Trustwell Living

They are short on staffing, but the food is good and the staff are helpful and friendly. My loved one's room is kept up. I would recommend this facility.

Our mom is currently a resident at Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place and most everything has been great. She says that the meals are always good and that she has a nice variety to pick from. There are activities and entertainment, plenty to do. Mom is really happy there, she is never in her room and is always out socializing. The move in was easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There does seem to be some confusion on how often they vacuum her room, my sisters and I thought it was every week but not 100% sure. With housekeeping, laundry, meals, and medication management, it is definitely worth the money. We would recommend the facility, no question about it. Mom plays cards almost daily and really enjoys the dining room where she can sit anywhere and visit with everyone. The apartment is spacious enough to put mom's favorite furniture and it has a very large storage closet to boot.

It was to most of dad's children and the small facility fitted dad the best. My entire family was so pleased with the facility. It was close to us.

I chose Plum Creek because of how welcoming [names removed] were and how cute the apartments were. There was a whole bulletin board of things to do. And they have turtles in their backyard.

I highly recommend Trustwell Living for a family member. My mother was well cared for. The therapist helped get her to the next level. The staff is very attentive and friendly from the top to the bottom. . The food was consistently good.

My family and mine experience has been very positive as we have a safe place for my Aunt. The Charleston was not only good for my Aunt, but also for our family as everyone who is supporting her are in their early or mid career and the stress of juggling schedules to take care of her was having a toll on our health and careers.We picked The Charleston because of the personal interaction they provided, flexibility in setting a move in date, additional information they provided on Assisted Living to educate us, and at the time of need, they were running a special that helped us financially as we had to close out her prior living arrangements while at the same time find Assisted Living for her.

We appreciate the care that our family member receives from patient care assistants. It is both compassionate and individualized to his needs. Each person we've met has tried very hard.

I feel the staff takes such good care of mom. They are great about calling us if there are any questions.

My father just passed. He was there for a short period of time, and we were so glad to have chosen Kingswood. The staff was friendly and “on top of things.” He needed almost 24 hour care, and they provided as much attention as possible. He required a hoyer, and the staff were the most experienced out of all places to handle the equipment. If there was ever a problem, I was contacted immediately. I’m grateful for their patience, since he was extremely difficult. A big thanks to [name removed]! Without her, my dad wouldn’t have had a decent experience. Assisted living isn’t something he wanted, but it was absolutely necessary considering his condition. I highly recommend them.

Sometimes when it comes to the cleanliness there is trash left in our loved ones room. What we like the most about the community is their staff team. Their staff is very personable and we would recommend them to others based on the experience we have had so far.

I want to support the place. [name removed] the recruiter is excellent to work with and has options. They're in process of hiring full-time nurse. Current techs are great but need more help. Food is good. Chef works with each individual trying to meet their needs. They are hiring a new activities person. In the meantime, other staff handling games and stuff. They're doing a great job and trying to fill needed vacancies. Overall a great place to live.

When we went to Kent place located in Camas Washington, we had questions about the facility and care they offered. When I spoke to [name removed] she was very pleasant and left a profound sense of home with me and my mother. I would suggest coming in if you have someone in your life looking into assisted living.

We were searching for a place to put my grandpa for a while and we found Kent Place. My grandpa loves it here. It’s close by so we can visit more often and he has friends he like to see every day. I would definitely recommend.
