We chose Las Villas Del Norte because of the proximity to family housing. Everyone is very nice. Apartments are somewhat clinical compared to other sites we considered.

I give it all a 5 It was very nice Mom passed away 12/2 from a heart attack They were very good in rushing her to the hospital via ambulance As I was out of town. They appoint "ambassadors" to keep in touch with residents. They are consistent in inviting them to get involved with activities and having lunches or dinners together. That was good for mom because she was very much a home body. She needed people to reach out to her and pull her in.

We chose TerraBella Summit because of the staff friendliness and the overall cleanliness of the facility. It really is a fantastic place, staff is very attentive. Just need more staff

Our & [name removed]'s experiences with Oak Cottage, we feel, were very good. We found workers there sincere about their assignments and willing to be helpful.

My time at Paradise Springs Sky Active Living, was a wonderful experience. Friendly residents, beautiful grounds and helpful people. We had a wonderful lunch with our friends and took a look around the community. Looking forward to coming back.

Casual, comfortable atmosphere. Everyone very friendly. Cafeteria clean & staff accommodating & courteous. Rooms & patios nicely spaced. Like the fact of a tablet in each apartment. Also like that a medical alert necklace is provided for each tenant. [name removed] very friendly & spent a lot of time interviewing me & giving a tour of the facility.

Hi my mom moved into the veranda club and the transition was very smooth from beginning to end thanks to [name removed] and [name removed]. The place is well maintained and the staff is always there if you need assistance.

Lovely People who Work Here!! The Cleaning Service People are Fantastic!!! The Building Service Team is Wonderful! But poor [name removed] Needs a Halper!!!! He's doing it all BY HIMSELF NOW, as [name removed] Quit while [name removed] was on Vacation.... All the Front Staff are Fantastic!! Very Kind and Helpful!!! Can't believe they Remember all Our Names!! Crazy!!!!! Love Being Here! And a Great Value for the money!! Thanks for Letting me Live Here!

My in laws lived in the independent living at the Dominion and have moved into the assisted living recently. They are very pleased with the care they are receiving. Everyone is so nice and attentive! They have made great friends.

We chose Discovery Village because of the location, offerings of activities, culinary quality, how they are willing to go the extra mile whenever needed. They are amazing, each taking the time to learn all about each resident and developing a comfortable rapport that extends to their family members.

I'm very thankful that A Place for Mom helped me find it! The staff at Greenwood is very caring. They do everything they can to make their patients happy and comfortable. I was so very grateful to be there . I would highly recommend it. I think they could use more seasoning on the food. Also they need to make it easier for the residents to eat it. Cutting it into smaller portions.

They had issues with kitchen staff but it's improving. An important aspect for us was the ability to use Senior Helpers so my mom could stay in independent living. Also helpful was the option to move into a smaller and more affordable suite once she had transitioned into the residence They offer two independent living options. They are well taken care of and have a separate bedroom with a small open kitchen.

I love the staff, the facility, food, and they take really good care of my Mom. Great activities and they keep her busy. It's clean and apartments are very nice.

It is a very nice community, everyone that works there is very nice and helpful. They care about their residents. I would recommend to others.

My name is [name removed] when I found out about this place this place is such a great place to live from the Front Desk staff. It is great from the sales. It is great everybody at this place together as a team and I love it a great, great great spirit And you be glad that you choose his place idea. Food is great today. I had a baked salmon and is really really good cheese and macaroni. It is extra cheesy the way I love it the potatoes. It is great the food I had yesterday it was delivered, and The poke shop was really good. I’m telling you you all when you choose this place the whole staff and everybody is the best I’ve been through other places that’s like this. They don’t talk the best customer service that I see right now and that’s my apartment. very very great view all day every day when you spend Top dollar you gonna get top dollar greatness and I must say that I mean that all the way get your love here and I promise you it’s what I’m saying to you experience The very same thing and

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful but the current Director is not responsive to calls or emails. They need a healthier selection on the food menu.

I have been very happy with this community, since the both reside at the same one. They are (almost always) caring and courteous to everyone. No one is perfect.

They are all a 5. My dad loves it. He is doing great. He couldn't be happier right now. It is very clean, he loves all the staff and they love him. He loves the food which is major. I can't think of one thing about it that is not good. Thanks for helping us find it.

I moved in on [date removed].Therefore, I cannot give a true rating at this time.I do believe that as a transition from New York to Florida,I made the right choice regarding safety and my apartment and location. Busy unpacking so have not participated in any activities;trying various meals of which some are not satisfying.Time will tell. I will know more in two months.

Very good experience. Have done all they claimed. Positive living environment. Good food and activities. Would highly recommend. Robyn took extra care of us. He loves the activities. It is very warm and welcoming.
