American House

This facility is good, we've been very pleased. Housekeeping is regular and they do very well. Communication with the family is good. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My Aunt lived at Anthology for over 1 year. She loved it and we enjoyed visiting her there. People were very friendly. She loved the activities We were impressed with the food and even though she was very picky..she always said she loved the food. She made friends and we were pleased with the staff there..who were always so helpful The beautiful large patio was so nice for visiting and enjoying the sunshine on nice days. Her experience at Anthology was excellent and we were grateful! My mom.. her sister..,wanted her to move closer to her.. so we moved her to Arkansas. We give Anthology 5 stars for taking such good care of my dear aunt.

Anthology at Burlington provides great care and communication when we’ve needed it. We refer to them when our residents need memory care. We take care of their residents for rehab and our teams easily work together for the residents.

American House Murfreesboro is a great place to bring your loved ones. It is a small, homelike atmosphere where everyone is treated like family. From every department: housekeeping, maintenance, activities, dining, nursing, and administration, ALL HANDS are on deck in making sure these residents are loved and cared for.

I was impressed with the tour of the independent living building. Very courteous in the entrance and offices. I have been living here since Sept. and I don't have a bad thing to say about the employees and my apartment.

We have been very pleased with American House. It's a very welcoming place, and my dad is very happy there. The atmosphere is very friendly, and it's a nice place to live.

Fantastic, new, and spacious facility, managed by even better people and staff. My grandfather was extremely apprehensive about ALC and after several weeks he had made so many friends with both residents and staff alike. Staff was more than accommodating of his needs and very communicative with me and my family. While his passing was heartbreaking for me, I was surprised at how much he connected and meant to the staff and residents at AH. Not sure you would get that at every place. To that, I credit the culture and environment. If given the choice again, I would very much select American House over any other local ALCs.

My aunt lived at American House for a little over 2 years. When she went in, she could see but little by little she lost her sight. The staff was wonderful to her even tho she got angry and was difficult to deal with.....they always took great care of her. Even during Covid, the staff was so good. All the nurses and the other staff were always so helpful. My aunt also had mental health issues and they were always attentive and made sure she was safe. We as a family always appreciated all the great care she recieved at American House. I would recommend American House to anyone looking for a great, caring place for elderly family members to live.

My father lived in American House, Keene for eight years; six of them alone after my mother died. American House was absolutely the best place for him. He had company, care, and companionship. The staff were terrific. I never had to worry about him because I knew caring eyes were on him every day. At the end of his life, Dad came home to American House for hospice care. The staff - kitchen, nursing, admin, activities -all came to visit him, sharing stories, and telling him they loved him. When he passed, they cried with me. I could not have asked for a better place for Dad.

It has been a wonderful expereince. The place is spotless. From the management down to maintenance, they could not be more helpful, patient, and pleasant., It has just been spectacular. The food is EXCELLENT! I am in a smaller apartment which is what I wanted and it is perfect for me. I have visited the in other ones and they are lovely as well. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others and already have.

Living here is easy, the people are all friendly I feel like its home and I'm very happy here. We have 2 meals every day they clean my apartment once a week change my bed . I have a small dog and she is loved by everyone.

Toured this community and it was very beautiful. It was very inviting and fun environment. Residents were very welcoming. [name removed] was very informative and knowledgeable and able to answer our of questions with no issue.

I picked this community because of, the location, and [name removed] at American House was AMAZING with understanding and speaking with my loved one. Also, I loved the apartment, that my loved one has but wish they had a cover for the stove or removed it since unable to use. It could have been more counter space.

Mom lived a very independent life prior to moving into Town and country Anthology. Mom continues to do most things for herself (by choice)so the transition has been an easy one. She loves the food, staff and care that she receives and naturally refers to this place as home. My family has never doubted her decision to move here and love to come for lunches and dinners when they are able to find the time. A fun place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I've been in senior living for just a short period of time, and all i can say is that this community loves their residents. It is a joy to see how happy the residents are and how they talk with the staff. It takes quality care to the next level.

My husband and I toured this facility and thought it was beautiful. When you walk in, there's so much brightness. The common areas were clean and the staff were friendly. It was comforting to see the sales person talking and knowing people by name. We asked some people who live there what they think and they shared their honest opinions. They seemed very happy and enjoyed living there.

My favorite part about living at Anthology Town and Country is the engagement with my peers. I love learning about their lives and hearing about their own experiences in life. Just so much history here, ya know?

We had a really good experience with American House Zephryhills. I would definitely tell others to go check this facility out for yourselves.

This is a very nice community. It works well for my loved one, and is one story. My loved one has made friends quickly here. [name removed], has helped my loved one so much in doing daily tasks. The staff communication with the family has been great, they are responsive to our questions and concerns. A few things we like about the community is that it is close to family, there are no elevators, and wonderful staff to be able to support the residents are all reasons we love American House Brentwood! There are three meals a day served to the residents. Lunch is the largest meal of the day with a dessert, and dinner is a sandwich, soup, and salad.

Location was important to us. The facility seemed homey. They offer housekeeping. We would recommend them to friends and family.
