My brother became a resident in [date removed] with the COVID lock down, so experiences should change as things open up. As different from normal as things have been, everyone was friendly and doing their best.

I have been a Resident here for almost two years. Our Community has become a family. We are very welcoming to new residents and care about each other. I do also like the walking paths down to the River where the setting is natural. We also love seeing the Turkeys and the Deer and the Birds and hearing the frogs.

The community seems very active and engaged. The responsiveness, care, protocols and I've had nothing but good especially during the pandemic. They have been good. The person at the front desk knows where my loved one is there all the time. My loved one had some concerns about the menu being diabetic friendly. The community uses an app to keep us updated on what activities my loved one has attended.

They are friendly, attentive and responsive. The community seems to have a great concern and care for the residents. My loved one has made comments about the food and not up to their standard.

The manager came from the hotel industry and treat the residence there like they are in a 5-star hotel. The staff's focus is on the residence and really care and are there for them. They have a small bus with wheelchair accessibility for transportation and that has been very handy. The security is very good in this community also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We have been very pleased with the community and all the information and updates we get from them. The director there is a sweetheart, it is a lovely facility and they are very convenient which is always a plus.

The value of the community is very. The staff is very friendly and they really provide extraordinary care. Communication between the staff and our family is good and they keep us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

This place looks really good on what i seen

They were great with welcoming my loved ones during the pandemic. The community did a great job with helping my loved ones adjust, getting them involved in activities, and it's a fun environment. Anytime I visit the staff is laughing with the residents. It's like a second home. I'm so glad this is the choice we made.

I like the community and everyone is friendly. they have lots of activities going on. The food is great and I really like it. Communication is good and they keep us well informed and are always posting reminders. I would recommend this community to others.

Since I have been a resident of another senior, I can compare. Important, the staff here really care! And they really try!

1000% resident and staff, Covid shots - 100% resident and staff. No illness. Nursing staff available. All residents who are able have meals in dining room. Rooms cleaned each week, laundry done each week. Activities provided 5 days a week.

We chose Addison Place because we liked all that they had to offer. The room sizes here are very sufficient for what he needs. I think that it is a very good value for what they give you. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

I was very, very pleased with them. The food is very, very good. Not 5-star restaurant kind of good, but good. I could not believe all the things included for the price. The value was excellent. It was all-inclusive, with utilities, food, housekeeping, everything. There's a beautiful pool and beautiful walking areas. There's a lake with some bridges in the back with a walkway all around it, and it's just a beautiful location. The apartment was perfect. Because of my health issues, it was easy access, with a nice balcony. They came and cleaned every week. It was very nice. The kitchen was small, but it was perfect for what I needed at the time. Everything was just right.

The staff are friendly and smiling. The community is very active. It is a safe and secure environment for your loved one. They are trustworthy. Bingo, gardening, nail salon, games, and there are always some type of engagement for the residents to partake in. There is always a nurse here.

Toured Memory Care...the facility had a beautiful, secure outdoor area for residents. Unit was very clean and rooms overly spacious.

My mother became very sick and unable to care for herself independently in a very short period of time. All of the children do not live nearby. I live in Ohio. We needed a place ASAP. But we also needed to find a place that was caring, clean, and supportive to mom and her needs. I called The Pointe for information and felt an instant caring and professional attitude over the phone. We were able to get her into a lovely room within a few days. What an answer to our prayers! What we didn't know was how COVID would change all of our lives. As things changed, I always felt The Pointe was on the cutting edge of protecting the residents from COVID. They kept us informed weekly of the changes and of the many things they came up with to keep the residents engaged and involved while still having to stay in their rooms. Any staff I talked with was very positive and supportive. We were so thankful to have mom there as a resident!

I have lived here eight years and my husband and I love it. I would not like anywhere else.

I really like the place. From what I gather, our loved one is happy. The staff is very friendly. Their communication seems good, and we're pleased with how they take care of her. She's comfortable there. She talks about bingo and other activities that she enjoys.

My dad is in a nice studio unit with a view of the garden. The staff is very patient and caring of my dad. There is a peace of mind knowing that my dad is watched and cared for 24 hours. Though my dad is limited in his mobility, the activities and interaction with the staff are wonderful daily social, mental, emotional, and physical stimulus. [name removed] is very supportive and encouraging as we transitioned our dad to assisted living. [name removed] is proactive in monitoring the health of my dad and getting the help he needs. The staff is now part of our family!
