Elmcroft of Hagerstown was a great facility. The staff were very helpful and kept in contact with me. At the time we toured it was during covid, so we had what was called a porch visit where we sat outside with the sales representative. She was very informative and it was professional but also relaxed and comfortable.

Our experience has been very good so far, and the staff members we have encountered have all been very friendly. The have different options for meals and are very accommodating which we appreciate. We do think the value for cost is very reasonable, everything is taken care of in a bundle deal.

You should look into the community and do more research. The community looks nice and the outside looks great. The staff are helpful. The staff are friendly and helpful for the family and residents.

Everything is phenomenal. My mom loves it. She's made friends, and they all live close. So she can go down the hall or to a different floor, and we don't have to worry about her driving. Before, she was at home by herself, and if nobody came to pick her up, she was like a prisoner in her own home. The staff are great. They seem to go above and beyond. The food is so good, but they have that shut down to visitors right now. It's not over seasoned, which I appreciate because I don't care for too much salt. Also, my mom has noticed fewer leg cramps, which tells me she's eating better. Activities are great. They have so many, and then you just pick and chose what you'd like go to.

The staff have been friendly and attentiveness to the residents. They treat you like family immediately. The staff is willing to help in anyway for the resident and family. Discovery Commons has lots of activities for the residents.

We had a loved one here several years ago, and another one now. It's a nice place. It's clean and has a good environment. I feel my loved is secure there, and well looked after. Everybody there is very friendly. They have a lot of long-term employees, with less turnover than other facilities I've been to. They're always asking me if there's anything they can do. My loved one tells me she loves the food. Because of Covid, activities have been difficult. But they're at least trying, and things are starting to open up more. The cost is high, but in comparison to everything else, it's right in line.

[name removed] gave us a great tour and answered all our questions. The community was light and nicely set with plenty of green space around it. The apartments did have partial carpet, which we aren't huge fans of, but that is minor. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We chose Greenwood Place because [name removed] reached out to me and was seeing how they could help us and other facilities would not even call back. She walked us through everything and kept in great contact and that is why we chose it. When you are faced with this situation, you feel overwhelmed and she answered all my questions and it meant a lot to us. The room sizes here are adequate. The common areas are always impressively clean, but sometimes her room is not vacuumed as well as it could be. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Studio and one bedroom rooms available. Studio is small, but 1 bedroom may be too expensive. Possible aid for wife of veteran. Well-staffed and medical assistance is available 24/7. Clean, easy access, and not over-crowded. Full-time maintenance man, Roomy hallways with no obstructions. Nice location just outside of center of Glassboro.

We did a virtual tour with Morada Lake Arlington (which was Atria at the time we were looking) and we really liked the facility. All of the staff that we had interactions with were very friendly.

It is a little more expensive, but the meals here are much much better then the community i previously was at

absolutely beautiful, fully capable to exceed expectations. This community has plenty of amenities to keep anyone happy. totally resort living for Independent and Assisted Living. Pricing is outstanding.

It is great that the have different activities for the residents to choose from. It is a very nice, clean and friendly community. Tom was easy to work with. He did a great job at finding the right fit my loved one here.

We have peace of mind that my loved one is being well taken of. The director is involved with the community and really cares. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job taking care of my loved one. The community is neat and clean and they have lots of activities going on. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Solstice Senior Living because of the location as well the value for the money. It is not a super high end place, I would say it is right in the middle. The facility is very clean. When we walked in and were looking around it reminded us of being on a cruise ship. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We chose Azalea Park because when I walked in, the atmosphere, the security, the way it looked, the room sizes everything was just great. From the day we walked in and to this day, it has been absolutely wonderful, all of the staff are always friendly as well as all the residents. The apartment sizes are very generous based on what she needs. It is very easy to get in and out and you have a feeling of comfort. As a resident, that's what my mom has said and for me knowing she is safe gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend to others looking.

It is a nice, quiet, friendly and safe community. The staff's friendliness stands out to me. The communication with the staff is great, we are able to text back and forth. They are allowing in person or virtual visits for the family.

Our loved one was unfortunately not able to move into the community, but the ladies we worked with at the community when discussing different room sizes were very cooperative. They were very flexible, helpful and overall pleasant to work with. There were no issues at all in getting things ready for our loved one to move in.

Convenient location. Well maintained inside and out. Very nice facility and staff. [names removed]was very nice and knowledgeable about the whole process. He made sure we understood everything and answered all our questions. Mom has a new home now!
