I toured this facility and it was beautiful! Very clean place. Staff was wonderful and very understanding. They followed up with me/called me with great feedback and answers to questions I hadn't even asked yet. Ultimately, I felt the facility was too large for my loved one and not a great fit. But it was a great place!

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour was just exceptional we loved the community, however we were not able to pick it for our loved one because of the price, it was just to significant.

They did not offer memory care, it was moreso for asssited living. It was a wonderful place, and I really liked it.

The food smells good, and the residents seem to like it. We picked this community because of the location, and it was rated the highest, out of other places that our family visited. They are very responsive, with phone calls and emails. The staff is very patient with my loved one. I would recommend other families.

We have been there once before and we have been very impressed. The staff members are really friendly and we would recommend Parkhurst Place to others based on our experience.

I love this facility! My sister is comfortable here and I'm comfortable with her being here. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. Communication with the family is good, the staff is very informative. The food is good quality and good variety. They offer a good variety of activities and also offer transportation. Housekeeping is once or twice a week and very good. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

We had a really good first impression with Trustwell Living - not only did they have an opening for our loved one but at the time he was moving in he was going to be a lot of assistance and care and the staff were willing to give him that extra level of care. He is doing much better now and is doing things on his own. They do have different activities going on throughout the week. Compared to other communities in the area we do think the value is pretty good.

River Run Place was a great place. The staff were kind, caring, and helpful and accommodated the needs of my dad with professionalism.

I toured 3 facilities while looking for a place for my Mom. Terrebonne Place was the first I visited, and I found myself comparing the other 2 to it. The others could not compare. From the moment I walked into the door, Terrebonne Place stood out. It is beautiful, has very friendly staff, smells fresh, and most importantly, I saw staff engaged with the residents. At another facility, the staff was playing on their cell phones. The staff are so welcoming! They call mom by name, and it is obvious they truly know her!! She participates in several activities each day and has housekeeping and laundry once a week. The trash is removed from each resident's apartment daily. This is the reason Terrebonne Place smells so fresh and clean when walking through the main entrance. We did have one staff issue. Someone had not put a needed item in mom's Care Plan that was discussed at staffing. After multiple complaints, Nurse [name removed] and [name removed], PR addressed the problem and it was immediately resolved. Apparently, I was complaining to the person who had not addressed the problem in the first place. All good now. We are very pleased with Mom's care at Terrebonne Place. As far as recommending Terrebonne Place to others, I already have!

I am very pleased with Parkhurst. IT is comfortable, I am well cared and staff is great. Pricing in points is rather complicated and needs to be read carefully.

First off let me start out by saying this is an amazing place. The staff really care about the people we have the pleasure of taking care of. Great community atmosphere. And pet friendly. Which is nice.

This is a great community! The environment is always so positive. It’s clean, the food is great, the staff is nice, and reliable. All residents seem happy. Not your general “long term care” setting you would imagine. Very homey, fun, and nice.

Bell Gardens is a friendly welcoming place for people to enjoy living. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to help people with their everyday needs. My favorite part is that they serve the residents like they are in a restaurant for each meal.

Caring staff, clean and very respectful. I'm glad I can call this place home for my loved one. Staff is very polite and energetic. My last couple of visits it has truly made my heart happy. This is the place to call home.

Well let's start with the staff. The staff are friendly and caring. Extremely helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure the customers are happy. The dining room serves 3 meals a day. you can also have snacks as well when wanted. The building is clean and well kept. Has a very homey feel to it. There is also a Beauty salon and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa the residents can use!(How Cool Is That)! Also there is a sun room that looks out over the court yard. The courtyard is in the middle of the facility but is outside in the open air. This cant be seen from the road. Beautifully cared for Urbana Place is a fantastic choice!

I have toured a few communities in preparation for my great grandmother as she is starting to need more assistance with the day to day. This community was clean and felt more like a home than a facility. The common areas were nice and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a few options in room sizes and styles, but some are limited due to apartment is already occupied. Urbana Place is at the top of our list!
