Good community, didn't have a lot of services that we needed for my loved one.

So far everything is good at this community. This is a great place for the money that is spent. They do have activities that are a bit restricted just to give the residents something to do but covid friendly.

They're very welcoming and accommodating Just be aware of the level of need that your loved one has. It is independent living only, which I feel like I didn't fully understand what that meant at the time. Just make sure to ask plenty of questions. The apartment isn't bad. It's small and pretty basic, but it has everything my loved one needs.

The community was very clean and the staff members were super friendly during our loved ones stay. They always had a lot of activities going on it seemed like the people really enjoyed them. Also the value for cost was great.

Our family had an in person tour and we really loved the Maples we wanted our loved one to move there, but convenience wise the rooms they had available were just to far away from the action. However it really is a different place, it reminded us of an old Victorian eclectic house that would belong in Cape May. It looked like a lot of fun, and like a neat vacation home. The residents we saw looked really happy, we saw them exercising. The dining hall is very cute, the building itself is very nice and definitely something I would consider myself for the future. Also the staff members we mean't with were so pleasant.

[name removed] that does the intake and the tours is amazing. She is super sweet and remembers everyone by name. you can tell that she knows and cares about her residents. My loved one is really picky when it comes to food and he loves the meals.

If Athens Place had a motto it would be 'we take care of each other'. When I needed immediate help for my partner's placement in a facility with a Memory Care Unit, Athens Place was there with the solution. the willingness and kind assistance to facilitate his arrival. The entire facility is lovely and very well maintained and has a staff of professionals well trained in skilled health care who actually care about all the residents and their well-being. I have peace of mind that I made the right choice for my loved one's care and especially that he seems to like being there.

My 90+ year old parent's moved in in April and immediately felt comfortable and at home. They loved their apartment, the food, and especially the staff. Dad's health issues got the best of him and he passed in Aug., receiving wonderful care by both the staff and hospice. Soon after we moved mom into a studio apartment where she is happily residing, in spite of the fact she misses my dad terribly. The staff has been helping mom through this terrible time as much as my husband and I- they are so supportive, caring, understanding and loving with her it brings tears to my eyes. Mom loves the activities available, especially bingo, and is thrilled when Henry, the house cat, visits. Today they are going on a "field trip" to get ice cream. The facility is small, so mom does not get lost in the crowd. All the staff is wonderful, including the support people, and everyone pitches in when needed and necessary. They are all like family and treat the residents like family. Mom is happy!

This was a good community and well appointed it just did not have enough staff to keep a close eye on my loved one. The tour was very nice.

Our tour was great. The facility was beautiful and very clean. We were looking for a little more freedom for my mom to come and go as she pleased.

We love Eagle Crest. They did an outstanding job keeping the residents safe during the pandemic. They are always supportive and caring.

After lots of searching so glad my mom landed here at Brunswick Village. The ladies up front are the best!!

My experience is still in the early stage. I had two places to choose from and I choose Brunswick Village because I want my mom to have a location that is like a home. She likes the family feel, she has lots of supervision and activities. We as the family feel we are being heard and if mom is in need of something they see the need a get it for her and when we get there they communicate to us. I like the security I see it makes me not have more worries. Please if you are looking for a family environment for your loved one to live in when they are needing to be in an assistance facility choose Brunswick Village.

I toured many facilities in the area and Brunswick Village is the one I chose because it has excellent staff, was very clean, the food was great and it was on the smaller size so more attention is given to the residents. My friend has dementia and the care she is given is so great that she often calls me to make sure that she can stay there. She is very happy and adjusted well and quickly and does not want to leave. They keep me informed on her condition as well as any needs that she might have. I am able to visit her any day any time and she can stay in the community that she loves.

I am very happy at Riverplace. People are nice and food is good.

My son, [name removed], died on [date removed]. He had lived there a long time, and had many health problems. I visited him in 2019 (age 90) as I live in IL at a Sr. Ret. Home. I found Arlington Plaza to be a very special place. The staff and employees were so kind and compassionate. I am so thankful to them for everything did for him.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a really nice place, but it would be a better fit for loved ones who are more mobile and can navigate through multiple different floor levels.
