Trustwell Living

The staff members at The Charleston Senior Community were friendly and the meals and dining service was great. The activities were limited due to COVID, but the quality of care was outstanding. Based on the experience we had with the community we have already recommend them to others and will continue to do so.

It was a very difficult decision for us to put Mom in an assisted living facility but the environment and staff at Blanchard Place made us so much more comfortable with our decision. Mom is getting much better care than we could possibly provide her at home and the nursing staff is incredibly attentive and kind. Beyond the first rate care we wanted to make sure she was comfortable in her new environment, and after just a few months she is referring to Blanchard Place as "home"! Highly recommended!!

My father loves the community and staff. They treat him like family and I feel good knowing they have him in good care.

All the aids are wonderful, and very patient and loving and caring to each and every resident. All the meals are delivered on time hot and ready for our residents. The community here is absolutely amazing!!

Blanchard Place is a beautiful facility. The facility is very clean, and the staff is wonderful. They are dedicated to providing exemplary care to their residents. Kenton is fortunate to have this great facility!

Moving to Astor Place changed my moms life. She has made wondeful friends and considers the community as a family. The staff exceeds expectations with their sincere affection and care for the residents.

What we like most about this community is the friendliness of the staff members there as well as their helpfulness. We also like the meals that are prepared for the residents. Based on the experience we have had so far with Trustwell Living at Clyde Gardens, we would recommend this community to other families.

Mansfield Place is a safe and caring community for loved ones that need a little assistance or a lot of assistance in daily life. Staff interaction with residents is more like family. Staff is friendly and approachable.

My Mom lives at Trustwell Living at Urbana Place and the experience has been great. Everyone at the facility has been extremely helpful. They even came to my Mom's home and helped move her things over to her room. The staff is very caring and they have been concerned about Mom after having some recent medical issues. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs their services.

The staff is wonderful. They are so friendly and so helpful when taking care of your loved one. They have a diversity of activities from bus rides through the country during fall, or going to the fair, they also have group projects such as painting and baking. And their food is very delicious. Most meals consist of homemade recipes and are very consist with quality. Overall it is a great place to live!

My mom has been a resident for over 2 years. It is by far the best option in Kenton, OH in my opinion. I have referred many people there! My mom would not do well without daily visits so want her here in town. It hasn't always been perfect but my issues have always been addressed and I think the staff now is better than they've ever had! (although there are a few I deeply miss) They are still working on filling some positions (like most of the healthcare industry) but they are moving toward that. I consider many of the employees friends and believe they genuinely care about the well-being of my mother. All you can hope for. Thankyou to all!!! :)

My mother has been at CherryVale Place for over three years now. The facility is very well maintained, always looks clean and they do a great job of decorating for the holidays and doing special events for the residents. What really stands out is the quality of the staff. The nurses and terrific and the aides are always super nice when helping my mom who is wheelchair bound. The staff in my mind is what really makes this a great place. The peace of mind it gives in seeing how they really care for your loved ones, well you can’t put a price in it. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing this type of facility.

Our loved one is currently a resident at Trustwell Living at Clyde Gardens Place. The staff at this facility are very friendly. If we have any concerns, they will answer them. I haven't experienced the meals at this facility, but I do know that my loved one doesn't always like them. Otherwise, things have been great here for my loved one. I would recommend Clyde Gardens Place to friends and family.

When I walked through the entrance, what struck me first was the absence of any odors typical of some long term care facilities and how well the facility and grounds were maintained. There was no chipped pain repairs, mismatched paint, dust or debris on the floor. It reminded me of The Encore in Las Vegas when [name removed] ran the resort. I am a physician with 25 years of experience in long term care facilities and had anticipated touring several facilities, but after spending five minutes with [name removed] and [name removed] I knew I would not find more capable administration and support staff. They made our father's admission happen in less than 24 hours!

We toured Preston Place during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This is a very attractive facility. We had an extremely nice tour guide. The facility was very clean everywhere and they had a good activity calendar. The atmosphere felt very secure and comfortable. I wouldn't mind that my wife and/or I stayed at this facility if necessary.

Cherryvale Place is very nice, clean and the staff are fantastic! The facility is very up-to-date which is what made them stick out over others when we first started looking. The rooms are a nice size and plenty of windows. The memory care staff are very patient and treat the residents with respect. The activities take place throughout the day and there's a wide variety for residents to choose from. I highly recommend this community.

My husband was in your care for just over a year. I witnessed the patience, love and concern the staff showed at all time. The staff became like family. I will miss seeing them!

They were very attentive and welcoming to my mom and our entire family. They checked on her regularly and encouraged her to get involved.
