We found my Dad a great place at Summer House Alexandria and he is thriving. They have gone above and beyond for him ever since he arrived. The staff is always responsive with any needs we have. Definitely recommend this assisted living facility.

My mom has been at the facility now for a couple weeks. She was really happy when she first came in to see a lot of people she knew. The apartment is ample in size, very clean, and a lot of amenities. The staff generally seems to care about the residents. The shuttle service is a great necessity for people that don't drive. They do offer church services, movie nights and other activities for the residents. The process of moving in was very easy and [name removed] is terrific to work with.

My home (colonial villages) is always clean. The staff is always kind, polite and friendly. There is always 4 options for meals and I have always been able to find something that suits my tastes. I couldn't have made a better choice.

Enjoy living here it feels like home.Management and staff always ready to listen to your request.. Meals are wonderful My neighbor's are very pleased to be apart of the community. I enjoy the social series Management listens to your conserns

Staff is really great. They do try to help you with what ever you need they have gone out of they way to help my sister get to her med appointment when I can't take her. They serve it's seem a lot of pork , but they do offer other things but she forgot to ask for something else and being jewish we don't eat pork

A warm and welcoming community and the staff is amazing! My sister and I are enjoying this place; we are HOME! And finally we are at a place where DoorDash and Amazon can find us for deliveries, LOL!

I like Holiday Parkview right away, the minute I walk in to Lobby I liked what I saw. It’s Very pretty, clean , nicely decorated, everyone walking by smiled and said hello. I felt like everyone here is friendly and happy. They gave us a small Tour abound the grounds. The flower pots were big and blooming they were all so beautiful, shrubs were trimmed nice. I thought I like how nice they keep the grounds. I love that there’s a pool, I don’t swim but I love to sit by the pool and get some sun. The food here is pretty good that’s a bid plus! Oh and I love my floor plan, my apartment is called home sweet home.

After touring several facilities, placed my parents at Allara in memory care floor. Cost is very competitive with other facilities and Allara is fairly new and well kept. Staff has been helpful and most are friendly and ready to help. There has been an adjustment period but the parents are well cared for.

We have found our new perfect home. We have been here almost 3 months and love it. Everyone is so friendly both staff and residents. The food is wonderful and the activities keep you busy if you want to be. We have made so many new friends here. We were fortunate to get one of the cottages so it was an easier transition for us and our little dog.

[name removed] and [name removed] are great employees. They arr very helpful. My dad’s room is nice. There are a lot of activities there. They have really improved on the place. We seem to find parking space even though there’s not a lot of parking. The luau was fun. The residents there are friendly.

My mother-in-law has been very pleased with the care she received. The meals were good as reported by her and my brother-in-law facilities are Clean and the staff is caring. She has made a few friends in the short time she has been there

it is very welcoming, friendly and caring. Always a pleasant atmosphere with a feeling of "Home. "And also when dealing with the Staff, they are very professional and attentive.

We were very pleased with the state of the assisted living home. It was very clean, very well, organized. My brother-in-law had a private room. His care was impeccable. They were very, very friendly an attentive. I could not have asked for a better place for my brother.In law. The food was absolutely fabulous. I was extremely pleased! I can't say enough good about the staff they were super. The facility manager [name removed], was absolutely amazing. There were loads of activities and even outings. If I needed to be in assisted living, Lehigh Acres would be the place for me.

I would rate Cypress Woods a 5 on all questions. Am very happy here. The other residents I have met and gotten to know well and the facility size of the apartments and activities each week. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. .

Its a great community with lots to offer! Great activities. They just put new floors down that look amazing. Staff is so nice and friendly, Residents also. Lake Ridge Village seem like the perfect place to live.

My parents resided at Morada Quintessence for several years. They were always well cared for, and both made lots of friends. After dad passed away, the staff made sure that mom stayed active. The care team is always pleasant and helpful. Management is very involved and is always available to assist. As my parents care increased and their diets changed, the meals were always chopped and made easier for them to eat by themselves. The building always did a great job with events for Mothers Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We always looked forward to bringing the grandkids to visit too. Thank you Quintessence for everything you did for my parents.

The Sales manager was very nice and spoke about the wonderful facility. My main concern was the cost. But before she spoke of the prices, she showed me several apartments that they had. I told her I was only interested in a one bedroom/one bath apartment. She showed me the ones that were available then told me about the different activities, that they were pet friendly (mainly dogs & cats) and even let me sample their lunch meal. We proceeded to her office where we discussed the prices of the apartments. She also showed me the laundry rooms on each floor. My only complaint is that I couldn't move in on the date we had agreed on. There were family circumstances but for me to have to wait 5 hours before we could unload the U-Haul truck was a little unnerving. It was so very hot outside but we were able to put my things in the truck into another apartment. I do LOVE the residents here and the staff and employees too. I'll tell friends and family about Holiday Colonial Village.

Paradise is really great. We moved into our two bedroom apartment and everything has been wonderful. The meals have been great and amazing. My wife and I are very happy with our choice of a place for our senior years.

The staff was helpful and almost all the experiences there were positive I did see one insect in the halls during my mom's stay, and there was a distinct and unpleasant odor in the memory care facility. However, my mom's room was clean and her trash was emptied as needed (which was a LOT). They have great caretakers. That was the most important part to us. Mom got attentive, expert care there. Mom couldn't eat much while she was there due to medical issues, so not sure about the meals/dining. Mom didn't recover enough to do any activities, so I can't provide any comments on the activities. It was pricey but they did provide a lot for that money. I have no idea whether the charges were reasonable. They helped to file for long-term care insurance. That was nice. The doctor there helped me understand Mom's condition and let me know what may follow. I didn't always want to hear it but the preparation really helped. I remember a couple of her caretakers seeming so happy to help. Like, smiling when they were helping her get out of bed. I once went there to trim Mom's hair and the caretaker complimented her new 'do. They helped me take her outside into the sunshine. Little things like that made Mom smile. Mom died shortly after moving there, and one thing that comforted me a great deal was that we had chosen such a good place for her last weeks. If we had chosen a place solely based on cost, I may be living with that guilt for a long time.

My mother in law has been at Terra Bella for about two months now and is very happy here. She is 93 and very aware and in tact. She can’t walk and we are working with physical therapy 2X a week to get her legs stronger, They also do speech therapy and occupational therapy . She has a studio apartment and it is very nice. She says it is very homey! The facility is very clean and decorated well. Like home. The food is great!!!! They have a lot of activities they do all week and travel all over in East Tennessee, for outings. They go out to lunch, have barbecues , had farm week, going to Dollywood. They have a spa, a hair salon, devoutions seven says a week. The staff, nurses, Drs. Are all very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I can only say positive things about Terra Bella. We are very pleased with the facility and the caring staff, and most of all my mother in law is happy.
