They all know my mom's name, too, and engage her in conversation when she's out and about. We really like the openness of the atrium. Especially now that the renovations are coming along, and the area is opened up again. Everyone on the staff at every level is very friendly and willing to help or answer questions.

The staff at Mission Commons were very nice and we would recommend this community to other families if they can afford it.

This is the place you want to live. The staff is AMAZING.... they will quickly become family to you. The executive director is thoughtful and caring. Everyone is friendly and fun to be around.... My folks have lived here over 10 years. Wouldn't want them anywhere else... It's simply perfect. Caregivers are available if you need some personal helpt with anything. The Director and Sales Manager were very accommodating when it came to getting my dad into Discovery Village. The facility is always cleanly. The staff is pleasant and they truly care about the residents. The communication is good. The proximity and price were also key factors in my decision to move my dad to Discovery Village.

From the very first person we spoke with, [name removed], up until today, Solstice has been a warm and welcoming place for my dad to call home. He has made many new friends from the moment he moved in and is engaged in activities, both physical and social, that keep him happy and motivated. He enjoys outdoor walks in the neighborhood with friends, dining with others who are engaging to talk to, and enriching activities that get him up and moving in the recreation room. He has created new memories with friends at the luau and happy hour hosted by Solstice. Additionally, I feel confident knowing that there are people looking out for my dad’s well being on daily basis. My dad and our family are 100% happy with him choosing Solstice for his home.

While touring this facility and looking for placement for a family member I noticed how beautiful and clean the facility was. All of the residents seemed so happy and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and caring with all the residents. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate and excellent care for their loved ones.

The only thing I will add is that it is a senior or slight assisted living facility. [name removed]was sick mentally and physically and though they took her it rapidly exceeded their capabilities - love them though

My dad has been very happy with his experience so far. My dad and I looked at five places last January and he liked the location and appearance of The Conservatory the most.

My mother in-law is very particular and she is thriving at Jackson Meadow. Of course it took a few months to adjust but now she is content in her new home. She is socializing daily. When we go get her for our weekly family dinner night she is ready to get back home as soon as the meal is finished. She loves the freedom of independent living with the community of others. The staff are great. Always smiling and helpful. She likes that there is a beauty shop inside the property. We are so grateful that A Place for Mom helped us find Jackson Meadow. We recommend both to all our friends who are in need of such help. Thank you to both companies.

I have been here at Village at the Falls through a few transitions in the management department. Currently the staff and management team work very hard since covid to make sure we get all the services we are suppose to and they do it with a smile. My apartment is cozy, updated and has a good foot print for what I need. Meals are large and have a nice variety for anyone who is picky. We enjoy the bus driver and his jokes while traveling. It is a clean, safe building and the tenants are great to enjoy some fun times with. Staffing sometimes is a little tough but everyone jumps in to help.

My mother [name removed] has lived in both assisted living and memory care. Neither was a good fit. At solstice she has her confidence back because she has her own apartment and not just a little room. It makes her better because she wants to keep the life she has there. Even though it is independent living the staff there are very involved. I haven’t met anybody there who isn’t friendly. Three meals a day and plenty of resources for the residents, not to mention the beautiful courtyard. It turned out to be the best fit for her. I highly recommend this establishment.

It was so fun and a beautiful place. They do a good job with events and taking care of the older adults and more. [name removed] & [name removed] do a great job! I was looking for my mother in possibly moving to memory care.

My husband moved to The Haven a short time ago but we already feel like family. Very caring staff. I highly recommend The Laurel and The Haven! They do a good job everyday ; especially [name removed] and [name removed]

I flew to CA with my wife and 2 sons to bring my widowed mom to the Laurels. After she had lived in the same house for over 60 years, imagine her and my trepidation moving across the country for the next stage in both our lives. It was the best thing for her and my immediate family - and my siblings. Aloof and reclusive by nature, my mom found the staff to be patient and kind. The residents have been wonderful to her too. I have peace of mind knowing she gets sensitive and welcoming care at the Laurels. The facility is modern and comfortable. My mom says the food is great, like the staff. Residents have the opportunity to make each room his/her own, including hanging a bird feeder outside the bedroom window.

My father only wanted to go to a certain assisted living facility. I suggested we see one more place to have something to compare it with. So we went on a tour at Brookdale Quincy Bay. We couldn't have been more pleased. It is bright and cheerful and they have different styles of apartments to choose from. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. It's clean and the food is very good. My father can't say enough about the place. I am very pleased that he decided on Brookdale. It's a relief to me knowing he is happy and well cared for there.

The care at the Watermark is exceptional. They really are kind. I don't worry about my Mom being safe there.

Love living in my own private cottage. Love the park-like setting with all the wildlife. Food is mediocre, but that's good for my figure. Manager is an excellent trained listener, but rarely follows through on my perceived problems. Other residents are quite friendly.

Worked very hard to meet expectations. My brother made a few good friends who he went back to visit after he was able to move back into his home.

My dad loves it there. It is a great place and my dad loves living there. We picked this community because of the location close to loved ones and liked the setup of the facility, has park like grounds on the property great for walking and offered variety of activities to participate in.
