Not really impressed with their memory care. It looked like an insane asylum. It didn't look anything like a place that you would want to live out the rest of your life.

It was not what I expected and felt like i was in an older type nursing home in the rehab.The independent lvg. areas looked pretty but 3floors=confusion and too closed in,disappointed.

Staff was nice enough but the place felt dated and looked unkempt from the outside - this although they said they had undergone renovations. It felt lackluster and...indifferent. I'm not sure that he knew the names of the residents and they didn't seem particularly over fond or familiar with him.

Did not like this facility - too spread out over multiple floors.. small hallways.. very small rooms. Did not see any/many residents in the common areas. Dark - no real flow to it.

Unfortunately the facility needs serious updating. Repairs in the memory care facility courtyard have not been done in 9 months Furniture needs to be replaced with furniture that can be cleaned and is not upholstered. Carpets should be replaced with something that can be mopped. Bathrooms lack proper rails for support around the toilets. Residents should be taken out daily for walks and fresh air

I had a family member staying at a ‘5-star’ skilled nursing facility in S. Florida for over 2 wks. We were there to visit nearly every day, for at least 3-4hrs per day, sometimes more. Therapists were very good. Nurses, generally, did there job. The rooms were kept relatively clean. There was a handful of staff that would give a little extra from time to time. When it came down to my family member complaining of pain and visiting family speaking to nursing staff & supervisors about worsening issues, little was done. Within a few days this family member was rushed to the ER in critical condition. Had the doctor and nurses acted responsibly & ethically it wouldn’t have come to this!

Our Mom lived in the independent area and it was nice. Once she was moved to assisted living all went down hill. She ended up having bowel incontinence which happens at this age and the forum staff did nothing to manage it work work with her to improve. Siad they didn't have the manpower and she must move again to skilled nursing upstairs for double the cost and a tiny hospital style room or hire in added help for 12 hours a day. We ended up leaving and moving to another assisted living who is working with her to control incontinence with diet and scheduled toileting. Unfortunate how she was treated.

I toured here while looking for places for my loved one. The thing that stuck out most for me was the bathroom doors here. I don't feel that they are meant for old people. The doors are pocket doors that slide in and out. You have to put your finger into a crevice in order to get it to open, and there really is no easy way to do this. For something so important, they should make it easier for residents to use.

When mom first moved in the food was good and then it started to decline. The staff were not very good. The caregivers were not making sure mom was receiving her medication. She fell and no one checked to see how she was when they picked her up. They did offer hardly any entertainment or activities.

I am very disappointed in this facility. It was much better when Ryan was here. He really cared about the residents. He knew the names of all the residents. He would be open and visible. He was a friendly person and made the residents feel good. If there was a problem, he would try very hard to see that it was taken care of in a timely manner. He seemed to really care about the residents. [removed] very different. Management does not seem to care about the residents. Repairs are promised and are not taken care of. The management has little or no connection with the residents. The kitchen runs out of food. The transportation is inadequate...not enough transportation... The kitchen staff tries hard but there is not enough staff. The maintenance staff works hard, too.f In summary, SOMEONE NEEDS TO READ THIS AND MAKE THINGS BETTER!! Someone needs to care about the residents.

My Mom was here for about 3 years. We were told if she did not show up for lunch, they would check on her. She fell one morning in the bathroom after taking a shower and did not show up for lunch, dinner, anld nobody checked on her. The maid found her on the bathroom floor after noon the next day. She had laid on the floor for over 24 hrs. She did not go back there after her hospital stay. We were told a lie. Some of the ladies went to the office and told them she did not show up for lunch or dinner. No excuses!

This facility is not good for dementia. The Bridges unit is horrible. They sit around all day and do nothing. It is small and the décor is horribly boring. I do not recommend this place for dementia.

The communication with the staff was not good. I did not have a lot of confidence in them dispensing medicine. They seemed confused about the medicine. Overall it was not a good experience. They did everything to get us to move in and nothing once we moved in. The internet was down for 2 weeks so no television.

I was really hoping for more from both the daily care team and the nursing staff. It's definitely a place that seems better suited for more high-functioning residents. They weren't very mindful in caring for my mom and often left her without the supervision she needed. For example, they would set a plate of food in front of her but not actually help her get situated so she could eat. Many times, she would just sit and wait for me to come feed her or arrange things so she could manage. I've shared these concerns through an official complaint and truly hope they'll be taken seriously and addressed.

The staff are all young do not no what they are doing they hire kids fresh out of high school who never had experience or cared for the elderly They do not clean the rooms everyday most rooms smell of urine daily and recently just had a bed bug problem. They take in all kinds of residents most residents belong in long term care but they do not care it’s all about the money not care for residents if they did they probably train their employees on how to do simple ADLs like washing a resident reason why soo many female residents have back to back UTIs do not send your loved one here

Stay clear!! Big mistake. That place needs an overhaul

Facilities were clean and neat, rooms well appointed. Entrances were narrow and not ADA compliant. Staffing shortages extremely noticeable. Nursing staff and or medical techs were either good or horrible. Medication was distributed to residents which was not prescribed and other prescribed meds not given at all? Took 4 weeks for staff to adhere to rx's written by physician. Staff shortages in dining room were horrible as only one person served the entire dining room. Food was fair to poor and portions were small. Lastly, absolutely little to no daily activity for residents. Residents completely bored to death.

It was her families choice even though they did not ask me. I do not think she is getting the care [name removed] needs. She has nothing of her own in her studio apt. She has very nice things in her apartment where she lives and is still paying for!!It ugly and not comfortable. She is not getting eye drops or physical therapy that she desperately needs. I called all over to hopefully get some type of therapy for her hope to start soon. The people are not friendly and stay away from me when I visit. Her family are nice but I do not understand why they are not demanding that she gets care!!!

If something breaks they do not care!! My shower ?? in my bathroom was leaking continually for a month!! My shower floor was always wet!! I called and I even have a video!!
