We are happy we have dad here at Kingsbury. He enjoys it here and has made many friends. There are lots of activities to keep busy. The most important part is we don't have to worry about him being taken care of!

[name removed] is happy and has made a lot of friends. The people here, aides, nurses , kitchen folks and everyone else are super. So glad we made this choice for a home away from home. I always feel welcome when here.

I do think house keeping, could pay more attn to detail, bathroom, towels being washed, ECT. However staff is awesome, would definitely recommend if asked. I first see [name removed] when arriving ,she's always very helpful . there's to many names to list , My mother is well taken care of that I have no doubt. Also accomodations are adequate

We give Ridgeview Place 5 stars on everything. It has been a good experience and I feel our loved one is getting good care Thank you! Mom doesn't go to many extra activities and stuff, but she does like the church services and the music. Based on our experience so far we would definitely recommend Ridgeview Place to other families.

My father has been at Plum Creek for some time now. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff care , the place is always clean and smells good. There is always something going on every time I go. So glad I made the right decision for my father!

The staff is friendly and professional. They are helpful and kind. They seem committed to doing the best they can all the time. They offer a sense of welcome and family when I'm there. I've never experienced any staff member seeming upset or stressed out, which is very important for the residents. [name removed] is a very good director who stays in communication and is good at problem solving. We are looking forward to having a new head nurse at the facility.

If I had to do it all over again for Mom, I would choose Cimarron Place again. I liked that the staff members all worked in unity. And [name removed] was awesome!! She helped me out a bunch!! Made me feel like this was a perfect fit for Mom. Go [name removed]!!

We have peace knowing that our Mom is being taken care of. The staff are all very friendly and caring. They always have fun activities for the residents and for the families to be a part of. The staff puts a lot of thought and hard work in to make the family nights enjoyable for everyone.

Marcy Place is a wonderful place. Everyone is so nice and they take such good care of our family members. We went to a family night and the workers were so sweet and we all had such a fun time. Thank you for all you do!!

Recommend. Good staff-to-resident ratio, friendly very friendly workers who seem to genuine care about patients. I felt reassured by the way the staff treated my father that he was going to be well taken care of while he was there. Really grateful for their kindness and professionalism. We picked thiscommunity, because of the price, and staff-to-resident ratio.

We toured this facility and it was just really great! It was our second choice. There was just something about this facility for us, it stuck out to our whole family. It definitely feels like they treat you like family here. It's a very small facility, but very nice. The friendliness just stuck out to us here. If our loved one ends up needing a higher level of care, we will probably move him here!

I actually only toured Trustwell. And it was a great tour and I really liked [name removed], the director. My Dad ultimately didn't want to pay what assisted living costs, so that's why we went with another community and independent living.

I think Westwood Place is a fantastic place to be and a wonderful place. My mom is having problems mentally and emotionally making the adjustment, but the staff have been great. They are fantastic and have tried to help her out the best they can. Meals have been great. I have nothing bad to say about the place and would recommend it 100%. It has been fantastic all around.

It's a great place and my dad likes the care he gets there. Based on our experience so far with this community we would recommend them to other families.

I would tell others that the staff here are exceptional. They are more than willing to help with any little projects or anything you might need. When I was first looking at places, the main reason I went with Highlander Place was because of how great they were with their follow-up. The room sizes here are adequate for what I need, although I have mine a bit crowded. I have been very comfortable since moving in here.

The staff was excellent, the food was great, everyone including the residents were very friendly. (Name removed) went to great lengths to help accommodate my mother and her transition to assisted living. My mom didn't participate in any activities, so I can't comment on that. The facility was very clean and well kept. I feel that the value for the money was very good. My mother passed away about 1 month into her stay at Kent Place. Everyone was very caring with her in her last days.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food is not always hot and they serve the same thing several times a week. There is quite a variety of activities. Whenever mom pushes her button to get help for something, someone always comes within a few minutes and they are cheerful and helpful.

The staff are very kind and compassionate. The size of the community being smaller helps the care for those who need more care. My loved one is getting a great deal of care, and we're very pleased.

Beautiful community it was smaller and more expensive than what we wanted. The staff were helpful during the tour.
