. I moved to better place to live.
