Good place to be

My grandma was completely against the idea of moving until we saw Miller Place. Activities are amazing & its a very clean home. Staff became family!

Fabulous facility - activities ongoing, meal was good. Meal was presented & tasted good.

Finds all the staff very helpful and cheerful. Always willing to help even when he has had an accident we are always happy to help.

Positive experiences since administrative changes, All staff and administrators listen and address issues as brought to their attention. The atmosphere at Miller Place is positive and upbeat! :)

Great place to be

I have been here for four months now and am very happy. I would recommend Trustwell at Kent Place to anyone at their elderly family members it is a great home for anyone that has a family member needing a good home.

Wonderful facility. Very happy that my loved one is there. The staff is very friendly. I go 3 to 4 times a week to visit and I always feel that my loved on is taken care of. She is adjusting well with the staff and all of the residents.

What our family likes the most about the Trustwell Living at Fairfield Place is the staff, their staff team is great. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We had a good Friendsgiving dinner. The entertainment was very good. The service was excellent. We will probably comeback again for the Christmas celebration. It is a nice way for my friends mother to visit with her sister in law.

Very nice and friendly staff. They make it very home like for the residents. The staff also goes above and beyond. Family nights are alot of fun for everyone too, and it gives family’s time to meet new people and visit with their own family member.

We were looking for a facility for my mom because all the other options failed. Called multiple facilities but the only one that called us back was Westwood place and this was on a Saturday. We went out on Monday to tour the place and by Wednesday my mom had a new place to live. We didn't have to worry anymore she had 24/7 care, meals, activities and a lot of friends. This place is Amazing thank you [name removed] you and your staff are Awesome !!!

We were looking for a facility for our mom with dementia and Trustwell Living was the only place that called us back on a Saturday evening. We spoke with [name removed] who was awesome with us! We thought it was a little far from Bridgeport but [name removed] said just come check us out and the following Monday that’s just what we did. We immediately loved it and we were treated so graciously. Our mom moved in that same week. Mom is so well taken care of by the staff and we are more than pleased. They have daily activities and the food is great! We love our mom and she is very happy living at Trustwell!

Westwood does an excellent job taking care of my mothers needs. The staff is very courteous and goes above and beyond in order to make her comfortable. They have very helpful with the added care that my mom needs.

My mother was always busy with my ailing father, and running with activities. After his passing, and her not having as many obligations, it was decided that she was a little more confused than a woman in her late 60's should be. It became apparent that she was suffering from dementia and Alzheimers. It was a constant worry that she would forget to take her medicine, or eat her lunch, or would have a problem that she wouldn't know how to resolve if living on her own. We toured Westwood, and it was a perfect fit for her needs. She has lived at Westwood for several years now and is currently thriving in a community that helps her with her daily routine, while also providing her safety and fellowship with others. It has truly became her family.

The staff is kind and helpful. The apartments are perfect size for the residents. The apartments are clean and we like the ability to have as little or as much help as needed. Having activities is a real bonus. Residents can easily make it their home!

Good provides nutrition, prepared to please a large group, meals are good. Our staff is exceptionally kind, thoughtful, gentle, caring, attentive. Our house is neat and clean. There is an atmosphere of "family" here that is rarely (if ever) found.
