We love the fact that our mom can walk outside anything around the grounds. The staff here has been very approachable and helpful! We feel very content having mom here.

My sister moved into Brookdale about a year ago and it has been a lifesaver. She is safe, well fed, happy, and it's a great place for me to visit and play games with her. The staff is so courteous and professional and they keep a very clean and vibrant environment. I couldn't recommend Brookdale Chenal more!!

I have learned that one can negotiate with extra perks such as 3 meals instead of 2 or having a permanent discount on the monthly payment. Are you a veteran always helps. Waiting for special offers at times of the year Some places have license where you can stay in your place for home health care Also if a family member needs to stay overnight some may not allow. And some may or may not allow pets.

They are very helpful and friendly here at Brookdale Adrian! From the food and all of the jokes that everyone tells, it feels like home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a senior living community.

My parents moved into this community nearly 6 years ago when dad was dx with dementia and their place was too much to maintain. Brookdale provides activites, excursions and a wonderful environment for people to spend their twilight years. They have some staff that have worked their for decades. We have had a good experience with Brookdale Monroe independent and assisted living.

We chose Brookdale Lakeshore because the Facility was always clean and tidy. [name removed], the maintenance man, always responded quickly and cheerfully if we needed anything. The staff is professional, caring and compassionate, and they seem to love their jobs. They were always willing to go above and beyond!! We will miss them tremendously!!

Every employee shoes concerns and care for healthy and well being.

I would rate every item a "5". Would specifically call out the quality of the personnel/staff as they all seem to be friendly and caring. Lots of tenured employees which was a key contributor to our decision. Staff members seem to take a vested interest in our family member. I certainly would recommend this community to other families, specifically for the Memory Care Unit

All of them are 5s the overall experience was a 10 if I could give it! I couldn't have found a better place! It wasn't even an assisted living it was an independent living and Mimi declined so fast there not because of them but because of what the dr did to her & they were there to help with everything. A great place for loved ones,the older people can make friends, have their pets, play games or go to the salon there! Mimi didn't get to enjoy any of that but she did make some friends in the cafeteria! The staff would come ask Mimi if she needed wheeled down or if she would like for them to bring her lunch, she enjoyed being wheeled down and loved their food! Their food is some of the best food I have tasted!! But most importantly the staff are so loving & very caring & supportive! Like I said couldn't have found a better place! Now there were some old people I felt so bad for that didn't have family when they really needed it the staff would still come check but nothing they could do only family could do! Family is one of the most important things that Mimi had and It just broke my heart to see some people there that didn't have that support, any family there for them when they needed them really bad!

I would recommend it to others and I have done so. After seeing the place, I decided that I would go there when I reach an age where I need assistance. Dad loved the sales manager from the moment he met her. Felt very comfortable with her.

The director [name removed] was very pleasant to work with . He made the move in process easy and quick . All the staff is very friendly /seems to know who you are . The building itself is very nice /clean.

I think that the food has been soo good-- the new chef is doing a great job and I love all the new waitresses --- I like it here -- I like the security of the community-- I like positive people and try be a good influence and be uplifting and helpful to those who need help -- I feel like I have wonderful opportunities to serve in our community

It's always pleasing to begin each day with positive thoughts towards the residents and staff -- I look forward each and every day to seeing everyone here-- residents and staff alike--I am always comfortable with speaking the truth to the staff here and how they will will react -- very good

Reasons we chose Brookdale Mt. Lebanon: Close to my house, clean, friendly, my mom spent time there until Covid. Love the staff. Facilities are wonderful as well! I do think it is a bit expensive for every thing being additional costs...

I work in the healthcare industry. We have been so blessed to work with this community for years here in Lubbock. Their staff is compassionate, kind, and helpful. I highly suggest this building for any of my patients that have had a cognitive decline. Your loved one will truly thrive in this community.

My neighbor and best friend needed a facility that could provide 24 hour care, due to her dementia. Her daughters found Brookdale Monterey. I went & toured the facility and was very impressed. She was admitted in [date removed] I have visited her on 4 occasions so far. She has adapted well and made some new friends. The facility is always clean and the staff is always very cordial and welcoming of guests. Unlike other facilities, there is no smell of urine and there is no cover up of any smells. Have not had a chance to have a meal with her, but she is satisfied with the food & I can see her appetite has improved. Overall, I am pleased with the care she is receiving. The administration staff & nursing staff are easy to get in contact with and have been very helpful! I do not know of the activities they have provided as she is a new resident, hopefully I can participate when possible to see her progress.

The staff at Brookdale Monterey are efficient and friendly and always address our questions and needs. The facility is clean. Our family members at the facility tell us they are very happy to be there.

From the first day my dad become a number of the community he has been treated well is well cared for and is glad to be at Brookdale. I rest easily knowing that he is happy and well cared for.

I've lived here since 2017. No complaints. I like price, location the people and the staff.

I've been a lot place and this is my favorite. I wish has a rehab here. I think we have the best care of all. They are all nice.
