My mother has always been a very independent person. However, with her mobility declining, we all agreed this was the best option. We were looking for a place that was very clean, pleasant, had a vibrant social scene, strong care infrastructure to get easier access to doctors, and apartments that had good closet space and were pleasant with good lighting. Heartis has so far exceeded our expectations. A warm, caring environment, great food, and great access to nursing and doctors - and my mom has made a few great friendships since joining a few months ago. I would highly recommend Heartis to others.

I moved into Allegria in the last year. The staff is very good here,. [Name Removed] from Dining Services has an amazing staff that attends to my every need. [Name removed] is very approachable and is open to suggestions. The location is so great, I have ocean and lake views. I am within walking distance to the boardwalk and I enjoy going to the restaurants with my friends and family. We are near Asbury, Neptune, and the best hospital in the area (Jersey Shore Hospital). The building is very clean and the housekeeping staff are extremely nice. I am grateful for a place for mom for giving me the recommendation for this facility.

They have lived here for 3 years now, and we could not be happier. Their apartment is beautiful and airy. The activities and exercise classes are challenging, engaging and fun. But most of all, we cannot rave enough about the wonderful staff. They are always so friendly, attentive, and caring. They treat everyone with respect, compassion, and levity. You can tell when people love what they do, and it shows here. I would recommend Brookdale Des Plaines to anyone who is looking for a warm and inviting place for their loved ones.

Solstice Senior Living has been absolutely wonderful, they have really gone out of their way to meet every single one of the residents needs. They were pretty strict during the pandemic but they have kept the residents safe. Almost 80% have fully been vaccinated. We feel very safe with our parents being there, the director is just one call away. No matter my needs or requests everything has been met. They are truly awesome.

The community was absolutely beautiful, and it was always very clean. The staff members are wonderful, and the food was great, I would even love to eat their myself. Westminster never lied to us, they always told us the upfront truth on what was included and what was not included.

Really enjoyed the tour!

During this past winter when Texas got all the storms, they did a very good job handling the entire situation. We did speak with our loved one recently and the activities are still pretty limited. Our loved one has now been there a little over a year and they seem very happy to be there.

I went from always worry about my loved 24 hours a day to not worrying at all. Communication between the staff and our family has been good. They keep us informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We chose Davis Place because it was recommenced to us, it was most affordable, and we were able to get in to tour and liked the staff. There are plenty of activities for him to participate in here and he really likes the food. He has improved since being here and we are very pleased with the facility. We would recommend to others looking.

We chose Discovery Village because the spaces were nice and bright, her room had a few windows overlooking a garden. Everything we asked them to do they were more than happy to do. They were also very honest about what they offer and what the cost will be. They made the transition on us and on her very easy and they were just great to work with and accommodating as could be. The staff are very good about covid protocols and they did not have any cases. They always called back when I left a message and were great with their response time. She chose not to participate but they offered a lot of activities for the residents. I would suggest during the tour to excuse yourself and see things off the beaten path when looking at any facility. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We toured The Sheridan and it was a beautiful facility but it was brand new at the time so there was not a lot going on since there weren't many residents yet.

Went on a tour yesterday. Enjoyed a delicious complimentary gourmet meal. The lady [name removed] did a super job explaining all amenities and options. She is very nice and knowledgeable. Met other staff members who were smiling and happy. The residents were well taken care of and the place was very clean. It’s like a luxury hotel.

If you ever find yourself in need of a memory care facility for a loved one, look no further! The staff are compassionate and caring. The facility itself is beautiful and well kept. They offer many amenities to engage and stimulate your loved one and encourage them to contribute. We are thankful for The Pointe at Lifespring. We toured several facilities and this one best served our loved ones needs and gave us peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of and thriving! Go take a tour, you won’t be disappointed.

They were nice people, it was a great place, and my loved one said she loved the food. The staff could not have been kinder. She just happened to have a stroke several days after she moved in. It was not at all their fault. She just happened to be there when it happened. They were super kind and super good to her, and I would recommend the place to absolutely anybody. I'm still waiting to see about a refund on the one-time, up-front fee that was paid at move-in. So we'll see how that plays out. But they did a great job at making the transition into independent living easier on my loved one. They even published a book on that transition process, called "The Wisdom of Gratitude." I think everybody ought to read it.

Now the community is open for visitors, we took a tour and the community is spotless. They are dedicated to our loved one. The staff gives great support to the residents and families. Loma Clara has a chef during meals. I look forward to the meals, and they are very good. My loved one doesn't participate; however, there is always something going on for the residents to participate in. It is a pricy community, but worth the money and allowing my loved one to be happy here. The level of support and care from the staff members , they go above and beyond. There are directors who sit down and visit with our loved one, even in their apartment. They will be able to provide more support as my loved one's memory care worsens.

We chose Whispering Oaks because of the friendliness of the staff members as well as we liked the layout of the facility. The apartment sizes here are very good. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.

Location great. Like 3 meals. 2 bed rm apts perfect size. Outdoor areas nice. laundry/housekp AOK. Transprt - great. Happy about all ementies. Lots of activities. Nothing negative to find.

The community gave me free range to decorate and make it feel like my own. The location is good and close to shopping centers nearby. It is easy to get to, and close to the Catholic Church. There are only about 150 people. They have good rules and regulations. I've been talking to people who have been here for 5-9 years. We all feel like home. Everyone is so friendly. The only complaint is I felt they didn't have enough storage. There is no stove in the apartments. I would highly recommend this community to others. It is quiet and in a safe location.

We did a virtual tour with this community and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and they provided lots of information to us. It just didn't fit our needs at this time.
