Their friendly and caring attitudes from all levels. I really felt they cared about my husband and me. I have talked them up to many people.

We moved my parents, 91 and 92 into Skybridge in [date remove]. Dad has age related dementia. Mom is doing great. The team is lovely. They go above and beyond for the residents, assisting wherever they can. There are many moving parts, that’s difficult to manage. They do a great job of managing as best they can. [name removed], the move-in coordinator, was especially helpful. We faced several road blocks at the last minute before the move, on our end. [name removed], the health care head, is a soft spoken, caring, calming element on the team. Ask all the questions. There’s a lot to do and to learn. Make sure it’s all clear to you. As for the facility itself, it is bright, clean, well-maintained and new. An important element for us. Mom and Dad were the first ones to live in their apartment. I appreciate that. The food is good from our experience and my parents like the variety. Dad says they give you too much. There are activities daily. They enjoy the movies. I recommend it!

What I like the most about Watersound Fountains is the staff. The staff is wonderful, very caring and thoughtful. No improvements needed. They are working on several of our concerns, namely food and flex allowance. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. It's lovely here.

There are some communication problems for families when trying to find information or contacting directly with staff. Food needs to be changed more often. I hear from others that the food is repetitive. But the new executive director is very responsive and trying to change these items. New staff has been hired too, as another activities person has introduced new ideas. They are also filling the facility with more new residents so socializing could improve.

My Mom was a resident with Summit Memory Care. I am so thankful for choosing them. The caring staff and amazing event leader, made everything seem so much more than a care center. Always going above and beyond to make our loved ones feel special and loved. The well being was first and foremost, I hope you let your loved ones become a member of their family. They are truly amazing.

I am Not in assisted care. I have purchased carry out, sit down menu seems to have variety and special event meals. There are more activities for assisted care, however independent residents are included with a number of activities. I am still evaluating, quality is better than some of the prior facilities I visited. Concerned about annual rent increases. Overall, I have been very pleased with all aspects of the community

I honestly will give them all 5's. They were just wonderful from the beginning to the end. My mom has passed away and as I had to move her things out and close with them they were so caring and supportive.

My mother had visited Legacy at Clover Blossom earlier this year and was given a tour by the director. We decided that it was the place for her so this past week, we visited again to see the unit that I reserved for her in February. We met with the associate director who provided us with excellent information, including procedures for moving in, meal options, regular services, and special events. She talked us through these items and gave us a printed packet of information as well. My mother, who has been unsure about moving, felt much happier after that discussion and after seeing her unit. There are many activities that appeal to her--book clubs, puzzle tables, and lectures as well as visits to local museums, shows, parks, etc.

The staff at Legacy at Clover Blossom are very professional and very accommodating. I have already suggested that another friend move there and he will when there is an opening. I have checked out several places and this is the only one I would recommend. I have been in a few other facilities and this one far exceeds the others, even other legacy.

There's a tremendous sense of community between the residents and staff. The staff is very involved in hosting recreational activities.

It is beautiful, clean with lots of things to do, have their own shuttle bus for appts, trips, close to the hospital and is so much newer than the other assisted living facilities in the county

Our group entertains the residents periodically. We have observed how kind and considerate the staff is to the residents. In addition, they go the extra mile for entertainers to assure we have help with any requests, so we, in turn, can provide an experience that is fun and interactive for the residents. As a family member I found staff from administrators to leaning and kitchen staff all friendly and helpful at all times. My brother in law lived in an independent living apartment with lovely large windows and a courtyard outside and a small kitchen and just the right amount of room for a studio. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

I would give a 5 for all, we have been very pleased. As far as friendliness and activities, would say 5+. Very caring staff and many activities. They offer free transportation to medical appointments and shopping. Residents wear a monitor that can summon help 24/7 in case of falls. Other assistance, like medication prep, is available but costs extra. Not assisted living, but much more than just living alone in an apartment.

We placed my mom (89) in this lovely Assisted Living facility in [date removed] I chose Watermark because of the friendliness of the staff, residents, and the volume of activities offered. The overall feel is modern and efficient. The apartments are very nice and large enough to feel like a true apartment. Mom feels very independent while also safe and attended. [name removed] was invaluable in helping me place mom in this facility. Just about everything promised has been delivered. No place is perfect and all senior care facilities have staffing issues. That is just the nature of the beast, so to speak. [name removed]and [name removed]keep the residents occupied and [name removed] at the front desk knows all and sees all. Nurse [name removed]keeps everyone healthy and [name removed] makes sure things run smoothly. They and the office staff are the backbone of the facility.

It is quite expensive but a beautiful place and I have no worries of the quality of care she is getting! We are grateful. I would absolutely recommend Rockland Place to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff at Legacy at Grand Vie are very friendly and so are the residents. They ask the residents how they like the facility.

I would recommend to others. We picked them because of the location, price, cleanliness. It's bright and light. Friendly staff and residents

Dirty linens and garments were left in the room until laundry day. The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. The staff were so good with dad. Engaging, attentive, but not qualified for the level of care he needed. Good with memory care, but he began having toileting issues, and they couldn't be what he needed. Great at everything they were qualified for. It was a difficult but necessary decision to move him from Legacy. But he needed a different level of care. We were sad to take him away from the staff that cared so much for him. We miss them, too.
