Only complaint is that she had to walk without help from the dining table to her walker which was 6 feet away. She fell really hard and had to be taken to the hospital where they drained a large amount of blood from her right lung. This happened 2 weeks after she moved in. She never recovered from that fall and died 2 months after she moved in.

They were wonderful help with Mom's passing. Very caring. Mom didn't want to go but fell in love with Brunswick village within a couple weeks. Loved that even needing memory care she was able to have her own room. You become part of a large family at Brunswick Village.

Guys this place has been an excellent fit for my father in law. The place is calming and fun and easy going. The rooms are nice. Each employee goes over and above to assist and make these folks’ lives the best it came be. Packed cleaner of events. People talk and are social. Food is excellent. Therapy and nursing is offered but this place is def independent living. Only complaint, one elevator and it is a little small

Copperfield Estates is a great place for senior adults. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. It’s easy to make friends there. There are so many different activities going on each day. It’s a very active place, if you choose that! The 3 meals a day, that are provided, are all great! You always have several choices to choose from. It is very nice and clean. It is very safe too! The office staff is very friendly, helpful and always there for anything you need. They go out of their way to help you, always! I highly recommend Copperfield Estates if you have a senior loved one that’s looking for a place to live.

Everyone at Solstice Senior Living at Plano has been wonderful. I can't to began to thanks the facility director [name removed] for always checking and walking the facility. The food is excellent, my brother love it. I have tried some of the lunching. It was delicious. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

My dad seems to be doing well and engaged in activities. I feel great knowing he is at Morada while I'm in another state. It was easy to move him in. The price was great. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I picked it because it was located close to the VA and they are able to provide him transportation to/from. The staff was super friendly. The room was a good size with plenty of closet space and cabinets. The facility was very clean. I guess the only issue was the campus seemed quite big and my dad had a difficult time remembering where to go the first few days. But, he was able to learn quickly.

If you’re looking for a soothing relaxing place this is the place. Awesome residents great food and very clean. Staff is willing to work with you to provide a comfortable safe place to live. This is an all around great community

I would rate all of the categories as 5. My mother has settled in nicely and is happy with the facility. She especially likes the availability of outdoor spaces and a level , paved path so she can securely use her walker to take a walk independently. The place has a welcoming atmosphere when we visit. It was a good match for my mother. She is 97 with no major health concerns.

I'm on kidney dialysis and potatoes is not many list and on the food. Menu is lots of potatoes is there something else that can take its place pasta, and no MSG

I find everyone at the front desk super friendly and helpful. The transportation service for errands has been a huge help and my dad hasn't had any issues scheduling rides. Legacy is the on-site therapy company and those therapists are great.

Assisted Living for a loved one is not something anyone looks forward to in life. But sadly, for some, it is inevitable. Thankfully, I only had to visit two to find the perfect place. Heritage Place in Fredericksburg is indeed a 5 Star Facility. The facility itself is very nice. It is bright and beautiful. Outside spaces are perfect for visiting or watching the deer. There are also ample opportunities for your loved one to participate with others in the reading club, multiple worship services on Sundays or enjoy live music in the lobby. All of the above is great to see but the best and most important aspect of Heritage Place is the staff. They are always gentle, caring and kind and they always have a smile for you. From the front desk to the back office, the room & laundry attendants to the cooks, the care givers to PT, I couldn’t ask for a better “home” for my MIL during this time in her life. Thankful for Heritage Place.

Our parents have been at Heartis for the last 3 years and are treated with the utmost respect. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. A welcoming concierge and caring staff are always around to greet and help you. The entire staff including: administration, care team, nurse staff, housekeeping, culinary and maintenance are visible and compassionate. The activities for the residents are fun and interesting. We just can’t say enough about this 5 Star community.

I would rate all of them as a 5. My father really enjoyed his time there. Even up to the end when he passed away, the care they provided was incredible. This facility has exceptional staff. They cared and encouraged his participation in daily activities. I loved that they would communicate with him in Spanish when he didn't remember that he could speak English.

They get a big time 5! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Apartment sizes are awesome and they have awesome home care.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.....Move in was seamless and everyone was sooo nice to work with. My parents couldn't be happier . Every business has its ups and downs. Talk with the managers and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

Great location, great staff, great facilities, nice accommodations. Apartment sizes and layouts are great. They do need more help in kitchen and dining area and more variety on the menu.

I am extremely pleased with the amount of personal attention that my husband received from the very beginning of his arrival. The RN on staff, was immediately available. He attended to us in such a way that it appeared that we were the only people requiring his attention. The RN facilitated getting a nurse practitioner and to see my husband on our second day there. This was very important as he had arrived with an existing infection. The RN saw to it that my husband quickly received a diagnosis, and then went the extra mile to ensure that the prescription was received that very same day. The RN has been meticulously overseeing the many prescriptions my husband receives along with carefully reviewing his vital signs and blood glucose levels. The RN has also assisted us in our visits to see specialists and has, at times, stayed with us during the visit to help us in communicating with the doctors. I had no idea that this level of medical care and attention would be available to us!
