Trustwell Living

The time I have spent at Bell Gardens over the past few months being involved in the remodeling after the fire. I came to realize that a special group of people work there. They care about one another and the residents at their facility. I spoke to many different people during construction, all of which had great things to say about their experience at Bell Gardens and the level of extraordinary care they are receiving. This level of care starts at the top, with the steadfast leadership of the director on premises.

It has been an incredible experience. They have taken great care of David as he has declined into the latter stages of dementia. The center is clean and well maintained. There is no "old people" or urine odor. They have had a lot of change in personnel in the cleaning dept, so there has been a bit of a learning curve. The center is small and quiet. The activity director has also changed multiple times since [name removed]has been there. They have a variety of activities that are suited to the quite elderly ages of the residents and their physical limitations. The food is varied and reasonably nutritious. They have been willing to do extra things and make an effort to please the residents. The staff- though frequently changing- are friendly and patient and take good care of the residents- some of whom have been there for many years. I have not compared the cost to what is available in our small community-there is not much to compare. The total cost has risen a lot since my husband entered. His care points have doubled as he has deteriorated and it is quite costly- more of it now my responsibility since LTC insur does not cover it all. But I cannot care for him at home, so am trusting the Lord for His provision , as [name removed] condition deteriorates. I have been very happy with [name removed] care and am thankful for their level of commitment to both of us. I spend a lot of time there and they care about me also! Astor Place has been a huge blessing in our lives and the perfect place for [name removed] at this point in his decline. Our experience has been so positive and we are thankful for the service they provide.

The cost has went up and the quality of food down according to my mother in-law. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend Trustwell Living to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

It is a really nice place, but it is incredibly expensive, but that's probably in general to most nursing facilities for mom's level of care. She could only afford 2 1/2 months before her finances were gone and we had to sign up for Medicaid. People did genuinely look out for her. It was a very good experience. It is a fantastic location! I appreciate the security, can't enter the building unless someone lets you in - I think this is best. My mom expected skilled nursing type engagement, however she was there as assisted living at highest level.

Our mom was close to end of life and we were so fortunate to find Suncrest. We felt she was loved and well cared for until the day she passed. We are so grateful to the whole staff. They were wonderful to our whole family. ??

Staff was always very caring towards Frances. The nurses, aides and even housekeepers. Also liked their monthly family dinners with the residents.

If you visit, you will know. Fully staffed, the place is clean, everyone is happy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice facility and very clean. Residents seem very happy and enjoying their stay. Rooms are spacious and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better home for my relative. I would highly recommend Russ Place to anyone. Very affordable and conveniently located.

What has made it such a great experience so far is the people are caring and they love my dad and he loves them. We would recommend Cirmarron Place to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The staff at Trustwell Living at Urbana Place were very friendly and helpful. They even helped move my mom's things to the facility. Communication with the family was great. I would highly recommend Trustwell Living at Urbana Place to others.

The staff at Trustwell Living at Parkhurst Place are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job. They do a great job communicating with the family. My Mom does not care for the food. I do recommend Parkhurst Place to others. They do a wonderful job taking care of my Mom, much better than I can. And as far at the food, I think she is just a picky eater.

I would rate all categories as a 5; except for the meals, I would rate it a 3. The meals are not full course. They frequently have sandwiches & chips or baked potatoes (without meat). Yes, I would recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far

I appreciate the cleanliness and appearance. It's a warm, cheery facility that is aforadable. The staff is very kind and understanding.

The reason we give the cleanliness a 4 is because they were in the middle of remodeling. We were there for about 4 weeks before my mom passed, but with the experience we had we would recommend Trustwell Living at Mission Springs to other families.

The staff is taking excellent care of my family member. She has gone from failure to thrive to thriving. She likes being there, and speaks highly of everyone at Whitman Place. They deal with her ADLs as well as her memory issues very well.

I toured Miller place for my aunt [name removed]. [names removed] were amazing and really made us comfortable. We plan on moving [name removed] in a few months into Miller Place.

We placed my mom in the Ridgeview -Trustwell Assisted Living in Spokane Valley about 6 weeks ago. As anyone knows who has been in this situation it is an agonizing decision doing this. The staff was very informative and showed much care for her prior to her entering. We visited there several times and then she had a respite trial time which helped not only her but us as well. Since that time I have watched her begin to thrive and has had more interactions with others than she has since my dad passed 6 years ago. She has made friends and participates in activities regularly. The staff is very caring and attentive and the administrators interact with the residents daily. The size of the facility is smaller than others and very easy to navigate for those who would struggle navigating a larger facility like my mother. We are very happy with the care she is receiving and she is happy too.

Best staff you could ever ask for! Always helpful, checks on me a lot. [name removed] in activities gets me my favorite snacks.

The staff and residents were wonderful. Our aunt was not looking forward to moving to assisted living but with in a few days she made friends and decided that Evergreen was the best place for her. This was because of the caring people at Evergreen.
