Watermark Retirement Communities

They've been terrific to my sister. Everyone is very kind and invested in her happiness. It was the 3rd and last place I looked at. I picked them because they were bright, clean and very welcoming.

We find there is a lot of value here. My mom is treated very well. They have an onsite doctor and 24 hour care for hire. We couldn't be more happy with the Fountains! They have shopping trips and transportation to appointments. What's not to love?!

My mom is thriving at Sonrisa! The facility is beautiful with high ceilings and tons of natural light. The care staff are friendly and make warm connections with the residents. Turn-over among the staff is low, so those relationships can be maintained and strengthened over time. It feels very much like the staff genuinely cares about my mom's well-being and are actively promoting her social, emotional, and physical health.

I think so far I am totally satisfied with the community and the people who work here. I am in a villa so do my own cooking.

Our loved one has since passed but we were grateful for their great staff and the care they provided. I would rate all of these areas 5, except occasionally the meals were not what we expected. After expressing concern, there was always an effort to do better. Our dad always especially enjoyed breakfast. Our family was very grateful for a caring and friendly staff, who were always willing to work with us as our father's needs changed, and a clean, cheerful and uplifting environment.

This is memory care so there are always things to clean up, but the staff does a great job of keeping on top of that. The facility, overall could use some newer furniture. Not to say it's bad, it just gets a lot of wear and tear. can't say enough about the staff. They work so hard and every time I am there, they are kind, helpful, and caring. They speak gently to the residents. My dad gets hugs hello and goodbye when I take him out for the day. They are attentive. They take the time to get to know the residents, they ask me questions about my dad and what he was like before he had dementia. I feel secure knowing he is being well cared for, and he has shown a level of happiness and contentment that I haven't seen in him in a long time. I have only had one meal there with my dad and it was fine. He has no complaints and has even put on a little weight since moving in. My dad doesn't seem very interested in the activities that they have, but he does participate sometimes and he likes it when they go out on field trips. The value for cost is great. It's a little less than most places but I don't feel it's lacking anything.

Starting with the front desk, you will get your questions answered. Staff and residents are friendly, welcoming .

Cranberry Landing is a smaller facility. It is clean and well kept. Very home like . Staff is wonderful. Very kind, argentine to the needs of the residents. Food is very good with lots of choices. Rooms are very spacious. They allow pets which is so nice. Cant say enough nice things about it. It has enhanced rehab, assisted living, memory care and independent living. Wish we thought about that sooner

My brother has been very satisfied since moving in the Fountains. Food is good, they offer lots of activities for the residents as well as trips for shopping, out to lunch and other day trips. Maintenance has been good. Facility is always very clean and well staffed. Everyone is very warm and welcoming.

I originally chose A Place Fir Mom because they had the size room that I was looking for at a reasonable price. However, since my husband became a resident there, I found that the care is excellent. The staff is caring and treats all the residence with respect and empathy for their situation . Bluebell Place is clean has a variety of actives to keep the residents entertained. I give it my highest recommendation.

Phenomenal place for a loved one to live. The staff there truly cares about the residents and despite my mother eventually moving out because she was not up to it, from her first reaction to last was that she was very happy with the location, facility, staff, and the people she met there. It's a great place to live.

Everyone is so nice….i love it here!!!! Maintenance team is great they are always on top of everything they respond very quickly sales is great too housekeeping keeps the place so tidy!

Thank you for recommending this beautiful retirement community to us. The staff here works to ensure that we’re treated like royalty. Their amenities (ie, concierge services, housekeeping services, food selection, concerts, excursions, etc) are endless. We are very satisfied. Kudos to all who work tirelessly to make our retirement experience enjoyable!

We were very fortunate at a time of need for your help in finding us bluebell place. Bluebell place was a home for both my father and my mother, the assistant living and the memory care unit. We can only say great things about bluebell place as well as their staff that it was the best experience we could've ever imagined. How they care for each individual patient is amazing and well beyond our wildest dreams of how our parents could be taken care of. The community is caring and involved with each patient. They seem to offer activities for everyone to join [name removed] to their needs. They're very friendly approachable and it is visible that they care for the people in their community. They take the time to see what each person needs and try to accommodate that to the best of their ability. We were fortunate to have both our parents residing at Blue Bell Place at the same time. We would highly recommend the community, whose friendly and attentive staff truly cared for our parents like family.

Based on the experience we have had so far, I would give a 5 to all the categories. We have had all good experiences with Rose Tree and Mom is very happy there. We would recommend this community to other families. Mom tells us all the time who safe she feels there and she's so grateful to have such a nice place with great staff and good food and they take such great care to make sure she has everything she needs.

My mother has been there for 3 months now and is very much enjoying it. Not everything is perfect of course since they are still not at capacity and in the middle of signing on new clients for the first time and hiring more staff as more clients sign on, but overall they are doing a wonderful job of taking care of my mom in the assisted living division. The facility is brand new and has a beautiful elegant aesthetic with tasteful whimsical décor on the walls and a pleasant scent in the air. She especially enjoys the high quality food served 3 times a day and the fact she can exercise safely by just using her rollator to walk around the hallway on her floor. She also enjoys having some of her medical care come to her in her apartment. The Director of Residence Life is excellent. He is very warm and friendly and always knocking on doors trying to get each resident involved in the community events and activities. My mom has stopped driving so she appreciates that they help her arrange for some of her rides that she needs to get to her appointments and activities outside of the building. Her main activity before moving into Watermark was hosting a weekly Bible study group in her home and now Watermark has helped her continue this in a common room at Watermark. They have provided snacks of fresh fruit and water pitchers for most of the weeks and even put her Bible study as a group activity on their monthly activities calendar and she has had some new people join in already!

I would highly recommend. Kindness abundance great value. Move facility. Friendly and patient staff.

They are all 5s this place is the best fit for our mom. The staff treats all residents like their own family and knows everyone's name even the family members that come in. Treats the residents with respect and dignity. Everyone is always happy. They work really hard to make it easy for the residents to live an a wonderful environment

Honestly I would rate them a 5 on everything. The staff was wonderful and attentive. My father thought the meals were delicious. It was like a restaurant. He had a really nice room. Sure it seemed too expensive to me, but it was totally competitive with all the other places. You never got the impression that they were too busy or didn't care about my dad. Although he didn't participate in the activities much, they had a lot of options and fun sounding things to do. Then when he had to go into hospice, they coordinated and worked with the agency so everything was seamless and he could just stay there until he passed. So I would highly recommend Blue Bell

I would say it is a beautiful place with many activities. It is extremely inclusive. I would definitely recommend.
