The staff here at Trustwell Living at Westwood Place are the most caring and compassionate people we have ever experienced in an assisted living facility. From the awesome caregivers, nurses, event planners, kitchen staff, maintenance, to administrators, you can be assured your loved one is receiving the best care in the “winter” of their life. Thank you all for your caring of my 91 year old mother.

My friend moved to Westwood Place almost exactly one year ago.She has no family members at all so myself and two other friends have taken responsibility for her care. We have been very pleased with her experience there.The staff made us all feel welcome from the very beginning. Her apartment was lovely and she has been very happy and content with her life there.The activities director always has some type of craft or event for the residents to participate in if they wish. The lunch room and meals have been great for our friend, She enjoys the food and has enjoyed the socialization and friendships with the other residents.We have all thoroughly enjoyed the family nights held monthly.We have never had a moment of regret of the decision of her move. It has been a very positive transition and we have recommended Westwood to many of our friends and family. The staff have all been more than helpful regarding her care from day to day . We have been extremely pleased.

I don’t have to worry about my mother’s care. They always call me with any concerns they have regarding her. They’ve made her feel welcome from day one. The activities director goes beyond my expectations . This would be my choice when my time comes for assisted living

What we like the most about Trustwell Living is the friendly atmosphere, being able to have her privacy yet always having someone there if she needs them, and the caring chef that helps with her dietary needs.

When Mom decided it was time she downsized and had a small apartment, we decided Trustwell Westwood would be the best place to live. It has a wonderful atmosphere and the best staff in our area. And it just happens to be in the same town as her daughter and one of her sons live. The staff is very caring. We have recommended it to many friends.

They take care of my mom like their own and it takes many worries off my plate. The staff treats her well and they have a lot of fun with the residents. The stars also has daily activities that the residents can participate in along with monthly family get together in the evening.

Mom is a "new" resident @ BP we have found the employee to be very helpful and very pleasant. The facility is well maintained and seasonally decorated. Monthly intergenerational "events" are planned.

Heard about Trustwell Living from a family member. Have been to multiple events hosted by staff, fun filled environment with multiple families (kind included) events. The residents always seem happy well loved and included in everyything.

Since my dad has been at Blanchard Place, he has been treated with the utmost respect. The staff really cares about the residents by visiting with them and making sure they have what they need. It is a pleasant atmosphere and glad he is here.

I have visited many time for various events they put together for residents and the community. You can tell how much they care for each and every patient through the doors. Everyone is always welcoming and in great spirits.

My experience with Blanchard Place has been good. Staff is accommodating and easy to communicate with. Facility is clean and well maintained as well as plenty of activities for residents to enjoy.

Great place to come to provide patient care. Always clean and accommodating. All care provided is excellent and staff are very nice.

Everyone here has been so kind to us and our father. Have made him feel at home here. They are all willing to answer any questions we have regarding his care. I have never had any doubts that this is where is supposed to be.

Visited Blanchard Place for a community event. It smelled so good and was very clean. Staff always offered a smile very please with my visit.

All 5. PCP is wonderful and the community is very good for my mom. The staff is accommodating and friendly. They charge the correct amounts for monthly living/care..and help whenever they can. The nursing staff learn all the names of the patients so your loved one doesn't feel like a number. Others may want to know that there is not a diet option.. like low sugar or low sodium.. etc.. the meals are balanced though.

The facilities are always clean and smells clean. The management, nurses and aids are all very professional. The best part is that the staff, residents, family of residents, and visitors are all one big family. There's not enough room here to explain how happy I am with the care my mother receives.

Staff has been responsive, friendly and respectful to both my mom and our family from the start. They go above and beyond to involve mom and keep her stimulated and happy on a daily basis.
