I live in New York and my sister is in Mississippi, now in the memory care unit of Summerhouse Bay Cove. We did get to visit in August and were very pleased with the facility and staff. All staff, hands on and administrative are not only professional but warm and friendly. The memory care unit is very bright and open. I feel my sister is very well looked out for. All the staff seem so responsive. Not to single just one person out, but Tracy, an administrator has been very helpful as well as all the nurses and assistants. I always hesitate naming just one person because they are all so kind and helpful

It's a wonderful place and I am so glad I was able to get my friend a beautiful apartment at Aston Gardens at Courtyards.

I would rate Windchime as 5 on questions - 1-6. Can't really grade them on value for money as it is expensive but not sure what others are charging. Staff are involved, caring and friendly. Very different from a prior facility my husband was at. It is a caring, small facility in woodsy setting. For my husband a big tower block would not have worked and the outdoor patios were a big plus.

They were very good to my fathers and me at Summer Place. The food was good and the place was clean and the people were kind.

I would say, it is worth a tour. Depending on their parent's needs it might be a good fit. We picked this community because, it was not set up like a hospital setting and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

The residents there are very friendly. I wish that there were not so many gravys and sauces all over the food. They need more activities that appeal to everyone.

My husband and I lived apart for 4 years as he was in a facility dealing with medical issues. Winter Village has given us the chance to be husband and wife again and allow my husband to have the care he requires. The staff and residents are very inviting and helpful. We feel safe and have no regrets moving here! Thank you Winter Village!

Our experience with moving my Aunt to Winter Village was very positive. Starting with the Sales Team that gave a very informational tour and assisted me in talking with my Aunt to make her feel comfortable about making the move. I have joined my aunt at lunch several times. The building is very family friendly. The building is very safe with having a receptionist 24/7.Most of the staff is very helpful:)

I would, and have, told many people that Holiday Ormond In The Pines is a really good place to live and prosper in the twilight years of life. You will make many new friends and there are many different activities to be involved in. And many of the residents actually run some of the activities. And I surely can't forget the wonderful staff who are there and keep everything operating very smoothly. BTW...the staff will also be included in your new circle of friends.

I'm not sure of her title but [name removed] has been very helpful . And others also very friendly ,helpful. Gentleman that takes out the garbage helped me a great deal when mom was moving in. It is expensive, but the facility is lovely.

I feel like I have support right in the building. This is my home, I don't feel alone anymore. I feel confident to be independent now. I am very grateful to be here and it makes me want to cry! My family also feels I am safe and a blessing to them, too, that I found this place!

There needs to be 10's and that wouldn't be enough, The Chateau is my home and I love the people and staff here. It's family. The amenities are perfect. I can't recommend the Chateau more! I'm very thankful for my home here.

The staff at winter village just been fantastic in looking out for and caring for my brother. He has lived there for a little over a year and is so thankful the staff is able to give him a independent lifestyle yet helping with all his needs.

The Haven Memory Care facility is such a lovely place. It is always clean and fresh-smelling, and the staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The care they show the residents is compassionate, personalized and attentive. The Executive Director is clearly experienced, and her leadership is evident in the exceptional way this facility operates. As a frequent visitor, I can honestly say I’m always impressed by what I see. If I were looking for a memory care facility for my loved one, I would definitely recommend The Haven.

Life here has been positive, mostly because of the nice people. Life here allows the freedom to relax and enjoy many different activities. The pool is and surrounding areas is beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. There is a small rude clique of women here who are very negative about this community and I just avoid them. Our meals are overall good.

It's in the top 5% of affordable independent living communities. Better than 95% of what I shopped for for a loved one.

I have lived at the Chateau McKinney for 2 1/2 years, The staff is friendly and helpful in all categories. The residents are friendly and I get along with all them. The activities are available if you would like to join.

I have really enjoyed living at Winter Village. I have a great group of friends that I enjoy having meals with every day. I never have to worry about cooking or cleaning. The staff at winter village has been great and always there to help me when needed.

Holiday Winter Village has been a great place for my Dad to live. He still has independence but has the joy of never having to cook or clean. The staff has been great and treat you like family. Everything you need is here including bus rides to local Doctor appointments.

Dogwood Estates is a beautiful, clean, well kept community. All of the staff from management to housekeeping are all so nice and caring. It is obvious that the staff really do care about the residents. My grandmother is so happy to be a part of the Dogwood Community.
